I finally finished the project for Jordan. It looked wonderful! It had his name on it and a bunch of things that he likes. Like strawberries, restaurants, soccer, and Shih Tzu's.

"Honey? Did you pack all your stuff?" "We are leaving tomorrow at 12:30." Mom reminded"

"I didn't pack my stuff. I'll go do it know." I called.

I put the project for Jordan aside and got my mini back pack out. I packed two books so I wouldn't get bored. Also my phone and some earbuds. The trip wouldn't take that long. Just an hour. But I would probably be staying at Jordan's house for more than a day. I packed some lip stick and a little bit of mascara. I was done packing.

"Mom! I'm done packing!" I called.

"Great! Come downstairs for some dinner." Mom called back.

I ran downstairs, excited that I will be visiting Jordan's house.

"What's for dinner?" I asked.

"Alfredo and salad." Dad replied.

"Alfredo is my favorite food!" I exclaimed, smiling.

"Mine too!" Ashley chimed in.

"Remember, we are leaving tomorrow at 12:30." Mom reminded us.

Dad, Ashley and me groaned. "You don't have to keep reminding us!" Ashley threw up her hands. But I knew we were joking.

Mom chuckled.

We ate dinner for about 10 minutes. I suddenly choked on my food.

"Jordan doesn't know we're coming to his house. I could call him after dinner to let him know." I told Mom, Dad, and Ashley.

"Okay. That's a great idea." Dad said.

I was done with my dinner. I cleaned up and went upstairs into my room to call Jordan. It was 8:30 PM. I called Jordan.

"Hello?" I said into the phone.

"Hello." Came Jordan's voice.

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm coming to your house tomorrow at 12:30. Sorry for such notice." I told him.

"That's great!" Jordan said. It looks like he was smiling. "See you tomorrow. Bye."

"Bye."

Jordan hung up the phone. I might as well go to sleep. Even though it was 8:30 PM.

"Goodnight." I whispered, climbing into bed.
