As I got close to you
All my illusions broke.
Just like the clouds
You gave me shade.
Just like the rains you drenched me in happiness,
I sacrificed my happiness  for you,
And took all your pains.
The sky had bowed
The two worlds had met.
But,
I was attached to you for a few moments;
Then the path turned in such a way
I started getting lost from you.
We came close
Yet the distances remained.
Now I feel the talks of heart,
Were all deception.
You could have asked me
How it feels to live without a heart.
My sleep cries in corner of my eyelashes,
Even my dreams got wet.
My tears fall apart and my heart gets hurt.
Blank, black nights are becoming my friends now.
Lost in these dark paths
I have nothing of my own.
My eyes just stares at your path and longs to see you back.
Whether you are with me or not, there's no difference,
My life was merciless and will be merciless.
I have forgotten you,
But why do your memories make me cry ?
If you wanted us to get separated then why did you even got us close , God ?
