Very little is known about Butterfly and Black Cat's nemsis. All that is known is that he seeks their Brooches to take over the world. He managed to corrupt many butterflies after Butterfly stole her piece back.

Physical Appearance: He has dark hair. His eyes are warped by the amber bat mask he wears so they appear entirely black. He wears a suit in shades of brown and amber. Megabat's Brooch is a bat pin, which he wears as a tie tack. Around his neck, he wears a necklace with the missing piece of the Butterfly Brooch.

Personality: He is charming but manipulative, encouraging people into their darkest emotion and help him. Megabat doesn't seem to care that he is fighting two children. He is smart as well, having a large knowledge of what the powers of the Brooches are.

Powers and Abilities: He mostly depends on the Butterfly piece, leaving us unaware of what the Bat's powers are.  Megabat can corrupt butterflies so that they can turn people into Possessed. He uses a cane, which belongs to Butterfly. It is believed he also has superhuman strength and agility.
