The queen bee of the school, Chelsea is the daughter of the wealthiest people in the city. She is Vanessa Bell's ex girlfriend and is Butterfly's biggest fan. She was Possessed into Darkwing when Butterfly told her off.

Physical Appearance: She is golden blonde with ice blue eyes.

As Chelsea, she wears the latest fashion, usually mimicking the look of a school uniform. All of them show more skin that what's probably allowed.

As Darkwing, she wears the same outfit and has the wings of Butterfly. But the colors are reversed.

Personality: Chelsea is cruel. Creating most Possessed, she likes to bully others, Vanessa Bell being the first- although this had started after they had broken up due to stress. She is clingy to those she has a crush on, giving Toby Cadwell pet names and climbing onto his arm.

Powers and Abilities: She has a sharp tongue, creating most Possessed. Chelsea is also very rich. As Darkwing, she has superhuman strength and agility. Wings give her flight.

Trivia:

She has known Vanessa since kindergarten, developing a crush on her in sixth grade when she drew a very good sketch of Chelsea. The two had been broken up for a year before Butterfly and Black Cat, due to people wondering if Vanessa actually was good at art or if Chelsea was just bribing the judges.

She is bi.

She sleeps with Vanessa's hat.

Chelsea is a huge fan of Butterfly but dislikes Black Cat. She hates Vanessa but had a crush on Toby.
