"Miss nakatitig ka sa akin." I was taken a back when he suddenly waved in front of my face. My eyes widened a bit before looking at him. 

"Huh?" My brows furrowed, "Hindi kaya, bakit naman kita titigan?" I denied before looking down on my food and taking a spoonful of the soup.

"Aray, mainit!" I let go of the spoon as I fan my mouth with my hand. 

"Ikukuha lang kita ng tubig, miss!" I saw how Inin jump on his feet and rush towards their cups, he place a cup down on their table before pouring water that came from a pitcher. 

"Miss oh." He handed it to me that I immediately reached for. 

"Dahan-dahan kasi." He said while I'm chugging in the water while he's right there, standing beside me. 

I place the cup down and take a deep breath, "Why are you calling me miss? Diba I already told you my name?" I asked, looking up at him. 

Then  he smiled, "Wala lang, mas bagay kang tawagin na miss, mas nakakaganda sayo." He said and my brows furrowed. 

"Shut up, kumain kana." I said and he chuckled before scratching the back of his head and nodding, walking back towards is chair across me. 

"May dinala nga pala akong pwede natin laruin mamaya, I hope matutunan mo." I said while cooling down my food. 

"Of course naman, fast learner kaya ako." he said which made me chuckle and shake my head before taking another spoonful of the food. 

"Sabi mo ha," I said before lifting my head up to look at him. 

"Kwento ka, kahit ano, diba gusto mo kapag nagkekwento tungkol sa buhay mo?" I asked him, he look at me and smiled before nodding. 

"Oo nga, kaso wala akong maisip na kwento eh." He replied before giggling. 

I slowly nod, "Well... school? How's your school?" I asked before taking another spoonful of lomi. 

"Ahm... ayun, okay lang naman, parang normal na estudyante lang. Aral-aral kapag may exam, kapag wala... edi wala. Minsan pumapasok lang talaga ako para sa baon." He said before snorting which made choked on my food. 

We both burst out laughing as I was having a hard time breathing. 

"That's so... that's so bad!" I said while catching my breath. 

"Grabe ka naman sa bad!" He exclaimed, sounding so offended which made me laugh even more. My stomach begun to hurt but I'm enjoying the feeling, tears are even forming in my eyes that I immediately wiped out. 

It was a good minute of me just laughing before I calmed down and wipe the tears in my eyes, "Pero same." I said before looking at him, his brows furrowed, "Pumapasok ka lang din para sa baon?" He asked and I chuckled before shaking my head.

"No, I'm also a chill student, I don't pay attention to school most of the time." I said and he slowly nod. 

"May subject ka ba na nahihirapan?" He asked and I squinted my eyes. 

"Don't tell me you're going to tutor me?" I asked and he shrug, 

"Ikaw bahala, if gusto mo. Lagi lang naman ako andito after class eh." He replied and I slowly nod. 

"Math, I suck at math." I silently replied, feeling a bit shy towards my problem. 

"Ah, sure, punta ka lang dito if need mo ng tulong, okay?" He softly said, I look at him and smile before nodding. 

"Thank you, I'll accept your offer." I said he and returned the smile. 

"That's what friends are for, lods. Mga kaklase ko nga sa akin din nagpapaturo, trusted and tested 'to 'no." He proudly said before patting his chest. 

His expression suddenly dropped, "Magkagrade level lang naman siguro tayo 'no?" He worriedly ask which made me giggle because of his expression. 

"Grade 10 na ako, ikaw ba?" I asked and he smiled. 

"Ay, grade 10 din, same nga lang, I'm sure hindi naman siguro nagkakalayo ang lectures ng mga school natin." he said and I nod. 

"Sana nga, private school tend to have different lectures eh." I said before continue eating. 

"Hindi 'yan, tsaka kaya ko 'yan. Trust Inin lods,  maituturo ko sa'yo yan." He once again proudly said and I nod. 

We continue eating and he continue talking about his life. More likely his friends, he's very talkative and I enjoy listening to him. He would tell me how messy his friends are. How they end up getting scolded, or even how they end up becoming friends. Sobrang daldal talaga niya, he even have expressions, hand gestures or sometimes demonstrate the scenarios which makes me enjoy his stories more. 

"Tapos kana bang kumain?" Tanong niya nang mapasin ko na ubos na ang pagkain sa mangkok niya. 

I nod, "Yes, I'm done." I replied and he nods before picking up our bowls and he went out, my brows furrowed and almost follow him when in just few seconds he came back. 

"Diba sabi mo may lalaruin tayo?" He ask and I nod. 

"Ah, oo nga pala, kukunin ko lang." I said before walking towards my bag that I placed on their other table. When I opened my backpack, the bonnets I made are the first ones that I saw. 

"Ahm... Inin?" I called him while holding the bonnets. 

"Bakit? May ipis ba? Daga?" He ask from the table, 

I shake my head and faced him, "These are for you nga pala, I made them kanina." I said as I push my hands forwards. Napakunot ang noo niya habang nakatingin sa akin, he stand up from his seat and walk towards me. 

He reach for the bonnets, "Gawa mo?" he ask while looking at them. 

I bit my lower lip and slowly nod, "Yes, pangit ba?" I hesitantly ask, 

He shook his head, "HIndi kaya! Ang astig nga! Gawa mo?! Wews, mas lalo ko 'tong ma-appreciate kasi gawa mo!" He said which made my expression lit up. He brush his hair with his hand before putting the navy blue one. 

He faced their mirror that is hang on the wall, "Ang ganda! Bagay na bagay sa akin!" He shouted while looking at the mirror. 

"I know it would suit you." I mumbled, few seconds of him staring at himself, he remove it and faced my direction. 

"Salamat ng sobra, ang gaganda nila." He said and I smiled before nodding. I once again faced my bag and grab the Uno cards from the inside. 

"Here," I faced him holding the cards, "Are you familiar with this game?" I asked him, he stared at the cards for few seconds before slowly shaking his head.

"Hindi eh, sorry." he said and I giggled, 

"It's Uno Cards, madaling lang siya, halika." Inaya ko siya sa lamesa kung saan kami kumain kanina. 

"Sit down," I told him and he did what I said. I pull the cards from the box and started explaining him the rules. It was a good 10 minutes of me explaining. I explained to him how cards work, what card should he put down once he I placed down that card, what should he not do, what should he do and what should he shout once he only have 1 card left. 

"Pwede mag tanong?" He ask, raising his hand like he's in a class that I find cute. 

I nod, "Sure, what is it?" I asked, 

"Anong mangyayari sa talo at panalo?" He ask and my brows furrowed. 

"Wala naman, we can play another round once tapos na tayo." I said and he nod. 

"Pwede bigyan ng parusa yung talo?" He ask and my eyes squinted before I chuckle and nod. 

"Sure sure, we'll do that." I said before shuffling the cards. 

We start playing and I'm surprised that he indeed got the rules right. He is also a good player for a beginner. 

"Bang!" 

"Uno!"

"Nauna ako magsabi! Nauna ako!" He shouted, 

"Na-bang kita! Na-bang kita! Wala! Wala! Wala! Blehhh!!!" He teased like a kid which made me burst out laughing, throwing my head back which made me almost fell down on the chair. 

"Fine, fine." I said before picking cards. 

"Akala mo ha, mabilis mata ko 'no!" He bragged which made me roll my eyes but not in a rude way. 

It was like a pattern that whenever one of us would have 1 card left, they would be caught and end up picking up more cards. 

"Dumidilim na, sandali lang." he stand up from his chair before turning on the light inside the hut. 

"Okay, game?" He ask once he's back. 

I nod, "Un-"

"Bang!" He shouted as I placed down the other card. 

"Ahhh!!" I shouted in frustration when he caught me again. 

He burst out laughing, "Akala mo haa! Walang tapos 'to!" He said and I stomped my feet on the ground. 

"Ano ba 'yan!!" I whined while picking up more cards. He just kept on laughing and laughing. 

"Nakaka-isip na talaga ako ng parusa para sa'yo, HAHAHA!" He laughed out loud and I just pouted. 

"Kapag talaga ako ng nanalo, lagot ka sa akin." Inis kong turan, nanlaki ang mata ko nang pinandilaan ako nito. 

"Aba! Aba! Talaga! Yari ka sa akin!" I said and he giggled before placing down a card. It continued for another minutes, it's taking us so long. 

"Mapaparusahan pa nga si Lory~" He sing-sang, I rolled my eyes before placing down a card. 

"UNO!!!" I shouted and his eyes widened, he look down on the table and look on my hand that holds a single card. 

"UY, andaya! Itinago mo yung iba 'no!" He said and I stick out my tongue. 

"Blehh! Hindi kaya! Come on! Place your card!" I said, getting excited and eager to win.

He look at his four cards, I even saw his Adam's apple go up and down, indicating he's nervous. He held a card, but then changed mind and touch another card, he pick it up and place down. 

A yellow card, "You lost!!" I shout when I placed down my another yellow card. 

"HAHAHAAH! I won!! You lost!! I won!! Mapaparusahan ka!!" I shouted, I stand up from the chair and started dancing. 

"Nanalo ako! Talo ka!~" I sing-sang, he just sat there, his hands on his forehead. He looks like he just lost a large amount of money from a game when in fact he'll just get punished. 

"Sige na, kaltukan mo na ako sa noo." he said as he push his hair upwards, exposing his forehead. 

My brows furrowed, "Oh no no, hindi 'yon ang parusa mo." I said before fixing the cards. He stared at me, confusion written on his face. Just sat there, watching me fix my things. 

"Let's go outside." Pag-aaya ko sa kaniya, kahit halatang naguguluhan siya ay sumama siya sa labas. 

I walk towards the motor and look at him who's just standing meters away from me, "Sakay," I said and his eyes widened. 

"Hala! Ayan ka nanaman! Marami pa akong pangarap sa buhay!" He hugged himself and I burst out laughing. 

"Parusa mo, sakay na! Joyride tayo, mabilis lang." I said, a wide smile printed on my face. He scratch the back of his head and stomped his feet on the ground before walking towards me, he hold on my shoulder before hopping on. 

"Lory!" Binuksan ko palang ang makina ng motor pero napasigaw na agad siya. 

"Wala pa." I said and I hear him scoff. 

"Kapit," I said and he held on my shoulders. 

I rolled my eyes and reach for his left hand, removing it from my shoulders before putting it on my waist. 

"Dalawang kamay." I said and he place his right hand on my waist. 

"Ano ba, gusto mo ba mahulog? Higpitan mo." I said as he's only holding on my shirt. 

"Naman eh! Bagalan mo lang para di ako mahulog!" He whined and I giggled. 

"Parusa mo nga diba?" I said and I hear him whined before wrapping his arms around my waist tight. 

"Okay na?" He ask and I nod, "Here we go!" 

"Lory!-"

I felt his arms tighten around my waist as he snuggle his face on my back. 

"Dahan-dahan!!" Sigaw niya nang mas pabilisin ko ang motor. 

"Lory nasa bayan tayo! Baka mahuli ka!" Sigaw niya at napahagalpak lang ako ng tawa. 

I took a turn and went to the bigger road, "Lory mamatay tayo! Dahan-dahan!" Sigaw niya habang nakasubsob sa likod ko. 

"Lory!!" Sigaw niya nang mas pinaharurot ko ang motor. 

I took another turn and take the road that leads me to a destination I want. 

"Lory!" Muntikan na kaming matumba nang magulungan ko ang isang bato. Napahagalpak lang ako ng tawa habang nakasubsob pa rin si Inin sa likod ko. 

"Andito na tayo." I said as I turn off the engine. I felt him slowly distance his face away from my back and look around. 

"Nasa langit na ba ako?" He ask that made me giggle, "Ah gusto mo nang pumunta sa langit? Kapit--"

"Ayaw! Ayaw! Bababa na ako!" He cut me off which made me chuckle. 

We're now at Coyo, a restaurant right beside a pier. I walk towards the edge and pull out my phone from my bag before taking pictures of the sunset. 

"Dapat sinabi mo na dito tayo pupunta, edi sana dinala ko rin cellphone ko para makapag picture ako." he said as he stand beside me. 

"Tayo ka lang diyan." I said as I step backwards. 

"Huy, huy, baka itulak mo ako! Taib hoy, malulunod ako!" He panicked, I chuckled and shake my head in disbelief. 

"I'll take a picture of you then I'll send it to you. Ayusin mo." I said and he slowly nod. He stand up straight and smiled, but since he's against the light his smile didn't get to be in the picture. 

"Isa pa," I said and he put a peace sign out. 

"Ibang pose naman." I said, he crossed his arms in front of his chest and I take another picture of him. 

"Ikaw naman picturan ko." he said as he walk towards me. 

"Huwag na," I said but he shake his head. 

"Dali na! Ang ganda-ganda ng sunset oh!" he said pointing at the sky. 

"Indeed," I said, agreeing to him. I hand him my phone and walk towards where he was a while ago. 

"Sige lang, pose ka lang, sunod-sunod 'to." He said and I giggled before nodding. I started posing and I can hear the stutter of my camera. 

"Tama na, ang dami na." I said and walk towards him. I think that's around 15-20 pictures he took. 

"Let's take a selfie." I said as I put my camera on self portrait mode. 

He stand at my back, we're around the same height, or maybe he's an inch taller.  I raised the phone up, he smiled, I press the capture button once I smiled at the camera. He put out his peace sign once again so I took another. 

"I'll send the pictures to you." I said and he just nod. 

"Tara na, ihahatid na kita." I said as I put my phone back to my bag. 

He shook his head, "Huwag na, maglalakad nalang ako." He said, a bit sounded traumatized to what I did a while ago. 

I chuckled, "Babagalan ko na, promise." I said, raising my right hand. 

"Promise?" He ask like a kid, pouting which made me smile. 

I nod, "Promise." I said and he nods. We hop on back on our vehicle and just like what I promised. I went slower this time, slow that even a person who's running is faster than us. 

"Yung lalagyan nga pala, babalikan ko nalang." I said as we arrived at their hut. The workers are no longer there. 

He nods, "Sige ba, punta ka nalang dito if need mo ng tulong sa lectures mo sa math." He said and I nod. I was a bit startled when a guy went out from the hut. 

"Pa, ginulat mo si Lory." Inin said while giggling. 

His father smiled, they have the same smile! "Ah, pasensya na hija. Ikaw ba nagdala nitong lomi dito?" He ask and I nod. 

"Yes po tito." I shyly said, 

He smiled once again, "Salamat hija, masarap yung lomi." He said smiling. 

I smiled back at him, "Walang anuman po tito." I said and look back at Inin. 

"Una na ako, bye." I waved at him and he waved back. 

"Bye! See you soon!" He said as I drive off. 

"Kamusta yung lomi? Nasarapan ba yung mga kabigan mo?" Tanong ni tita Theresa nang maka-uwi ako. I stopped walking and smiled at her before nodding. 

"Opo, iniwan ko po muna yung lagayan sa kanila kasi may natira pa, balikan ko nalang po sa susunod." Sagot ko kay tita at tumango ito. 

"Sige, busog ka ba? Sasalo ka ba sa amin sa hapunan?" Tanong ni tita Thena na kakalabas lang ng kusina. 

"Sige po, ano po ba ang ulam?" Tanong ko, 

"Nagluto ako ng Katsudon, ng creamy mushroom burger steak, sweet and sour fish fillet, tsaka nag air fried na rin ako ng chicken legs." Sagot ni tita, a smile small prints on my face. Sounds delicious. 

I nod, "Sige po, kakain po ako." I said and my two tita nods. Umakyat na ako sa kwarto para maglinis ng katawan at magpalit ng pajama. 

I was holding my shirt that I wore this afternoon and was about to put it in the laundry basket when I smell a unfamiliar scent, I pull my shirt closer to my nose and smell it. 

It's Inin's scent, it doesn't smell like any perfume and it also doesn't smell bad, it smells like... just him. 

I brush those thoughts away and just put the clothes in the laundry basket and soon head downstairs. I ate with my titas and kuya Therence. They were asking me about what happened this afternoon, and of course I just made up stories. I can't tell them who I was really with or else they will ask me more questions about Inin so I just said I was with Ali and the others. 

The dinner was nice, weird that I had the appetite to eat with them and was even in the mood to talk with them. After dinner I head upstairs to my room since I feel full already and don't want any dessert anymore. Once I'm on my bed, I sent the pictures to Inin and even sent the other selfie of us.

A small smile prints on my lips before shaking my head. 

I scroll through the pictures of me that he took. One picture caught my attention that I used as my new profile picture on one of my social media. After changing it, I stand up from my bed and went to my bathroom to brush my teeth. 

Once I'm done, I went back to my bed and pick up my phone, I was about to message Ali when Inin's profile picture caught my attention. It's the photo of him that I took. We have matching profile pictures!
