-The Next Morning-
Brooke's POV
Ding! I opened my eyes to see a bright phone screen. I pick it up and pull the charger out. I got a text message saying Hey, Good Morning. I checked my clock and it was 10:20 a.m. Who would be texting me at ten o' clock in the morning on a weekend? I opened my phone and went to see who sent the text. It said Unknown. I replied with a text saying Good morning, not to be rude but I don't know who this is... Immediately I got a response. It's Jason, we were dancing together last night. I don't mean for this to be creepy... Hm, I'm confused on how he got my number. Did he look in a phone book. What am I talking about? That would take hours. I got startled by a noise in the house. Not to be rude, but how did you get my number?  I replied. While I waited for a response I decided to get some clean clothes on.  Ding! I heard my phone go off while I was putting pants on so I hopped on one leg towards my bed. Carter, he's my best friend and gave it to me. Why? Because I asked for it. I wanted to get to know you better, he replied.

Jason's POV

I waited for an angry reply from her. I mean I'd be mad if one of my friends gave someone I hardly know my number! Oh, okay. I mean, I don't agree with that. I'm not angry, you seem like a cool guy anyways. I smiled. Wow, she thinks I'm cool I thought sarcastically. Well, wanna hang later? I really have nothing to do and I'd really like to get to know you better. I immediately responded. About an hour later, I cleaned myself up. Brooke still hasn't replied yet! Until now. Ding! As my phone went off. I'm very sorry! I was busy because of my mom. I would like to hangout. Maybe see the new movie The Space Between Us in about half an hour? I heard it's really good!  She replies. I decided to call her now... "Yeah, I'll pick you up at 12:00. Okay, see you later, bye" I said hanging up the phone. I'm surprised she actually said yes! I don't really know what The Space Between Us was about, but it's worth it! Maybe I'll make a move, maybe I won't...
