I just remembered Phoenix gave me something before she left I better check what it was in a little while before I forget about it, but first, I waited until Newt left Alby when I struck. I ran over to Newt and pulled a knife out of my boots and put it up to his throat and he looked like he was already dead.

"Newt don't tell anyone else what I told you and you get to keep your head, okay?" I tell Newt.

"O-okay." He stutters out very quietly.

"What did you say I couldn't hear you?" I say pulling the knife closer to his neck, Blood began dripping down his neck just slightly but still enough to show him I mean business.

"O-okay I won't tell anyone else." He says just loud enough for me to hear.

"Good." I was starting to scare myself.

I walked away slowly and then that slowly turned into a full out run.

Chuck's Pov

Avery just threatened Newt with a knife, I feel kind of scared of her now because she's changed so much. She used to only be violent when there was real danger not some little bit of thought to be craziness turning into almost murder. Maybe, WICKED was wrong. Maybe she isn't immune.

Avery's Pov

I didn't want to almost kill anyone but, I just almost killed the second in command Newt. If I did that to him who knows what I could do to other people. But this maze, this maze changed me. And maybe not for the better. I decided to check out what Phoenix gave me.

Whoever reads this please understand I didn't want to do anything that I have done and if I could do it over I would.

I screwed up, big time.

I hope everyone can forgive me, when we meet again.

Just know that my name is Phoenix or Autumn and I will never forget the day I meet Newt.

It was several years ago when we were both just little kids who had seen something traumatic that will scar are minds forever. My brother and parents were murdered in front of me and the last words my brother said are the most important he told me to destroy WICKED and save everyone else and that is what I'm going to do.

I saved Newt and Sonya by murdering 3 people. I had already killed the 2 people that brought me to this hellhole.

My friend who I can't even describe is named Hollow, she will help me in my mission cause this world is super gone.

I remember watching the world burn, my family die, my boyfriend cheat, getting a new boyfriend, having a daughter and my best friends.

I don't want to forget anything but to save my friends I would give my life, for them,for you...all.

Avery and Minho are siblings and they basically fight every morning.

Avery forgive me for not telling you I had all this information in my pocket I'm not dead, I just escaped the Maze and then I can fulfill my mission and if I don't become a crank I can see you again. I hope you don't forget me for I will return with more friends to save you and everyone else.

What did I just read? Honestly. What the shuck?

I guess I should just put this somewhere that everyone will be able to see. Wait no what am I thinking? Someone who I kind of remember will die if this goes wrong. Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I run over to the maze doors and everyone looks at me, I'm starting to doubt myself that I won't be able to survive, but I have to.

"Phoenix is alive." Was all I said before running into the maze dropping the letter on the way out.

The doors slammed shut trapping me in the Maze. Well I'm stuck and now I know I shouldn't have done this. I turn around to see a griever and I take off running.

Minho's POV

WHAT DID SHE JUST DO! Did she actually just trap herself in the maze!? What the shuck!

Newt's Pov

I saw the item she dropped and picked it up it was a letter from...Phoenix.

I walked away from the crowd with the letter in my hands. As the questions begin to build up in my head I began to read.

When I finished reading I was frozen, she is alive it's not just a lie. But Avery was telling the truth about her and Minho being siblings too.

Minho's Pov

Newt just walked away like nothing happened. I just lost a friend maybe even a sister and he just walks away! Seriously, I can't believe him.

I went to look for Newt and I saw him sitting in the Deadheads with a piece of paper in his hand. I go over and poke him in the shoulder continuously until he turned around to look at me.

"What do you bloody want?" Newt asked as if I just murdered Phoenix in front of him.

"I just came to see what you are up to and what your reaction is to Avery saying something so insane." I say only half lying.

"Oh well it seems like your bloody sister likes telling us the truth." Newt said harshly.

"What?" I'm so confused.

"You know perfectly well what I'm bloody talking about."

"Um... I thought you would think I was crazy for believing her."

"So that's your bloody amazing excuse."

"Come on, can you stop being so hostile? I thought we were friends, Newt."

"Not if you keep bloody lying to my face and the same goes for your stupid bloody sister."

"Calm down, please." It feels like I'm talking to a wild animal.

"No! I will not until this is bloody over which it could be tomorrow or the next day or the day after that."

"Please just understand thi-"

"No, I will not pretend everything is bloody fine."

"But-"

"Go play with a bunch a bloody grievers."

"Bye." Is all I say before walking away.

Thomas's Pov

Chuck looks like he just saw a griever. And at the exact same moment Phoenix burst through the doors blood dripped down her left leg and a girl who has been mentioned a few times before held her up.

Phoenix's Pov

-Flashback to earlier that day-

"So your the girl who was removed from Maze A." A strange man said as he walked up to me.

"Yeah, what do you want?" I asked.

"To kill you." He responded pulling out a knife.

He managed to cut the back side of my left leg and blood drenched my pants quickly. That's when Hollow ran up to me and looked at the guy as soon as she started walking towards the guy in front of me he stopped breathing and I saw her hand covered in blood from stabbing him in the heart with her bare hand.

-Flashback over-

"So what happened today with you guys." I ask the 2 boys in front of me.

"Avery has caused a bunch of trouble she even threatened Newt-"

"Seriously!?"

"Yeah, and she just ran into the Maze and is now stuck."

"I will be back in a little while."

I ran off forgetting about my injuries, I arrived at the room where we can control the grievers.

First off I thought is scaring Avery so badly that she will never mess with Newt again.

I made a griever chase her all night but didn't let it sting her.

Avery's Pov

When the doors started to open I finally realized that I had gotten injured. It felt like every bone in my body was broken and there probably is some broken bones.

When I walked in I felt dead, everyone's eyes were on me but they weren't friendly, they were harsh and rude and even cruel. What happened last night?

I went to Alby first and he looked mad as hell at me.

"Why is everyone so grumpy worse than Gally after you play a prank on him." I accidentally said out loud.

"What did you just say?!" A obviously mad Alby asked.

"Nothing. So why is everyone so uneasy?"

"Last night Newt kind of lost it and we almost had to kill him. Minho has several serious injuries and we thought you might have died so... yeah this really doesn't sound good."

I ran off to see my brother to make sure he was not super dead. When I got there I saw something that belongs in a nightmare. His right arm was bent in unnatural angles, his left arm was bleeding through the bandages and his legs were still in okay condition.

"Minho...can..you....still...run?" I asked.

"Y-yeah..my arms took all the blows." He said softly.

"Okay, good."

"You know, you're the best sister ever."

"What happened exactly?"
