Busted Gulch is a collaborative story from Writers that span across the Globe, written in poetic form, that continues in the comments by the authors who roleplay out their characters.

3Gun – Ex-Gunslinger now Sheriff of this booming town, 3Gun has this whole town watching thing down. The bad guy's RIP list has covered boot hill but it's CG editor of the Gold Pillars that gives him a thrill. 

Harriet Folio- Quite the lady librarian, Harriet has expanded her library to include a school and orphanage for the towns abandoned children.

Tru Bador- Is a wandering minstrel whose music choices are a bit quirky, he's just about anything but perky.

CG- Owner and Editor of the Gold Pillars. She has eyes for only one man, it took her ten volumes but she's doing what she can to show 3Gun he had it all wrong, her love for him is oh so strong.

Myna Order, Margarita, Aunt and Uncle Bigbee, Bishop DoRito – Author MystresMyna

Myna Order - Life keeps changing. She's done a lot of rearranging to make everything new for her baby who the whole town is excited to meet, but keeping Lorne calm is the hardest feat.

Margarita - Is soon to become a sister of the religious order. The new bishop simply adores her. Her orphanage is soon to open. That all goes well Margarita is hopin'.

Uncle Bigbee and Aunt Sue - Are so excited for Myna and Lorne too. A new baby is always a blessing. Boy or Girl, the whole town is guessing.

Bishop DoRito- Coming to BG has been such a delight, especially for the Bishops huge appetite. So many wonders to partake, he may have to stay... for Margarita's sake.

Annie, Buck and Bruce Buchanan - Author baileygaines

Annie - Has been on top of the news as the Pillars number one reporter, but with Brody she's gotten into some hot water. Hard to say if her heart will lead her back to Brody or lead her on to Bart. 

Bruce- Is uncomfortable in his new role. Saving Lou is the goal but still, he doesn't know which way she or he should go. 

Buck- Has made a promise with a ring, to be Petra's everything. Finally acknowledging how he feels he finds in Petra a love that's real.

Ronan O'Boyle and Strop the Barber - Author RonanOBoyle

Ronan O'Boyle - Rue's given him a job, manager of the hotel floor but there is something he wants more. He wants Rue to be a part of this new life, and things looked good until Strop announced he had a wife.

Strop- Barber, tooth puller and cat lover, concoction mixer, Strop gave his brother fair warning about Rue, when he saw them in one another's arms he was left with one thing to do. Tell her about his wife and Ronan's too.

Denver, Missy, Shadow, Brett, and Bart- Author NehpetsEnal

Barton Denver Sr. (Denver) - Came to BG looking for his family. His daughter Petra Swage was missing for an age. Finally, he's got his family together again,  now their lives together can finally begin.

Missy Denver - Barton wife whose life is surrounded in mystery. She comes with a lot of history. Not be trifled with, her beauty is no myth.

Shadow- Is Petra's fraternal twin, despite the color of their skin. She's shrouded in mystery much like her mother. She happy have found her family, including Petra and her brothers.

Bart Denver Jr.- Barton Denver Junior takes after his Father. Stuff in Nonsense he'd rather not bother. But a certain lady has caught his eye when she took a tumble when walking by, one wonders if he'll give Annie a serious try. 

Brett Denver-  All mischief and play thinks there are better ways to spend a day. With a wink of his eye, he can make the girls swoon, but he's not looking to settle down anytime soon.

Chechi Nikash- A Comanche Brave who came to BG. Who's vision quest has brought her to knees. She found here medicine an Eagle feather now in her hair, but another vision has her taken her elsewhere.

Bella Fray - Has traveled far to arrive in BG. Turns out she can talk to her horses with telepathy. She has come to forget about her past, but will the peace she's found last?

Lou McGinty, Brody Delaney, Petra Swage and Talulah Grey Author- Ruechari

Louise McGinty (Lou) - Currently trying to clear her name, from the business with Judge Domain, and figure out what's Bruce Buchanan's game.

Brody Delaney- Has a new job as Deputy, in the new home he calls BG. Has decided to throw away his heart now that it seems Annie's no longer interested in playing the part of his one and only now that she's seen Bart.

Petra Swage- Recently discovered her lineage was untrue, that she belongs to Denver's crew. Has now acquired a sister, a father, a mother and 2 brothers, but it's really Bruce Buchanan she wishes to belong to. 

Talulah Grey- Runs the Riverboat the Liberty Belle, some days working for the Barton clan can be just hell, but she doesn't forget who she owes and how far she fell. 

Ruechari, Jujube, Billy the Kid, Rosetta Roan Author- Ruechari

Ruechari- Has been having troubles adjusting since Destiny. But thankfully, her hotel got approved and much changed her mood, but once again her heart takes a hit when its discovered Ronan has a wife and Strop reveals it. 

Jujube- Once betrothed to Ruechari, had gone his own way only to return with the Kit-Kats one day. He loved to see, just how happy, it made Ruechari. He and the Kit-Kats now work in the casino, will he make another play for Rue... we don't know. 

Billy (the kid)-  Has screwed up royally when he cheated on Ruechari. He never expected her to know but now he has to go to be the Sheriff of all County. He still wishes to put things right, but has he already lost that fight?

Rosetta Roan- A new addition to BG. Whose admired Strop from afar secretly, she's a hopeless romantic and love to make matches even with the horse she lets wander in green patches. She works with them at the Forge with Petra Swage who she's known for an age.

Lorne Order-  Mayor of the town of BG. Thrilled him and Myna are about to have a baby. 

Loren Order- The Mayor's fraternal twin, who sings in the Grand Hotel, engaged to AJ whose career is going quite well.

AJ, Gyn, and Ray – Author AmbergrisJane

AJ- With his adorable grin and he got engaged to Loren, they've traveled the west and are now back to stay. Will there be another wedding on the way?

Gyn- Rue is quite impressed with what Gyn managed to do with her pot stirring spoon. Something tells me she may end up in the SSS soon.

Ray- has found a place to fit in and has shown an interest in our Gyn. However, learning the truth about his family has sent him searching for his Mother.

Teddy - Ray's brother who have left their mark on BG permanently after blowing up the jail and the bank, he thought they'd get away scot-free, however, the band was dispatched expediently. Teddy was the only one to survive, will he come back to BG? Its a case of wait an see.

Rusty Rooster, Raven, Coal Bone, Stray Dog, and Alister - Author leandralynx

Rusty Rooster- Now Editor and Chief of the Orange Hill the paper in Tent City. He's determined to make a name for himself as a writer but expects things to get gritty.

Raven- A wayward soul, where he ended up we do not know. But hope he'll return again, along with his four-legged friends.

Coal Bone- Last threatened CS's life, over Tiger with a knife.

Alister and Stray Dog- Still searching the mines, and it has yet to be revealed what they are hoping to find.

Dusty Doug- Now living and potter's mill with Sonja Flowers after the River's and Bellow's families left with his trusty dog Joy.

SUPPORTING CHARACTERS

This fun group is the Towns Folk or Bad Guys of Busted Gulch. A variety of interesting characters who fill in the story. Most of these characters are not particularly authored by any one author but do tend to make frequent appearances, throughout the story.

1. Umberto B. Well - Town doctor and surgeon. Always handy to have around in pinch especially when one runs out of poultices of blueberry muffins.

2. CrookedSmile-(aka CS) Proprietor of the Busted Gulch Saloon. He tends bar and keeps an eye on young Raven, for whom he is deeply concerned. Not much is known about him other than he always seems to have a bottle or glass of vodka at the ready for 3Gun when he retreats to his chair under the stair and makes a wicked lemonade.

3. Unger - Town's Undertaker, Coffin Maker, and carpenter who dreams of becoming Undertaker of the Year....(is that a thing?)

4. Philip Stein - The pastor of the local church which he is now in the process of rebuilding.

5. Moonie - A Townie who is has been accused of starting a muffin fight in the saloon. But was quickly forgiven when she suggested the Jamboree, which had everyone singing a different toon. Owed a favor from Ruechari for her quick thinking that saved Billy for pummeling Jujube. She tries to stay out of the chapters but is often seen around town in the comments. 6. Old Teddy Wink - (aka Tiddly Wink) Uses his wagon as a traveling convenience store. Horses are Clara and Rachel and he sets up often in the tent city.

7. Old Chris 'Whip' Cracker - Stage coach driver from Rickety

8. Satchel and Lotta Baggage - Proprietors of the Hotel. Lotta has been known to fill in for Crooked Smile on occasion at the Saloon. Satchel also is pretty good at horse removal should you have an unwanted pest in your home or personal space.

9. Manny Ger- The Manager of the General Goods store in town

10 and 11. Chief ThingAmajig and Whatshisface (Authored by @emeraldfalcon) The Chief who is from the Kit-Kat (Kitana Katari tribe) who is trying to set up a high end clothing/coffee shop in town by subletting 1/2 of the General Store and his trust valet who is a mute, muscle-bound, loin cloth wearing brave who appears to be the real brains behind the business.

12. Ricky the Rat – Ricky's and Rusty's friendship has fallen flat. A lizard has gone missing and so has a rat. Ricky has left Orange Hill and is now writing only for the Gold Pillar.

13. Will Barter- Having bartered for information that paid all his debts, he's now a free man but still now one knows what next he has planned.

14. Judge Grievance - The new County Circuit Judge.
