the night before (a few hours after the casino heist)

"So, does anyone want to explain what happened?" The figure spoke in a husk whisper. A puff of smoke escaped his lips, his lit cigarette fiddling between his fingers. The men stood warily in front of their master as they kept their heads down to avoid eye contact.

"No one? I'm disappointed." Their leader scoffed as he flicked his cigarette to the ground. He paced forward in short strides, shoes clicking loudly with every step. "Well if you won't tell me what happened, then I'll just listen to this."

Reaching his desk, he grabbed the remote and turned on the television that hung high against the wall behind him. Displayed was one of Tokyo's favored news station that were currently investigating the latest casino mafia outbreak and a demolished building surrounded by smoke and ashes. Firemen and police surrounded the wreck, the news informing the civilians the current situation.

Shutting off the television, he returned his attention to his men who clearly looked alarmed. Their leader shook his head in disappointment, spinning his gun that rested on his desk as he spoke.

"You see, I'm a simple man. I like my work done quickly and quietly." He snickered, clicking his tongue in annoyance. "But it seems like these days have been disastrous."

"Mr. X, if I may," one man spoke up.

"Oh, we have a volunteer." Mr. X smiled wickedly. "The stage is yours,

Wonho."

"At the casino, I had one of our inside staff spike a drink and deliver it to a male who I believed was part of Jeon's team. Inside of the drink was a tracking device that was supposed to lead us to Jeongguk's headquarters, however Jackson intercepted." Wonho explained.

"Jackson Wang? He's back?" Mr. X questioned and his men nodded.

"He's working with Got7 again, sir. They were also at the casino, which lead to the ambush. I believe someone from our team is working against us and had informed Got7 of our plan. While we were evacuating you, Jeon's team were able to escape."

"My identity?"

"Still secret, since you were wearing the mask over your face." Wonho confirmed.

"And the tracking device?"

"That male had been taken by Jaebum's team, resulting in our men tracking them to the warehouse. As expected, Jeon's team had come to retrieve their member but we didn't expect the two groups to work together. In the midst of the chaos, an explosion went off and some of our men weren't able to make it out."

Mr. X nodded in understanding, ushering the male to come closer. "Thank you Wonho. I believe you have a team of your own, right?"

"Yes sir. Monsta X. They're stationed in Korea right now." Wonho informed.

"Message them immediately. I'm flying them out tonight." Mr. X dismissed him and Wonho exited the room, releasing a breath of relief.

"Sir—" one of the remaining males but their leader held a finger to his lips, quieting him.

"Times up." He growled, pulling the trigger. A chain of gunshots rang throughout the rooms, followed by thuds from the lifeless bodies dropping to the ground.

"If you want something done...

.... you do it yourself."

present day

"You know, if Jeongguk catches us, I'm throwing you under the bus." Mark mumbled as he sat in the passenger seat of Jimin's vehicle.

"This was your idea though!"

"Not if I tell him it was yours." Mark laughed at Jimin's pouting face. "I'm serious Jimin. The man already wants to kill me."

"He wants to kill everybody, don't take it personal." Jimin grinned playfully, following Jeongguk's car at a safe distance. "But I'll use the best friend card so he can't touch me. Taehyung would surely hate him if he hurt me."

"Jimin, we both know we care for Taehyung a lot. Don't you think that the two of them being around each other all the time might not be a good thing?" Mark asked worriedly.

"Here's the thing about the best friend card, hyung." Jimin smirked as he opened the car's center console between their seats. Inside rested a single weapon, his gun. Mark rolled his eyes as he closed the console again.

"If someone hurts my best friend, I hurt them."

"Even if that someone is Jeongguk?" Mark snickered.

Jimin's reply took longer than the older male had expected. He glanced at Jimin who seemed to be in deep thought. After a moment of silence, Mark thought the younger had dropped the question all together.

"Yes," Jimin suddenly replied in almost a whisper. "Even if it's Jeongguk."

Mark bit his lip as they continued to follow behind the other vehicle. "Hey Jimin, tell me again how you ended up in BTS."

"Sir, your team from Korea has arrived." Bogum's assistant spoke. He motioned for her to let the men inside. The seven members stood in a line, bowing together and then returning to their normal stance.

"Names and skills." Bogum ordered.

"How did I get myself in this situation," Jeongguk mumbled to himself. Taehyung laughed as he tugged on the Jeongguk's wrist, following the crowd of people towards the theme park.

"Lighten up Gukkie. It's Disneyland!" The brunette sang happily. Jeongguk raised an eyebrow towards the other but eventually broke into a small smile as he allowed Taehyung to pull him.

"My father would kill me if he found out I was here."

Taehyung shook his head. "Forget about business. Let's just have fun, yeah?" He quickly turned himself around and jumped onto Jeongguk's back, causing the younger male to grunt. "Besides, Disneyland is the only place where we don't have to grow up."

"That's Neverland, idiot." Jeongguk smirked. He reached behind and pinched Taehyung's ass cheeks, causing the elder to yelp and jump off. "And you're heavy."

"Am not!"

Jeongguk's phone sounded and he retrieved his phone from his pocket. Taehyung frowned as he watched the other male scratch his head in frustration. "It's just ongoing missions or assignments. There just seems to be no break with this X guy going around everywhere, creating chaos."

"I heard you killed his sister. Is that why he's targeting you?"

"His sister killed my mom!" Jeongguk erupted. Taehyung's eyes widened at the sudden confession. The younger male exhaled in exasperation.

"It's the people who are closest to me that get hurt. That's why I always keep a distance." Jeongguk confessed. "This man can target me all he wants. In the end, his fate will be the same."

"I'm sorry," Taehyung apologized. "I didn't know."

"Doesn't matter." Jeongguk gripped his phone tightly in his hand. "It won't be over until he's dead. That's the only way to finish this."

"Death isn't always the answer Gukkie. Look where you're at right now. It's just continuous missions that end with blood on everyone's hands. Don't you think it's time for change?"

"Not everything ends with smiles and honey bread."

The remark made the older male smile. "Shut up, you love my smile." Taehyung giggled and Jeongguk shrugged his shoulders while grinning playfully.

"I loved the honey bread."

Taehyung reached for Jeongguk's hand, but to the younger male's surprise, Taehyung grabbed his phone instead. "Let's turn off your phone for the day. No distractions. Just have fun."

Jeongguk scoffed at the remark. "Fun? Is having fun going to keep my team safe and help us find Mr. X?

"You'll be surprised at the things you can accomplish when you're having fun," Taehyung reassured as he slipped the device into the back pocket of Jeongguk's jeans. Jeongguk stiffened at the sudden closeness. His eyes locking contact with Taehyung's.

"What?"

"It's not hard to tell when someone is stressed about something," Taehyung admitted. Inside he wanted to stop himself from continuing, but his mouth decided against it.

Leaning forward, lips dangerously close to Jeongguk's ears, he whispered. "If you let me, I can help you relieve that stress."

Expecting to see a flustered Jeongguk, Taehyung pulled away in amusement, only to be tugged back closer towards the younger male, nose brushing against each other. Taehyung's breath hitched as he drowned in Jeongguk's lustful eyes.

"Then do something about it," Jeongguk replied huskily before releasing the bashful male.

"Why the flushed face? I thought this was supposed to be happiest place on earth." Jeongguk teased jokingly as he ran ahead. Taehyung grinned before following behind in a chorus of laughter, chasing the other towards the bathroom near the ticket booths.

"Kihyun, were you able to track the device any further than the warehouse?"

"Yes sir, it ends at a high-rise in Shibuya. I'll send the address to my team's phones with the coordinates. I believe this is where Jeon's team are staked out." Kihyun informed.

"Pull up cameras around the area. I want a full coverage of the district surrounding that building." The room was filled with large screens, most displaying live footage of Japan's streets. Kihyun sat on the main system's computer that allowed him to display different windows onto the screens to enable his boss to see what he sees.

"There's someone on the system's camera directory. I'll have to hack into network to gain control."

"Do what you need to do. I want footage from last night's incident. The tracker leads you here, so I want visual on who and how many are currently at this location."

Jhope was lounging in his room when his laptop rang an alarm. He walked over to his desk and sat on the computer chair, observing as his firewall network appeared to be crashing. "Someone's hacking me? Interesting."

"Let's see what we have here."

Jhope watched as an unknown source started decoding his security system that contained the city's camera's that surrounded their hideout. Growing worried, he worked on increasing the codes to prevent the intruder from hacking them.

"Sir, he's fighting back." Kihyun warned but Bogum only urged him to advance.

"Get into the network before he locks us out."

Jhope grew anxious as his codes were being dismantled. He was unsure why Jeongguk wasn't answering his messages, but figured he could stall the offender long enough to prepare the team.

"What's going on?" Suga questioned as he and RM entered the room; having received Jhope's messages.

"Someone's hacking our firewall. He's able to decode everything I'm throwing at him. It won't be long before he breaks through our security system."

"And that means?"

"All access to our data base, profiles, the building's and city's security cameras, basically everything that's protecting us from getting caught right now." Jhope cautioned.

"Any word from Jeongguk?" Suga investigated as he called the rest of the members to prepare to leave."

"No, but there's nothing to worry about yet. I can delete our information before this guy invades our system, but I can't say that we'll be safe after he accesses the cameras. It'll be hard to get off the grid if he's watching us from every device containing a camera."

"Has any tried calling V?" RM questioned.

"Phone was destroyed in the crash," Suga answered after ending his call with the eldest member. "Jimin's safe. Apparently, he's out with Mark so Jin prepared our vehicles with weapons in case we will need to make a break for shelter elsewhere."

"Guys, he's in." Jhope announced and the three watched as the computer screen's glitches intensify before shutting off.

"What now?" Suga looks at his members.

"We evacuate calmly," RM instructed. "If we rush out, he'd send for his men storm for us immediately. Jhope, message Jin that we're on our way down."

"We have a few minutes before he has full access to the cameras," Jhope briefed as they headed towards the elevators after grabbing their bags that were filled with their belongings. Suga had taken the time to pack for everyone while Jhope was busy defending their firewall.

RM held his belongings, as well Jeongguk's while Jin had taken Jimin's down with him earlier.

"Were you able to delete our profiles?" RM asked as they descended to the main lobby floor.

"I was able to move it all into this usb, but one of the files hadn't finished downloading."

"Who?"

The screens in the room slowly began to display camera's from around the Shibuya central area, progressing into the building's tapes. Files from the hacked software's loaded onto the desktop. Kihyun went through each of the files as they downloaded.

"Their tech is good. There's nothing really important here. He deleted their locations and profiles —" there was a small pause and Bogum raised a brow towards the other.

"What?"

"Looks like one profile slipped through the cracks." Kihyun smirked, opening it. Bogum's eyes widened as his interest grew.

"Print that paper out and find me his location." He ordered. "Things are getting more interesting around here."

The two stumbled into the bathroom stall, ignoring the strange looks they received from a few children who were in the bathroom. Taehyung put his finger to his lips, mouthing secret, before locking the stall door.

Jeongguk suddenly began to rethink the situation after finding himself alone with Taehyung in the small space. This is a mistake. What the fuck am I doing? He thought.

However, his change of attitude didn't go unnoticed. Taehyung gently pushed Jeongguk against the wall and fiddled with the bottom of the younger male's earlobe to calm him.

"Tae—"

"It's okay Guk," the older male smiled softly. "You don't have to do anything. Let me take care of you."

Waiting for Jeongguk's consent, Taehyung got down on his knees after receiving a nod. His hands caressing Jeongguk's clothed member, feeling it harden beneath the jeans.

"How long has it been since you've gotten a decent suck?" Taehyung teased, slowly unbuttoning the young male's pants.

"Too long," Jeongguk admitted. "Jesus, fuck Tae! Just do it already!" He growled as the pain became unbearable. Every touch was sending him shivers up his spine and he desperately needed a release.

Taehyung giggled at the begging male, before tugging on the fabric and pulling down the jeans and boxers in one swift motion. Jeongguk's cock sprang free and the brunette gasped at the size.

"What? Too big to fit?" Jeongguk smirked.

"Stretch me enough and I can take it full," Taehyung quickly replied, catching the younger male off guard.

"And I'm not talking about my mouth." He added with a wink.

Before Jeeonguk could process the comeback, Taehyung stuck the tip of his tongue into Jeongguk's slit, tasting the precum. Jeongguk groaned in satisfaction, hands finding their way into Taehyung's hair.

The brunette began to wrap his lips around the head of Jeongguk's cock, sucking on it before slowly pushing his way further down.

The younger male bucked his hips forward, enjoying the warm wet cavern. Taehyung chocked at the action but continued to suck harder, his hands moving up and down on the rest of the cock, jerking off what couldn't fit.

"Shit Taehyung, you're doing so well," Jeongguk complimented, watching the view from above.

The said male hummed, taking pride in his work. The vibration made Jeongguk's cock twitch, hitting the back of his throat.

"Fuck," Taehyung breathed out as he pulled back for air. "You're so fucking big."

"Do you want to stop?" Jeongguk asked, but he prayed that the other would deny. To his relief, Taehyung shook his head.

"No, I'm good." Taehyung smiled, hands still running Jeongguk's shaft up and down. "I'm good for you."

And with that, he returned to sucking off the younger male, taking in as much as he can fit. Jeongguk's eyes rolled back in pleasure, fisting Taehyung's hair.

Taehyung bobbed his head up and down, slurping up the precum while licking down the veins. His sucks became sloppy as Jeongguk thrusted into Taehyung's mouth, the dominant male becoming more aroused at the warm wet cavern surrounding his cock.

His moans grew louder and they continued like this for a few more minutes before Jeongguk reached his climax. Taehyung urged for him to cum inside his mouth, to which the younger male granted, releasing inside of him.

Taehyung swallowed the cum, sucking Jeongguk dry before standing to his feet. Jeongguk was a sweating mess as he tried to catch his breath. He wouldn't admit it out loud, but that was the best orgasm he's had in ages.

The thought of Taehyung doing that to other men bothered Jeongguk, but his mind wasn't in the right place to judge the other male. He glanced down to see the bulge in Taehyung's jeans, but before he could comment, Taehyung spoke.

"Clean yourself up, I'll be waiting outside." Taehyung exited the stall, winking at the kids who's eyes widened at the scene, a few parents also stunned at the circumstances.

"Spitters are quitters. Remember that boys." Taehyung laughed when the parents groaned in disgust while the kids questioned their parents on the meaning.

Jeongguk chuckled from inside the stall, shaking his head at the situation before composing himself again and exiting the stall. The adults gave him the same disgusted look to which he shrugged.

"Best blow job ever." He commented as the boys were now yelling at their parents to answer their pending questions.

"Better?" Taehyung smirked from outside.

"Shut up," Jeongguk grinned, tugging Taehyung with him to the ticket booth.

"This is boring," Jimin mumbled after hours of following his two members around the park. They were currently sitting at a bench outside of the Disney store where Taehyung and Jeongguk were roaming around after taking a break from the rides.

"I've never seen two people more interested in each other but so complicated. It's so obvious Jeongguk likes him! Why doesn't his self-centered ass do something about it?" Mark growled.

"It's his father. He's always looking for approval," Jimin explained as he shoved a piece of cotton candy into his mouth. "His father is a homophobe if I remember correctly."

"What's his thought on you and Suga then?" Jimin choked on his cotton candy at the sudden question.

"W-what about Suga and I?"

Mark snickered as he poked the younger male's cheeks. "Look at the color of your cheeks. Their almost as pink as that sugar on a stick."

"I don't know what you're talking about," defended Jimin and Mark rolled his eyes before standing to his feet.

"Okay, whatever. I'm going to use the bathroom. Keep an eye on them, yeah?"

"Yeah yeah, I'll watch them." He shooed the older male away as he continued to keep an eye on his best friend and his leader. Jimin found it funny how he has been following the most feared mafia leader in Asia, but Jeongguk has been completely oblivious at the pair following him and Taehyung around.

While Jimin was deep in thought, he hadn't noticed that Jeongguk excused himself to the bathroom, leaving Taehyung to wonder the Disney store alone. That was until he saw a familiar face approach his best friend.

All thoughts of staying undercover left his mind as he ran towards his best friend who stood motionless in front of the only person that had taken a piece of Taehyung's heart. Someone Taehyung had shown Jimin multiple pictures of. The reason why Jimin had grown so close to Taehyung.

If it weren't for Jimin, Taehyung would have been stuck in his depressed state, deprived of happiness and laughter. Jimin could never imagine his best friend being stuck in that dark hole again.

All because of this one person.

Taehyung's first love.

Taehyung's first heartbreak.

"Hey Tae. Long time no see."

"Gummie?"

Taehyung spoke so softly, if Bogum hadn't been so attentive towards the brunette male, he would have missed it.

"I haven't seen you since I've moved to Japan," Bogum smiled cheekily, ruffling Taehyung's brown hair. "You've grown so well."

"Thank you. So have you." Taehyung hated the way he sounded so awkward, but he had not even the slightest idea that he would run into the other. He almost forgot about the gaping hole in his heart.

"What brings you here anyways? I thought you were afraid of flying." Bogum interrogated. "Are you here alone?"

"I—"

"Taetae!" He two looked towards the squealing male as he hugged his best friend from behind. "I thought I lost you! Don't you know how big this park is? It's so easy to lose you."

"Jimin?"

"Yeah, who else silly," Jimin giggled, giving his best friend a squeeze on the cheeks. He directed his attention to the person who stood confused. "Hi. I'm Jimin, Tae's soulmate. You are?"

"His soulmate?" Bogum repeated.

"No, sorry. That position is filled by his best friend, which is me."

"Jimin, this is Bogum." Taehyung interrupted, already feeling the heavy tension between the two. "He was a friend of mine in Korea, before he moved to Japan due to family business."

Disregarding the glare coming from the smaller male who decided to drop into his conversation with Taehyung, Bogum resumed interrogating. "What are you doing in Japan anyways?"

"Well I —" Before he could answer, a shout came from behind and Jimin mentally face palmed himself for forgetting about warning Mark. The group looked back to find Jeongguk holding Mark by his arm as they exited the bathroom, the older male obviously pissed that Jimin abandoned him.

"Oops," Jimin muttered.

As Jeongguk approached, Jimin motioned a nose tap, a move the two created when they're in a situation where they need to take caution. Jeongguk quickly understood and released Mark, deciding to save the ass kicking for later.

"I see you've found Taehyung."

Jimin gulped nervously as he nodded. "Yeah, of course. It's a best friend telepathy thing." Jimin quickly lied. "This is Bogum."

"Bogum?" Jeongguk repeated as he tilted his head in uncertainty. He examined the man in front of him, noticing the other was doing the same. "Are you here alone?"

"With family, actually." Bogum confirmed. "I was just greeting Taebear here."

Jeongguk cringed at the nickname, but relaxed when Taehyung stood closer to him, Jeongguk possessively wrapping an arm around Taehyung's waist. "You two know each other?"

"Bogum's an old friend from Korea." Taehyung clarified.

"Boyfriend." Bogum corrected, eyes not once leaving Jeongguk's.

"Ex boyfriend." Jimin interrupted, as he stood next to his best friend.

Mark, who seemed to be invisible in the current circumstance, decided to take advantage of the case. He took a quick photo with his phone and sent it directly to JB, feeling uncertain about the guy.

Bogum's phone jingled and he read the message before excusing himself. "Well, my family is looking for me so I guess this is where we say goodbye. Besides, I think I can tell when I'm unwanted."

The group watched as Bogum left the store and Jeongguk retrieved his arm from around Taehyung's shoulder and returned his attention to Mark and Jimin, threatening to kill them for spying on him and Taehyung.

Meanwhile, Taehyung ran outside of the store while the others were distracted. "Bogum, wait!"

The said male turned around and smiled softly, "You're still as cute as I remembered you."

Taehyung gulped as he surpassed his old feelings he had for the other. "I can't love you the same way I use to," he confessed. "But I would like to see you again. As friends?"

"So you've moved on," Bogum acknowledge. "Does he love you?"

He took the silence as an answer and slowly nodded to himself. Taehyung kept his head low as his old lover came up to him and patted him on the head. "You'll always be someone special in my heart Tae. Even if we remain as just friends."

"Here's my card," Bogum offered to which Taehyung happily accepted. "If anything happens, and I mean anything, call me."

"I really missed you Gummie." He confessed and Bogum pouted his lips in affirmation.

"You'll always be mine Tae." Walking away, he watched Taehyung run back to Jeongguk, grabbing the male's hand as they exited the store together.

"And only mine." He said to himself.

Bogum looked at his phone, reading the message once more.

"We've got them."

"I can't believe the two of them followed us around the entire park." Jeongguk huffed. "I'm even more angry that I didn't realize it."

"I guess the all great mafia leader doesn't know everything, huh?" Taehyung teased, wiping off the ketchup that was at the corner of the younger male's lips. They were currently taking a late lunch break at Toontown, Taehyung's current favorite location at the park. "Where did they go anyways?"

"I cursed them out in the store and threatened that if they continued to follow us, I'll make their lives a living hell."

"I think you already do that without trying." Taehyung laughed. Jeongguk tried glaring towards the older but it had no effect, so he settled with a small chuckle of defeat.

"By the way, what happened after you ran after that guy?"

Taehyung stopped laughing and sipped his drink nervously. "You saw that?"

"You still have feelings for him?" Jeongguk pestered and the older male only shook his head, tucking his hands into his lap as he rocked in his seat.

"He was my first official boyfriend. Bogum's actually the reason why I came out of the closet," he admitted. "We were first years in high school when we met and during our last year, we promised we would be together forever."

Jeongguk hummed, acknowledging that he was listening. "One day he told me his family had to move to Japan. His dad was being promoted or something, Bogum was always private about his dad's work."

A red flag signaled in Jeongguk's head but he decided to keep listening. "Bogum's not a bad guy Gukkie. Our breakup wasn't a hateful one, but it was the hardest. If I hadn't met Jimin, I probably wouldn't be the person I am today."

"I don't want to seem insensitive, but do you think there's a possibility the Bogum isn't all that you think he is?" Jeongguk proposed. "Does he have a sister that you know of?"

"What are you suggesting? That he's Mr. X? Is that really what you're saying?" Taehyung scowled but the other shook his head.

"I'm not trying to point fingers, but it's my job to know my surroundings and who's close to me."

"What Bogum does is none of your concern." Taehyung argued.

"I'm just saying, if he turns out to be one of the bad guys, will you able to take the shot?"

Taehyung remained silent but he could feel Jeongguk wanting to dig for further questioning. "Let's drop it. I don't want to talk about this anymore."

Jeongguk isn't one to drop questions. His job is questioning and interrogating until he finds the answer that he needs. He doesn't like making mistakes and not being in control.

"Our fast passes! I almost forgot about them," Taehyung squealed as he caught sight of the time. He dug into his pockets and retrieved the two tickets. "We can finally ride Space Mountain!"

But Jeongguk thinks Taehyung is worth trusting.

"How long until they expire?" Jeongguk asked, trying to ease the unsettled feeling from their previous conversation.

"We have 10 minutes! Can we make it?"

Jeongguk smirked mischievously as he stood from his seat. Reaching for Taehyung's hand, the other raised a brow in question before accepting it. Before he could question, Jeongguk tugged him forward and broke into a sprint.

"Wait! My fries!" The brunette exclaimed at his abandoned food.

"I'll buy you more after the ride," Jeongguk promised and laughed at the way Taehyung's small pout grew into a wide smile at the new arrangement.

"Deal!"

The two boys ran across the park until they reached their destination, relieved at how short the fast pass line was compared to standby.

"We have a few minutes left," Taehyung cheered. "Let's go."

"Jeon!" A voice called from the distance and the two watched as a familiar face ran towards them.

"I only have two tickets. I don't think Mark can join us," the brunette frowned but Jeongguk shook his head.

"No, he's not coming on with us. I'll see what he wants. Go wait by the entrance while I see what's up."

"Okay, but don't take too long! I don't want them to reject us because we took too long to use our passes."

"If they does then I'll just kill them," Jeongguk joked but Taehyung punched him in the chest.

"That's not funny, stupid." He muttered while making his way to the attraction's entrance. Jeongguk stood in irritation as Mark sprinted towards him.

"Where's Jimin? Minding his own business now that he's been caught?"

"Why aren't you answering your phone?" Mark questioned as he tried to catch his breath.

"It's off, are we done now?" Jeongguk deadpanned. He stepped forward to join Taehyung but his path was blocked by the exhausted male.

"Jeongguk you need to listen."

Taehyung smiled towards the two, waving the fast passes in the air and trying to usher Jeongguk to hurry.

"I'm busy right now," He replied sternly. "But you know that, right? I mean, you and Jimin have been stalking Taehyung and I this entire time. We might as well call it a double date."

"So it's a date, huh?"

"We're done here." Jeongguk pushed past Mark in attempt to end the conversation.

"Jeongguk, stop!—"

"What do you want?" Jeongguk growled as he turned back in anger. "What could possibly be so important that you have to interrupt my day?"

"There's been an explosion!" Mark exclaimed as he shoved his phone in the other's face. "Does that qualify as something of importance to you, or should I just go back to minding my own business?"

Jeongguk snatched the device from the older male's hand as he read the urgent messages he had ignored throughout the day.

"Your team is in danger." Mark continued. He sighed in sympathy, watching Jeongguk's face turn pale.

"I'm sorry about your dad, Jeon."
