(Craig POV)
I was dragged from the dream world right into the reality by the cold wind hitting my half naked body.
"Tyler," I mumbled annoyed, hearing no response.
"Tyler!" I raised my voice, hoping I woke him up.
"Get back my duvet," I grunted, blindly moving my hand to find Tyler and get back to the warmness.
My fingers was drifting upon the sheets, but no signs of human body next to me, no trace of Tyler. I opened my eyes, turning the lights on. It took me a few seconds, before I could see properly. The duvet was laying on the ground, half of it between the door.
I frowned, slowly getting off the bed. As silently as I could I walking towards the nightstand at Tyler's side of the bed. I opened it, taking a gun into my hands.
Maybe he's the toilet? Or he went for a walk?
I was so afraid to call his name, my hands shaking as I slowly stepped into the dark hallway. I gripped the gun tighter, turning the lights on. There wasn't any signs of him, anything that would tell me where he was or where he went.
Walking through the whole house, I switched every light. Tyler wasn't there. His shoes were at the place, his jacket, his clothes, even his car.
What's going on? Where's he? Did he just left me? Maybe something happened to Delirious! That's it! But why didn't he take his clothes? Maybe he was in hurry. Maybe he texted me!
I quickly returned back to our bedroom, checking my phone only to find out the battery died. I laid down with the worst feeling right at my heart. I tried to push the nervousness away, trying to get back to sleep.
He's fine. He's surely fine, and when I wake up in few hours, he'll be by my side.
Just to feel safer, I put the gun on the nightstand right next to me. And after long hours, I finally fell asleep again.
When I woke up, the first thing I did was check if Tyler was there. He wasn't. With anxiety and fear I dressed up, driving to Evan's house. I needed somebody to calm me down, somebody who would tell that everything was going to be alright.
I slammed on his door, hearing nothing. I walked towards the window, when I noticed a footprints in the snow right on the place I wanted to go.
Maybe just a curious kids?
I peeked through the window, seeing no one there. The lights were all out, the house seemed to be empty, which made me even more paranoid.
What's going on here? If Evan went somewhere he would have told me so.
My phone!
I drove back home, trying to find the charger. I looked through every room, until I gave up.
Where's my charger?! Where's Tyler's one? And where's his phone anyway?
I felt like so many questions popped out with no answers in the sight. Grabbing my wallet, I decided to buy a new one. I wasn't having a good feeling about any of this. Tyler wasn't home, Evan wasn't home.
This is like the worst nightmare.
I didn't believe how quickly I could find the store, and how quickly I could grab the charger. Like my life depended on it. Right after I was done, I drove home.
I put the phone into a charger, yelling desperately at the phone to start working. And it did. The moment I write the PIN code there, a dozens of missed calls from Evan popped up.
E: I guess you're still sleeping, so good morning. I'm on the way to North Carolina, Delirious is in troubles. Please tell Tyler to call me as soon as possible, I can't reach him either. Love you.
North Carolina? Delirious is in the trouble!
I quickly dialed Evan's number, only to be send straight to the voice mail. I felt my tears slowly streaming down. I was feeling so alone, being left by the two most important people.
If Tyler went after Delirious, why didn't he say something? Why didn't he wake me up? All I can do now is wait for Evan to call me or Tyler to come back. I've never felt so alone.
