- 1 hour into the drive - 

Poke. Poke. Poke. 

"Ow," I whispered. 

Kyle has been poking me for the past 7 minutes. 

Austin is asleep so I've been whispering. 

If Austin wakes up and sees Kyle poking me he will know that something is up. 

I can't have Autin find out...yet. 

I'll tell him. 

I just need to find out when. 

"Stop," I said. 

He shook his head. "No."

Poke. Poke. Poke. 

"Hey, what's going on back there?" Max asked while turning around. 

Kyle stopped poking me and we looked at Max. 

"Nothing," Kyle said. "Right, Ellie?" 

Then, Kyle looked at me. 

I looked at him. 

He lightly punched my stomach, but no one could see because of the seat in front of us. 

"Yep. Yeah, everything's fine." I said. 

Max nodded and turned around. 

"Thanks, for lying, sweetie," Kyle said. 

Then, he leaned in and kissed my neck. 

It made me flinch. 

"Kyle, stop!" I whisper-shouted. 

I knew that if I told anyone about this that he would hurt me. 

He kissed my neck one more time before pulling away. 

I tried to scoot as far away from him as possible, but that was very difficult considering that I was squished between two boys. I mean, not that that's an awful thing, it's not. But, I just don't like being squished. 

"I'm going to sleep," I said. 

"Fine," Kyle said. 

Then, I closed my eyes and drifted off into dreamland. 

- In Ellie's Dream - 

"Hey, sweetheart." I heard Kyle say. 

I turned around and faced him. 

He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me. 

"I missed you," I said. 

"I missed you too," he said. 

"Remember the pythons, the gang that I told you about?" He asked. 

I nodded. "Yeah. What about it?"

"Would you like to join the gang?"

"Yes!" 

"Awesome, do you want to watch some tv?"

I nodded. 

We sat down on the couch and watched tv. 

- 3 hours later - 

"Baby, we need to leave."

"Why?" I asked.

"Because some bad guys didn't give us our money for the weapons we traded," Kyle said. 

"Oh."

"Yeah, come on follow me." He said. 

I got up from the couch and followed him. 

Then, I got dressed in a black shirt, black joggers, and black combat boots. 

Then, Kyle and I got into a car with the rest of the gang and we went to an empty dock in an abandoned town. 

When we got there, I hopped out of the car and Kyle handed me a gun. 

"Hey, Alexa I need to talk to you super quickly," I said. 

Alexa nodded. 

Then, I explained how Kyle cheated on her and kissed me when I was drunk. 

She was so upset. 

Kyle saw me and he obviously knew what I was doing. 

His smile instantly faded and turned to an evil grin. 

I began walking towards the bad guys. 

But, somehow my legs stopped working. 

I was frozen in place. 

I couldn't move. 

A guy was pointing a gun at me. 

I tried lifting my arm to shoot him first, but my gun wasn't loaded. 

Kyle walked towards me and took out his gun. 

"That's  what you get for telling Alexa!"

Then, he shot me. 

And everything went black. 

- End of Ellie's dream - 

I just woke up and cried. 

Austin then woke up. 

"Hey, baby what's wrong?" He asked. 

"I had a nightmare," I said. 

"Oh, what was it about?" He asked. 

"It was about how I told Alexa about Kyle and then Kyle got mad and shot me," I said, forgetting that Kyle was sitting right next to me. 

Then, I looked at Kyle. 

He looked so mad. 

"I have to go to the bathroom!" I said. 

We are only 2 hours into the drive. 

"Okay, there's a restroom right up here," Noah said while he pulled into a parking lot. 

Noah parked the car on the other side of the building. 

Then, Austin climbed out of the car, so I could get out. 

"Does anybody else have to go?" Max asked. 

Everybody shook their head. 

"I have to go too," Kyle said. 

Oh no. 

Kyle climbed out of the car as well. 

"Alright, you two don't take too long," Noah said. 

We nodded and walked to the building. 

The truth is that I don't actually have to go to the bathroom, but I need some space for myself for a couple of minutes. I just need a break. 

I walked to the women's bathroom and Kyle walked to the men's. 

A few minutes later, I finished and walked out. 

About a minute after I finished, Kyle finished. 

And then he grabbed my arm. 

"If anyone asks, just say I'm your older brother." He said. 

"I have too many brothers," I said. 

He rolled his eyes. 

Then, he took me outside. 

He brought me behind the building. 

But, he had to be sneaky because he didn't want my brothers or Austin to see that he was sneaking me behind the building. 

He pinned me against the wall, with my arms against the wall. 

He took his hand and slapped me across my face as hard as he could. 

He did that repeatedly for a few minutes. 

I tried to scream out in pain, but he covered my mouth. 

He was chuckling. 

I was screaming into his hand. 

Then, he let go of me.

He took his hand and wrapped it around my neck, choking me. 

His other hand was pushing me against the wall. 

"If you tell anybody about what happened, I'll make you regret the day you were born." 

"I already do." I managed to say. 

I felt a liquid fall down my cheek, I used my other hand to touch my cheek, and then I looked at my hand. There was blood on my hand. 

My hand wrapped around his. 

I tried to pry his hand away from my neck, but nothing happened. It just made him tighten his grip. 

"If anyone asks about the redness on your face, just say you fell down."

I nodded. 

He let go of me, completely. 

And then we walked back to the car. 

No one would think that we came from behind the building, because Noah parked the car n the side of the building, not in front of the building where the entrance is. 

"Hey, guys. Welcome back." Max said. 

"Woah. What the fu-"

I gave Daniel a death glare. 

"Don't cuss!"

"Fine. What the fudge?" Daniel said. 

"What?" Austin asked. 

"Look at the side of her face." 

They all gasped. 

I looked at Kyle. 

"Lie," Kyle whispered. 

I nodded. 

"I fell down," I said. 

"Oh okay, it kind of looks like someone hurt you," Jack said. 

Why does Jack have to be such a Jackass? 

"Did someone hurt you?" Austin asked. 

I remembered Kyle told me to lie. 

"No. I told you guys, I fell." I said. "But, I'm okay, so can we just go?"

Everyone nodded. 

Austin got out of the car again, and Kyle climbed in first, then I went in behind him, and then Austin came in behind me. 

Great. Another hour with these boys. (Sarcasm.)
