Coming onto the review,

This book is well planned and well-executed and it has been one of my favs since ages now!

The cover of the book is steamy and hot, matches the theme of the book. It's mysterious, alluring, and forbidden that urges the readers to click and start reading it immediately. 

It describes the taboo, secretive relationship shared between an art teacher and his young student who agrees to model for him for one of his paintings.

As a person who has modelled for an artist or two in the past herself, I can tell it's a very vulnerable and delicate balance that you share with your artist as he creates art inspired by you. The bond that you share with the artist is reflected in the art.

noelcades has spot-on expressed those feelings through this novel.

Few of my personal favourite scenes being the barely-there restrain and urgency she felt as she posed for the painting. Second best being the one where Sera took her first glance at the completed painting and felt the raw lust and the raw desire expressed in the painting through her eyes. That's the beauty of the art. I felt it. 

Also, I love the slow built and the anticipation that pools as we leaf through the chapters. It's agonizing and slow ascend towards the climax. I also love the fact how the author doesn't make the story too easy for the characters giving it a quick end. Eventually, the reality catches up with them and they struggle to make their relationship work. 

The author has some of the most well-written intimate scenes shared between the characters, urgency, lust, love, everything is beautifully expressed! 

I also love the scene where her parents finally get to know about her daughter posing naked for a painting. I love the respect they show for the art. 

Over and all, it's an amazing book! Do give it a read!
