My personal opinion :

Ssly? Why is she so underrated!!!! Why!!

She deserves more recognition here!

Her books are so mesmerizing that five chapters in and it's hook, line and sinker.

Personally for me, I have no problem at all with a little background built. Author takes her sweet time in establishing the story, drilling the norms of the fictional world in reader's brain before introducing the hero of the story.

I have no issues cuz the longer the wait, the sweeter is the temptation of the upcoming chapters!

Also, her stories are no roses and rainbows, they are dark, rough, and involve sensitive issues like abuse, human slavery, and rape. The author very well warns her readers about it in the introduction. So if you can handle blood, battle, and pleasure, I have found the right book for you!!

It revolves around werewolf and vampires, a combination of both, and I love the perfect balance of description and action in the Novel. She doesn't get carried away in emotions, lengthening the chapter but instead keeps the reader engaged in the story.

A must read if you are a fictional genre fan!!! I can't wait for her more works!
