*Ashton's POV*

I could feel the sun shining down on my body and I sighed in happiness. I could also feel Saxons arm on my waist and I slowly turned over so I was facing him. I looked at his bare chest and slightly blushed when I remembered what we did last night, we had a blanket over us but I knew what was underneath.

I'm not gonna lie but last night was the best night of my life. I reached my hand up and touched the mark on my neck. It tingled when I touched it so I took my hand away from it. I then looked down at the beautiful wedding ring that was on my finger. I was engaged and fully mated to my mate and I couldn't be happier.

I looked back up to Saxons sleeping face and smiled. He looked like such an angel when he sleeps. I gently ran my finger over his cheek bone and then down to his lips. I traced my finger over his pink lips and as I was doing it I felt his lips rise into a smile.

"Hello beautiful." Saxon said as he sleepily opened his eyes. I stared into his gorgeous green eyes and I saw complete happiness there.

"Hi baby." I said with a smile. Saxons arms tightened around my waist and he pulled me closer to him. He gently traced his fingers up and down my bare side and I got goose bumps as he did. We stared into each others eyes in silence as we peacefully laid in each others arms.

Our sweet moment was interrupted when my stomach let out a loud grumbling sound that reminded me of a dying whale. Saxon chuckled at me and stroked my blushing face.

"Are you hungry?" He asked me. I nodded my head and he quickly sat up. I shrieked and pulled the blanket that had fallen off of me back to my body. Saxon chuckled at me and then smirked.

"Baby don't cover up, I've seen it all already." He said cockily. I narrowed my eyes at him and then slapped him on the arm.

"Jerk." I muttered as I crossed my arms over my chest. Saxon chucked and then got up. I averted my eyes from the naked boy that stood in front of me and studied a flower that was next to me.

"You can look now sweetheart, I'm dressed." Saxon sad with a laugh. I turned around and saw that he was back in his clothes from yesterday, dark jeans and a well fitted white shirt. I slowly got up from the ground, careful to keep the blanket around me and walked over to my clothes. Saxon was watching me intently and I couldn't help but blush.

"Don't look." I ordered. He narrowed his eyes at me and shook his head.

"I've already seen it baby, your beautiful and you shouldn't hide your body from me." He said sweetly. I nodded my head and took a deep breath then I let the blanket fall. I'm not gonna lie but I'm still a bit insecure about my body because of the years of bullying I had to endure.

I could feel Saxons eyes on me as I pulled on my bra and panties and then my dress. I finished pulling my heels on and then turned back towards Saxon. He had a small smile on his face and his green eyes were shining. He walked towards me and pulled me into his arms.

"Your so beautiful, in every way." She said in my ear. I smiled happily and hugged him tightly. Saxon pulled away and led me back towards the blanket.

"I packed this food for last night but we got a little bit ah distracted.." He said as we sat down. He pulled the pick nick basket that was off to the side of the blanket into his lap and opened it up. He then pulled out all of the food that was in there. There was fruit, chips, sandwiches, and even chocolate ice cream that surprisingly was still cold.

I took one of the paper plates that was in the basket and filled my plate up. I started to eat my sandwich but the ice cream was just to tempting so I gave up on it and went straight to it. I took the whole container opened it up and ate right from it. Saxon laughed at me and I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Geez babe slow down." Saxon joked. I glared at him but he only laughed in return. Ten minutes later and we had finished our food.

"Ready to go back to the house?" Saxon asked as he helped me to my feet. I nodded my head and we slowly started back towards the house. We were walking on the path that still had the scattered white roses everywhere and I smiled as we walked past the small stream with the fish in it. Next we came to the meadow with the flowers. Then the waterfall and finally the lake.

"Saxon this really did mean a lot to me." I said as we pasted the beautiful lake. He looked down at me and gently smiled.

"I wanted to make the night something you would never forget." He said back.

"Oh I'll never forget it." I said as I happily looked down at the ring on my finger. We stopped in front of our large house and Saxon turned towards me.

"Ready for this?" He asked motioning towards the house. Now that we have fully mated everybody will know because our scents are intertwined as one.

"Yep." I said surely. Saxon pulled me towards the house and we walked into the back door. Everybody was in the kitchen and as soon as we stepped in it went silent and they were all staring at us. I fidgeted under there intense stares. All of a sudden Lilly, Emily and Alice burst.

"Yay!" They all squealed at the same time. They then ran right at me and tackled me in a bear hug.

"Our baby has finally grown up!" Lilly cried dramatically. I rolled my eyes at her but laughed at my friends.

"I love you guys but get off of me." I said. The girls huffed but let me go. The three of them stared at me for a few seconds before giving me the look, the 'your telling me everything' look. I sighed and before I knew what was happening I was being drug out of the room by three crazy girls.

They dragged me into my room and slammed the door behind them. I was plopped down onto the bed and the three girls stood in front of me with there hands on there hips.

"Tell."

"Us."

"Everything."

They each said. I slightly laughed before I sighed.

"Fine." I mutters. So for the next twenty minutes I told them everything that happened from the cute rose petal trial to him proposing and then us mating. They wanted me to show them my mark after I told them so I did.

"That's so cute." Emily said dreamily. I nodded my head and looked to Alice. She had a look of slight pain on her face and I immediately felt bad.

"Alice I'm sor-" I began to say but she cut me off.

"It's okay Ashton. I'm so happy for you, you shouldn't be worried about me right now." She said. I studied her face and she smiled at me. I sighed and let it go.

"Okay guys I need to take a shower." I announced. The girls nodded there heads and then exited my room. I walked to my shower and stripped my clothes off. I washed my hair and body quickly and then stepped out of the shower. I wrapped a towel around my body and then walked into my bedroom.

I pulled on a pair of black leggings and a oversized but cute black sweater that had the word 'bunny' written across it in pink letters. The sweater was meant to be big and reached about mid thigh. I pulled on a pair of black ankle slippers and I put my hair into a messy bun on top of my head.

I walked out of my room and headed down the stairs. I found Josh and Saxon talking quietly in the front room so I walked into the kitchen wanting them to have there privacy. The twins were in the kitchen so I took a seat on a stool.

"Hey guys!" I said happily. They looked up at me and smiled.

"We heard about the good news, congrats!" Justin said

"Thanks guys." I said back. They smiled at me and I showed them my ring. We talked for a few minutes before I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and I smiled happily.

"Hey baby." Saxon said. I smiled and got up from the stool. I turned towards him and smiled.

"Hey." I replied. He had a happy look on his face and I tilted my head to the side.

"Why are you so happy?" I asked. He chuckled and took my hand. He led me towards the front room and sat me down on the couch.

"I'm just happy." He said with a smile. I smiled back and climbed onto his lap. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to his chest. After a few seconds of silence he spoke up.

"I called a pack meeting." He said randomly. I felt my eyebrows knit together in confusion.

"Why? Is something wrong?" I asked worriedly. Saxon chuckled slightly and shook his head.

"No nothing's wrong." He said.

"Then what is it?" I asked confused. He paused for a moment and it seemed as if he was nervous.

"Well we mated last night so...well you know it's time for you to step up as alpha female." He said. I froze for a moment. Was I ready to be alpha female? Doubts flooded into my head but I quickly pushed them away.

"Oh okay." I said. Saxon shifted me on his lap so I was facing him.

"Are you okay with it? Because if your not I can call the pack meeting off, schedule it for another day." He rushed out worriedly. I laughed at him and placed a hand on his cheek.

"It's fine baby, I'm happy to step up as alpha female." I said reassuringly. He smiled at me and leaned down to kiss my nose. I giggled happily and then settled myself down in his arms again.

"When is the pack meeting?" I asked Saxon.

"It's in half an hour." He replied. I nodded my head and turned my attention towards the tv. Saxon and I watched tv for the next twenty minutes before I excused myself because to use the bathroom. I went to my bedroom and quickly looked at myself in the mirror, I mean I'm about to be announced as alpha female I want to look at least presentable. I pulled my makeup out and applied a swipe of mascara to my eye lashes and a light cote of eye liner.

I took my hair out of its bun, brushed threw it and then put it back up. I looked at myself in the mirror and then walked back into my room. Saxon was waiting for me in my room and as soon as I walked in his eyes met mine.

"It's time, are you ready Ash?" He asked. I nodded my head and walked over to him. He got up and took my hand in his. We walked down the stairs and towards the front room were I could hear all of the people. As soon as Saxon and I stepped into the room every body went silent and all eyes were on us.

Saxon led me towards the front of the room and I held my head high. I could tell that some people had already caught our scents because there were many gasps from the room. I spotted Saxons parents at the front of the room and they smiled warmly at me.

"Thank you all for coming." Saxon spoke out to the crowd. We were standing in front of the room now and as I looked out at the crowd of at least three hundred I saw looks of approval from many.

"We have some important news for you all. As of last night Ashton and I are engaged, and fully mated." He spoke. I held in the blush that wanted to escape when he said that. Cheers erupted from the crowd and I smiled. Julie and Bill made there way over to us and I was engulfed in a hug from them both.

"Welcome to the family." Julie said.

"Thank you." I spoke back. Bill gave me a fatherly pat on the back and joined his wife. Saxon cleared his throat and that immediately had everybody's attention.

"Ashton and I have also agreed that it would be best if she stepped up as alpha female today." He said. There were a few more cheers but things quickly quieted down. Saxon turned towards me and I turned towards him. He took my hands in his and looked deep into my eyes.

"Ashton Heart do you accept your role as alpha female?" He asked.

"I accept Alpha." I said back. I immediately felt a strong pull in my heart and apparently the rest of the room felt it to because they gasped and put there hand to there hearts. Saxon smiled happily down at me before we turned back towards the crowd. People cheered for us and then started coming forward to formally introduce them-selfs.

By the time that everybody had left the pack house I had met more then half of the pack and had gotten congrats from all of them. I was walking up the steps to my room when I felt myself being lifted into Saxons arms.

"Mind if I sleep with you tonight baby girl?" Saxon asked in my ear. I shook my head and laughed as he ran with me to my room. He laid me down on the bed and then climbed in with me. That night I fell asleep in my mates arms and I couldn't be happier
