Blue sand. Blue hills. Blue cacti, blue everything. Even an especially blue rabbit..

Bunny sat there, clenching the grains of sand in her paws longing for it to do something, ANYTHING. He had to still be here right? He could not have just disappeared.. right..?

As tears fell down her cheeks and onto the colored sand, all she could do was sob. Hoping, PRAYING, that he would come back. He had too,, he,, he had to come back,, he promised,, he,, he had to come,, he had to come back,,

Cuddling in bed together, Bunny gently nuzzled her face into fours chest before a feeling of fear overcame her. Taking a deep breath, she began to speak. "Four..?" She asked, getting the attention of her lover. He looked down at her, arms wrapped around her waist as he pulled her a bit closer. "Yea bunns?"

She hesitated.

This would be a dumb question, but she really wanted to know.. what if four did not like her anymore cause of it? Was she being too clingy or worried about their relationship?

"Four, you,, you won't leave me right.. leave me all alone and left behind..?" She asked, her voice cracking as she spoke. Fours heart skipped a beat before he pulled Bunny into a warm passionate hug. "What? No! No, no no, never. I would never do that to you. Never." He said before kissing her gently on the forehead. "I love you my sweet little angel.. I promise I will never leave you behind. Ever."

Bunny began to shake as she recalled that one night she had with her blue lover. She picked up more of the sand, desperately grasping onto it.. only for the sand to fall out between her fingers. The shaking became more furious as she felt her stomach churn. She needed to stay calm, but.. she can't. He was gone,, he,, he was gone.. he left her, forever..

As Bunny silently weep at the back of the bus where nobody could hear her. Tears staining her cheeks each and every second as they fell down her face onto the bus seats. She was scared. She could not go on like this anymore,, she was so close to getting better but road trips she just,, can't handle them.

All of a sudden the bus came to a halt, and murmured voices were heard up front. 'The trip must be over! I can at least try to calm down now!' Bunny thought to herself, glad that they had stopped moving. A few minutes later the bus started up once again and the determination on Bunny's face faded back into fear and terror. As the bus jolted back to life she let out a yelp of panic, causing everyone else to look at her. They all seemed concerned, gelatin also seeming confused. Bunny began to shake at the pressure of everyone's eyes on her,, what if they thought she was weak,, what if they hated her what if- "Hey! Get back to whatever you were doing. I'll handle this." A high pitched raspy voice called out, that bunny quickly recognized.

As the objects slowly turned back around to continue what they were doing, the feeling of someone sitting down next to her was apparent. "Hey sweetie.." it was four. He had come over to comfort her once again. Even though he was so drastically different, and his whole personality had warped.. he still loved her. And he still came to help.

Bunny let out a weak whimper before four scooted closer to her and picked her up,

Pulling her close to his chest. He rubbed her back with one hand and held the back of her head with the other. "Shhh... it's ok. I'm here now.." he whispered to her as he continued to trace circles around her back with his hand. Not too long after, Bunny lifted her arms and wrapped them around him, burying her face into his chest while sniffing and weeping.

"Hey.. don't worry bunns.. I know this is really hard for you. But you're doing amazing. I'm sorry I was not here for you sooner but. I'm here now." Four murmured as he stopped rubbing her back and just held onto her.

Bunny felt her face flush up, and she lifted her head and rested it on his shoulder. At a loss for words. She just let out a 'mhm..' in response to her lover. As after all, it was all she could do. After a few minutes of just sitting with her, four heard bunny take a deep breath before beginning to speak. "T-thank you Four.. I just,, W-What if I get sick!?" She asked, her calmer voice turning into a panicked one. Four noticed her change in tone and he pulled her away from him, moving her to look him in the eyes as he smiled warmly. "Hey.. don't worry. You won't get sick. And if you do, I'll make sure everyone knows to not come over or look and only leave you be while I help out alright? You have your barf bag, and you have improved so much! Instead of worrying for now, how about we just take some deep breaths instead?" Four asked as he gently placed her down next to him. Bunny took a moment to process all of this, but then nodded. Four was right. She had come all this way, and she could do it! Breathing would be a good idea. "Y-Yeah.. yea.. let's do that.." she said, lifting her paws to count the seconds in and out. But before she took a breath, she looked over to four. Smiling at him with tears in her eyes. "And four.." he looked down to her, smiling back at his lover. Her voice cracked as she spoke, but she did not care. She just needed to say this. "Thank you.." she muttered, tears streaming down her face as she smiled "for everything.. I would not be here right now without you.." she paused, not knowing if she should stay right here, or hug her lover.

She chose to finish her sentence first.

"So.. Thank you.."

..

..

..

"I love you.."

"I love you too bunns.."

He loved her right? Of course! But then why would he leave like that,, is he gone forever..? Did he really..

Leave her behind?..

No!

He would never do that! Bunny knows that! But.. it was getting harder to breath over the sobbing. And she could not think straight. Everything was so blurry, it's like the world was fading away.. and everything went black.

She was passing out, on the cold desert floor. Clutching the sand in her hand unconsciously.

Before she completely lost everything, and drifted off into sleep. She murmured something into the sand.. barely audible, just a weak whimper. But what she said held truth and meaning.. even if she was talking to the ground.

"I love you.."
