"Shawna" I say as I see the new tweet from the 5SOS band account. We've been on twitter all day and finally something exciting happens.

"@5SOS: So we wanted to give two of you guys a chance to win M&G and Concert tickets to our concert in Sydney.

"Ana, we have to enter. I know the chances of us winning is like one in a million but still, it will be fun" Shawna says looking at me. We fill out the form answering all the questions and motivation our answers. As we press 'Send Application' I hear the sound of a new e-mail, I open the e-mail and it's just one of those 'Thank you for your participation' mail.

"I really hope we win, don't you" Shawna says being as enthusiastic as ever. "You're not turning into one of those fangirls are you?" I say laughing lightly. "I'm not I'm just saying, I'm looking forward to seeing who wins" She says quietly. "Ya, sure you are," I say laughing again.

The next week nothing really happened, we had a media assignment for school where we had to film a trailer and make a movie poster for it.

Four weeks after applying we applied they tweeted that they would choose the winners in a few days, after two days they tweeted that they had sent an e-mail to the winners and that the two winners could bring a friend. So there were two winners but four tickets, both Shawna and me checked out e-mails and were disappointed to not see an e-mail. After a few minutes I hear the sound of a new email, I quickly look at my e-mail but am disappointed to see it wasn't mine. I look over to Shawna to see that it looks like she is about to pass out.

"Shawna are you okay? You look a bit pale" I say worried. She takes her brown hair and pulls it up into a ponytail and tries to calm herself down. "I...I think that I... that I won the contest" she says looking at me out of the corner of her eye. "No way, let me see" I say not believing her words.

She turns her laptop to me that reveals the e-mail.

Congratulations Shawna Star!

You and a friend of your choice will be attending the 5 Seconds of summer concert and M&G in Sydney. Please respond to this e-mail within 24-hours to confirm. If you don't answer within 24-hours we will have to pick a new winner. We really hope for you to respond.

"You weren't joking" I say astonished. "You are bringing me right?" I quickly ask with a hint of hesitation in my voice. "Of course" She says laughing lightly. "You have to reply, like right now" I say worried that she won't. "I will, I will. But what do I say? That I gladly accept the prize?" She asks looking at me with a confused look on her face. "Yeah, say that you accept the prize and maybe who you're going with?" I say looking at her I say with a questioning look.

She writes her response and sends it, a few minutes later she gets another e-mail that says a thank you for the response and that the M&G and Concert tickets will arrive within a week. Finally something to look forward to I walk home imagining what could happen at the M&G. I think any possible thing that could. From them being complete assholes to getting laid.
