EVELYN ROGERS

Evelyn Rogers had grown up alongside her twin brother Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes for the entirety of her life. The three of them had done everything together but it wasn't until the war broke out that Evelyn soon realised that they couldn't quite do everything together anymore. 

Bucky was soon gone and Evelyn was left with her ever-persistent brother determined to help in the war at whatever the cost. Although Evelyn supported her brother through everything, she couldn't deny that a small part of her wanted him to continue getting denied because then at least she would have someone. But as usual, Evelyn wasn't that lucky. 

However, an opportunity came her way, a chance to stay by her brother's side and Evelyn jumped at the chance only to discover just how much had changed. She was no longer the taller twin by quite a difference and where the skinny Steve had once stood now stood Captain America. 

It didn't take long for Evelyn to meet Peggy Carter, the woman who made her knees weak and her heartbeat like crazy. She knew from the moment that she met her that she would forever been in love with her. However, the brunette already seemed completely in love with Steve. 

So in the fear of wrecking everything, Evelyn was left to resign to this little thing called unrequited love, and sit in the background as the war continued around them. 

After all, if someone could have America's Golden Boy, why would they choose the less shiny twin version?

- to be honest if i didn't have some many books that i'm still working on i would love to write this plot into my twists of fate series so i'm going to bit a little careful about who gets this.

- evelyn knows very well that she's different from others and that she likes girls but knows very well what may happen if she admits this properly to herself or others. 

- it's kind of obvious but you must have seen both seasons of agent carter in order to request for this plot. both seasons are on disney+ if you haven't seen them. 

- evelyn's nicknames may include 'eve' or 'lyn' but you are complete freedom to use any other ideas. 

- i also roughly based the title off the song 'golden' from harry styles' recent album 'fine line', so you are welcome to include any more plot points from this song if you choose. 

- evelyn is obviously very close with steve and bucky as she grew up beside them throughout it all. so potentially the prologue should be based off their childhood together. 

- after the war and steve's 'death', evelyn will join the ssr alongside peggy and this is where their love will blossom under the tough conditions as well as they are both dealing with their loss in their own separate ways. 

- i already have a few scenes and plot points in my head so if you get this plot DM me and i can tell you these things but you don't have to use them.
