Laksh was in his home's gym upon treadmill. He was lost in his thoughts and some flashes of past were haunting him. He tries to compose his expressions but his eyes get red and teary.

Tum kabhi na kahoge,
Kyun na hum hi ye bol de,
Ho kahan ye batao,
Hum wahan chal ke aa jayenge,

He gets off the machine and heads towards his room. Takes a towel and directly goes into the shower.

Bheege bheege mausam khile the jahan,
Tere mere raste mile the jahan,
Bahon mein teri din dhale the jahan,
Aa gaya main wo....

His face gets a stern expression. He closes his eyes to let his tears shed.
A past flashback shows a boy standing and waiting for someone. He is waiting for a quite long time. This way much time passes but nothing happens. He returns back to his home disappointed and with red puffy eyes.

Magar aaya na tu, aaya na tu, aaya na tu,
Magar aaya na tu, aaya na tu, aaya na tu

Laksh dodges off the thought, comes out with a fresh face gets ready and heads towards the dining hall where he finds Neeti making breakfast.
He smiles looking her. Goes towards her and pinches her cheeks. She smiles and serves him breakfast.
After having breakfast he goes out of the house, sits in his sedan and drives off to his office.

At Kapoor Industries,

Ragini is working on her PC with a really dull and hopeless face as if she could cry any moment. She tries to change her expressions but fails miserably. With much difficulty she calms herself but she is in pain. A past flashback comes to her.

Baithe baithe sochu kabhi main tujhe,
Ankhon ko meri tu kahin na dikhe,
Aise mein main aawaz dun toh kise,
Hoon yahin main wo..

In her flashback, she sees a girl sitting somewhere and some goons come to attack her. The girl is thrashed but she doesn't move from there, also she was not able to move too. After a long time mourning in pain, she goes from there crying.
Thinking of it Ragini jerks and she in frustration throws her coffee cup hard on the floor. Her face showing aggression, pain and hurt.

 She storms off to the washroom of her cabin. Turns the shower on and let her tears flow cooling herself. This all is noticed by her father who's heart aches seeing his daughter's condition. He makes the cabin clean. Unfortunately, he could do nothing as he knows her daughter is very stubborn and will not let her feelings out. In the past years, what had happened with Ragini, he doesn't know cuz she never let him know about that.

Ragini comes out of the washroom, her dress changed. But she is looking much relieved now. Suddenly her phone blinks.

At MM Industries,

Laksh was working like a machine and didn't let any thought disturb him when his phone pops up with a message. He looks towards it..
It was a message for him and Ragini by Mr. Woods as he wanted to explain them the project. The venue was far from his building so he at once left for there, wrapping up his belongings.

At The Flight Companies...

The meeting was supposed to be held at 15 the floor. Laksh and Ragini enter into the building one after the other. Laksh who reached first was waiting for the lift to get open when Ragini too joins him. They pass a tight smile to each other as they were in no condition to talk to anyone. They wanted to avoid interaction. Both get into the lift at the same time. They stand at a distance from each other looking cluelessly here and there.

 Socha tha agar main milungi tujhe,
Mere dil ki baatein kahungi tujhe,
Shayad tu badi door hai ja chuka,
Main akeli reh gayi na jaane tu kahan kho gaya

Ragini at first tries to steal glances of him but later stops. Laksh was standing with no such movements. He was just looking here and there.
Then, the lift opens up and Laksh gets out first without looking behind. Ragini looks on.

Jaate jaate tu mud ke phir dekh le,
Dil kehta hai phir ek dafa dhoond le

Laksh's pace unknowingly becomes slower as if he wanted Ragini to reach up to him.

Aayegi kabhi woh yahin laut ke,
Hoon yahin main ho...

But Ragini lost in her phone keeps walking behind him. He at once comes back to his senses and realizes what he was doing...He speedens his pace back and reaches the hall. After a few minutes, Ragini too reaches.

Mr. Woods come there and makes them seated. He once explains them everything and being sharp minded they both agree.

"Why you both appear dull today? Is everything fine? Laksh? Ragini?"

"There is nothing like that!"

"It's just I am tired with the last night's party. Couldnt get enough sleep!"

"Oh! I can relate to it. Take care guyz...We'll meet soon. And I have request that you both need to make an agreement that the success would be divided in the ratio of 2:1:1. That is, I get the 50% amount and you guyz get 25% each. I hope the deal isnt bad.."

"No Mr. Woods its amazing but I have a condition.."

"Carry on Ragini!"

"Wait a sec---"

"Dont worry Mr. Maheshwari, let me complete my condition first."

He nods.

"So I want that the bonus which will be 50% of the entire income and production must be shared between me and Mr. Maheshwari..In this way we three will end up having equal shares as we are putting efforts equally."

"But!"

"Why but Mr. Woods? I think she is correct. As you see, the idea is ours, almost 50% of input is ours and the strategic design is ours too. I hope you can understand what am I saying!"

"Alright then! Finalize the deal! And yes! This Sunday near STX Flats...there is my farmhouse. The party will start by 8:00 in the evening. Be on time as my other friends are coming too specially from England and yeh do bring your families."

"We'll surely be there! Thank you!"

The trio shook hands and they depart from there.

Ragini goes back to her office and resumes her work while Laksh starts with his. From the starting of the week, for one or the other purpose Woods used to call them and it was the only time when they met. But they had not not been even friends yet. They talked to each other on a purpose and had any sort of interaction. But their work was commendable.

It was Saturday,
Ragini and Laksh were in their respective houses. It was an off.
Parth came to Ragini and requested her for a movie. She was sitting in her balcony all gloomy. At first she denied but later accepted.
Here Neeti comes to Laksh and makes him accept the movie plan. He was sitting in his study looking an old photo album. Happiness was away from him.
It was a coincidence that they had same destination, same movie,same show and even same hall. But fate, they didnt see each other during the whole movie.
While exiting, Ragini saw Laksh with Neeti. He was talking on his phone while his one hand was on her shoulders.

"Who is she? Oh ya! He is married! Must be his wife! Oh shit tomorrow I have to take 'my husband' to the party and I havent even asked him! Shit!!"
She thinks in mind and rolls her eyes.
Here Parth got a call. He answered it and held Ragini by her shoulders.
He smiled in excitement and shaked her.

"I got the deal! Omg! I cant believe this.!!"
He exclaimed in happiness.
Ragini too became overjoyed as she saw how much hardwork he did. She gave him a tight hug.

"Congratulations!! We are going for the dinner too!"

Here Laksh's gaze fell on Ragini who was hugging Parth.

"Who is he? Oh I remember she is married! Must be her husband!!
Oh F***k! Tomorrow I have to take 'my wife' for the party...and I havenot even told anything to her...She will definitely create a scene!! Oh god!!!"

He rolls his eyes in the same way and leaves from there along with Neeti.

Here Ragini and Parth leave to have dinner.

@ Ragini's side

She was nervous to ask Parth.
They both were having wine. 
With much difficulty she asks him.

"Hey will you accompany me tomorrow for the party?"

"Which party?"

"That one I told you before."

"Oh! But I will get bored!"

"Its important!"

"Why?"

The rest convo is muted.

"Fine/! I'll do that!"

"Thanks Parth."
She feels relieved.

@ Laksh's side..

He was sitting on the dining with Neeti.

"Neeti! I want a favour from you!"

"The great Laksh Maheshwari needs a favour from me! I am honoured.."

"Will you just stop being overdramatic! "

"Ok ok tell what help you need!"

"I want you to accompany me for tomorrow's party!"

"But, you like to attend them alone! There is definitely something.."

"Yes, its there and I havnt completed yet!"

"Ok say!"

The rest convo is muted.

" Ok then!"

"Thank you!"

"Hmmmm!”

Next morning,
Ragini wakes up late and directly goes for the bath. From there, she goes to her study and starts working.

Here Laksh was asleep in his chair only. Seems he was working for the whole night. He gets up and finds himself in that position. He stands up and goes to get freshen up. From there he takes a book and starts reading it.

The day spends up like this only and soon it gets time for the party.

Laksh and Ragini start getting ready in their respective places while Parth and  
Neeti are waiting for them....

Screen freezes.
