Both the sisters walked holding each other's hands after Shekhar Shomi left from there

Ragini's face glowing with happiness but Siara looked lost

Ragini stopped and placed her hand on Siara's shoulder staring at her face carefully

Ragini-What happened Siyu , you are looking unmindful! Aren't you happy?

Siara looked at her with a helplessness in her eyes

Siara-I'm happy but..I'm thinking our orphanage's mother already adopted me and it means legally our mom dad don't have any right on me na and vice versa?

Ragini thought something, her eyebrows shrunk in confusion

Ragini-Siyu I don't think she really adopted you! I think she is lying! And when dad knows everything now, he will manage everything, you don't need to worry about this, dad is going to inform police about all this then everything will be sorted ok!

Siara nodded her head with a forced smile, trying to hide her worry from her loving sister

As they reached near the library Ragini's mind diverted towards someone else

Ragini-Siyu I have a small work, you go and attend your class, we'll meet after a while!

Siara noded her head smiling and went to her class while Ragini peeped inside the library

Her mouth formed an "O" as she got a view of the person focusing on a book

His face looked serious and Ragini couldn't hold herself from chuckling

With slow steps she neared him and sat opposite him while drumming her fingers on the table just beside the book HE is reading

As soon the sound occurred his concentration broke and he lifted his head to look at the person who disturbed him right now

As his eyes met with Ragini , his face turned calm

While Ragini grinned childishly looking at him

Ragini-Oh this day is really reallyy special! I can't believe what my eyes are watching;
The great Sanskaar Kapoor; Lucifer of the Dark Angels who's so daring and carefree is now studying inside our library with a nerd type serious expression on his face?Aahhh I need to mark this date on calendar I guess!

She laughed teasingly and her actions annoyed Sanskaar like hell

He slapped his palms on the table gritting his teeth

Sanskaar-How dare you to tease me? I need to study that's why I'm here, so what ha? You want me not to study so that I fail in exams?

He questioned crossing his arms accross his broad chest

Ragini-But Sanskaar there's hell lot of months for exams to start!Did you ever came to library before? I don't think so, then why today?

She asked him suspiciously, tapping her chin with her index finger

Sanskaar-You're behaving like you know every damn thing about me? I.. I come here often!

Ragini raised her eyebrow in doubt

Ragini-Really?Ahh then why all the students are staring at you like this??

She asked smiling pointing her finger at the other students who were staring at Sanskaar and his book weirdly

Sanskaar looked around and his nose flared in anger and more than that in irritation

Sanskaar-What?Are you people seeing me for the first time?Do your own work instead of staring at me!

He shouted at them hitting his fist on the table

The male students gulped in fear and averted their gaze from him and the girls who were till now drooling over Sanskaar lowered their eyelashes being embarrassed

Sanskaar rolled his eyes looking at a girl who gave him a nervous but fan girl type shy smile

Ragini bit her lower lip to control herself from laughing out loud as Sanskaar looked like an annoyed baby who got scolding from someone

He shrunk his eyebrows and concentrated on the book again

Ragini-I didn't knew you are this much different from normal people!

She spoke with a humorous tone

Sanskaar looked back at Ragini and found her looking at him in bewilderment

Sanskaar-Now what?

He asked in irritation

Ragini-We normal people read a book keeping it straight but you're reading it upside down genius!

She with a mocking tone pointed at his book which is lying upside down under his gaze

Sanskaar closed his eyes frustrated

Sanskaar-So? What's your problem?My book my wish , I love to read like this!Now will you give some rest to your sharp tongue please!

He joined his hands infront of her glaring at her

Ragini grinned then suddenly her eyes soften

She kept her palm on Sanskaar's palm

Ragini-Sanskaar please don't do this! You can't study when you're not in a good mental state! You're tensed and try how much you want; study can't make you forget your worries!

Sanskaar passed his fingers through his hair pulling them in frustration

Sanskaar-So what shall I do tell me?

Ragini-Spend some time with the people who can make you smile!Reach to the root of your worries and try to solve them!

Sanskaar looked away not knowing what to answer

Ragini caressed back of his palm giving him a soft smile

Ragini-What's going on your mind?If you feel comfortable, will you tell me?

He looked at her quickly

Thankfulness and admiration clearly visible in his dark orbs

But he looked helpless

Sanskaar-Sanjana..She requested me to meet her mom! And I said no to her!

Ragini looked at him carefully

Ragini-Ok, so you already said no then why are you so bothered about it?

Sanskaar-I.. I don't know! I didn't wanted to meet her so I said no but..

Ragini-But you're feeling bad for saying no like that?

Sanskaar noded his head lowering his head

Ragini-And why so?

Sanskaar-Sanjana was crying, her pleading sounded desperate, like she's requesting me in utter helplessness! I don't know I felt guilty!

Ragini smiled gently

Ragini-Sanskaar for once forget everything, everything you & your mom gone through, everything Mr Kapoor and Sanjana's mom did!Just think only about Sanjana.From the time you both faced each other , has she ever done something wrong with you?Ever hurted you?

Sanskaar looked at Ragini then he recalled the moments with Sanjana

Sanjana always tried to befriended with him

Always behaved nicely with him though he never treated her the way he treated his friend Tina

As soon Sanjana's smiling then her crying face flashed in his mind, he felt guilty

Guilty for being the reason of her tears

For pushing her away and paying no heed to her desperate pleadings

Sanskaar-So what shall I do now? I don't want to face that woman who's the Reason for my mom's death!

Ragini-I understand but I guess unless you're meeting her for just one time, you won't be able to clear this thoughts from your mind and you will feel more low and frustrated!So not for them but at least for yourself you badly need to do what Sanjana requested you!

Sanskaar rubbed his face with his palms then looked at Ragini with soft eyes

Sanskaar-You're right I need to do this or else I don't know maybe I'll become more frustrated and rude!

Ragini smiled at him holding his hand protectively

Ragini-I think you should keep that book away for now , it's not even your subject what you were trying to study from so long!

She chuckled and Sanskaar bit his lower lip to suppress that smile threatening to appear visibly

Sanskaar-Thanks for being with me when I actually needed you very badly!

"I needed you very badly" this words ringed inside Ragini's heart and she felt special, very special for the first time

Ragini-You needed me then why didn't you meet me?

Sanskaar-I.. Actually I didn't wanted to bother you!

He spoke avoiding eye contact with her

Ragini-A friend in need is a friend indeed haven't you heard it?So shall I think then that you didn't accepted me as your friend?

Sanskaar noded his head vigorously widening his eyes

Sanskaar-No no no! It's not like that, it's just I thought some alone time gonna lessen my worries. I didn't wanted to make you worried!

Ragini pouted angrily making him chuckle

Ragini-Bad reason!I'm angry with you!

Sanskaar-Kiddo!

Sanskaar in a teasing tone smiled at her

Ragini-Let's just leave now!

Ragini suddenly spoke with an authoritative tone

Her expression shown clear irritation

Sanskaar raised his eyebrow in confusion

What happened to her suddenly?

He silently obeyed her and stood up to walk out of the library

Ragini who was glaring at a girl angrily twiched her lips in annoyance

She walked unmindfully and as result she didn't realized that her one foot got stuck with the leg of the table

When she realized it, it was too late and she felt herself loosing her balance

Getting scared of falling she tried to hold the table to gain some balance but before her hand could reach to get a grip of the table her ankle got twisted

She thought she's going to loose her balance completely but she was proven wrong when a strong protective arm circled around her thin waist and pulled her closer making her to stand straight

She looked up too meet Sanskaar's dark brown captivating eyes gazing at her with some unspoken emotions

As she gripped his shoulder, his grip around her waist tightened more protectively

Sanskaar-Ragini Are you ok?Did you get hurt?

His husky voice filled with worry and care surprised her and ignited fire of some unknown emotions in her heart

Ragini-Umm hmm.. I'm ok thanks!

She spoke looking into his attractive eyes
Her eyelashes trying hard to get lowered with shyness

But her eyes were captivated by his magical orbs so they were forced to get lost in his eyes again

Sanskaar-Are you sure?

Ragini noded her head silently

Sanskaar-Let's leave then, come.

Leaving her waist he entangled his fingers with Ragini's and both walked towards the entrance of the library

With the corner of eyes Ragini could feel many pairs of eyes filled with jealousy gawking at her and Sanskaar and whispering

Ragini rolled her eyes when she heard one of the student's comment about them

"What's going on between these two?They both were sore enemies right but now the way they talks with each other it's so like typical boyfriend girlfriend no?"

Ragini's fumed not able to tolerate their gossip but the moment the words 'boyfriend girlfriend' ringed in her brain she felt something different

She felt butterflies fluttering around her heart

Unknowingly her lips curved upwards forming a sweet shy smile on her rosebud lips

She bit her lips closing her eyes trying to control her racing heartbeats and when she opened her eyes she found Sanskaar studying her face keenly

Sanskaar-What happened to suddenly? You look like you're lost in your Dreamland!

He winked at her flashing his charming smile and Ragini felt her heart skipping thousand beats

Ragini-Umm nothing I was just thinking that it's time for my class so I need to go.Bye.

Suddenly that charming smile disappeared from Sanskaar's face and got replaced by a forced smile

Sanskaar-Sure, meet you soon!

He spoke softly staring into her orbs, which always manages to attract him and makes him spellbound

Both smiled at each other and parted their ways

Ragini was smiling recalling the moments she & Sanskaar shared in library and then her facial expressions got changed as she remembered how some girls were checking him out openly

She felt so irritated and angry and the more frustrating thing is she didn't knew why she's feeling this way

Just then hearing someone's crying voice she halted her steps

When she peeked in through the half opened door of the dance room she saw two familiar faces there

"Please Laksh please for our friendship sake don't do this to me!"

Ragini heard Tina's pleading voice

Tina was crying and Laksh looked angry

"Are you out of your mind? Don't drag our friendship in between this! I love you but like a friend only, I can't love you the way you want me and I have already cleared it many times so why don't you try to overcome this stupid feelings of yours?"

Laksh spoke with frustrated tone

Ragini looked at them shocked hearing their words

"It's easy for you to say that Laksh because you don't know the pain of love, the pain of rejection. I love you and I can't stop expecting a future with you.Why don't you try to understand my feelings?Am I nothing to you?"

Tina questioned with her broken voice

"You are important for me Tina coz you're my best friend.But I don't love you and is it my fault If I can't love you?"

Laksh spoke softly this time

"Can't you give us just one chance, let's date maybe you will fall in love with me?"

Tina's pleading turned Ragini's eyes watery

Being a girl she could understand her pain

She felt Laksh is a heartless person

Laksh closed his eyes nodding no looking away from Tina

Tina burst into a bitter cry and something changed in Laksh

Ragini could see the pain and helplessness on Laksh's face

Tina ran out of the room through another door of the dance room leaving Laksh alone

Ragini couldn't control herself anymore and thought to give a piece of her mind

She opened the door with a loud band and marched towards Laksh fuming with anger

Laksh looked at her in shock

Laksh-You!What are you doing here?

Ragini-Why; do I need your permission before entering dance room?

Laksh rolled his eyes hearing her words

Laksh-I don't remember saying that!Did you heard anything?

He asked avoiding Ragini's accusing eyes

Ragini-Yes, everything!How could you hurt your best friend like that?For god sake before breaking her heart you should have at least thought how much it's hurting her!

She spoke with an accusing tone

Laksh-Do you think I'm feeling nice seeing her in tears?Do you think it's easy for me to do it with her? I care about her that's why I'm doing this!

Ragini looked at him puzzled

Ragini-So you are breaking her heart because according to you it's good for her?Wow great!

She with a mocking tone

Laksh closed his fists in anger

Laksh-I don't do love! It's our personal matter so stay away!

He spoke with an warning tone and was about to walk out of the dance room but stopped hearing Ragini's words

Ragini-Looking at you I can guess you are a Casanova and breaking hearts of girls isn't a new thing for you!But this time it's your close friend don't forget that!

Laksh stood still and his facial expressions changed

Laksh-She's my close friend that's why I can't do this! Because I don't believe in love!

He spoke with a very low tone, his eyes turning watery

Ragini-But she loves you, at least for her happiness try to give a chance to her and to yourself also!

Laksh-No!

Laksh shouted frustratedly

Ragini-Why not?

Laksh-Because I care about her, I can't afford to break her!There's no chance that I'll ever fall in love and if I give her this chance I'll end up breaking her heart and I'll lose our beautiful friendship also! I don't want to lose our friendship!

He spoke painfully and tears skipped from his eyes

Ragini looked at him in shock

The person whom she was thinking to be a heartless isn't actually what he looks like

Ragini-Why are you thinking that it's impossible for you to fall in love?Why do you think you will lose this friendship? It's your wrong assumption!

Laksh-No it's not a wrong assumption!I know it'll happen!

Ragini-But why..

Laksh-Because it happened with my parents!

He shouted at the top of his voice, his eyes turning red with anger

Ragini looked at him stunned

She neared him and kept her hand on his shoulder

Ragini-Laksh?

She spoke gently

Laksh-My..my parents were best friends then they fell in love with each other and got married!
And after marriage they realized friendship isn't enough for them to stay together!
They started fighting with each other, avoided each other! And even stayed away from me for most of the time! Because of this stupid illusion love and stupid marriage they lost their lovely friendship also!
Love don't exists!
And I don't want me and Tina to have same life like my parents!

He spoke with pain filled voice

Ragini looked at him feeling bad for him

One more time she witnessed a broken side of one of the Dark Angels

Ragini-Laksh just because it happened with your parents doesn't means same thing going to happen with you and Tina also! Love exists Laksh, if there are some couples who gets separated, there are many couples who stays together for lifelong! Just because it happened with your parents it doesn't means that you will doubt about existence of love!
Though your parents fights with each other or avoids each other but still they didn't filed for divorce, they are still staying together right? Don't you think it's because they still feels for each other?

Ragini tried to convince Laksh and when he looked at her she could see confusion in his eyes

Laksh-Maybe you are right but what if I don't fall in love with Tina?What if I hurt her more?

Ragini-I feel it won't happen, you both care for each other and you both will stay happy together!

Laksh-Ok I'll talk to Tina about this! I want to see her happy and if I can keep her happy then i'm ready to give us this chance!

He spoke determinedly and left the place

Ragini smiled looking at his direction

Sanjana-Tina said you wanted to meet me. I still can't believe it!

Sanskaar-Because I want to end all this as soon as possible! You came here in Royal Warriors to convince me to meet your mom right?Ok I'm ready for, I'll meet her for once and then you won't try to talk to me again, ok?

Sanjana noded her head positively

She felt happy and sad both at same time

Happy because Sanskaar finally agreed to do which he didn't wanted do before and now she'll be able to fulfill her promise which she gave to her mom

And sad because after this there'll no chance that Sanskaar will interact with her again

Sanskaar-Tomorrow can we meet her?

He asked her and she noded positively

Sanskaar-Fine!

He said and was about to leave when he felt a tug at his arm

He turned towards her to look at her

Sanjana-Bhai will you let me stay near you at least? I won't disturb you I promise, I have only one friend here; Tina.Can I keep our friendship at least?

Sanskaar-I don't understand when I can't tolerate you then why are you still so adamant to stay near me!Ok fine but don't do this brother-sister drama with me!And your friendship with Tina is both of your personal matter I won't interfere in that!

He replied back freeing his arm from Sanjana's grip and left the place

He walked thinking about Ragini's words and smiled as he realized Ragini's suggestion really helped him to get releif from that Guilt

Sanskaar-Solace!

The word escaped his mouth as Ragini's smiling face flashed in his memory
