PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER ANALYSIS:  Aisha Hayat is a bright and intelligent young woman. She loves to learn and explore the world around her. Her harsh experiences in life have encouraged her to work hard and make a better life for herself. She is very outspoken and motivated, as well as modest and classy. She is focused on her goals and is not easily swayed.
  Though being goal-oriented is usually a positive trait for her, it sometimes leads her to be unwavering in her mindset, which typically leads to unnecessary stubbornness. She can also sometimes be slightly boastful about her intelligence, which is typically very off-putting, even if it is not always intentional. Though she is very proud of her abilities, she also knows when to be humble about them despite her flaws. She is very in-touch with her emotions. Though that may seem like her weakness, it is really her greatest strength.

CHARACTER ARC: Aisha Hayat was born to a mother with no magical abilities and a father who was a wizard. Her father was the first of his kind in his country and lived in hiding for several years. He and his wife knew that their daughter possessed magical abilities, but they were afraid to tell her because it would jeopardize her safety. He taught his wife how to deal with Aisha if it ever came time for her to know. He was found out when Aisha was only nine years old and told her what she was. He was killed by a mob of angry anti-magics. She witnessed his murder just before her mother escaped with her and they began hiding out in Amman until they could find a new home.
  Aisha's mother taught Haleema how to harness her power over the years. On her sixteenth birthday, she was invited to attend Saharali School of Magic and Enchantment in Amman, an offer that she initially declined, for she did not like her magic and did not want to end up like her father. However, with the gentle encouragement of her mother, she realized that it would be best to be around people like her and learn from the best, so she accepted the invitation. She quickly discovered that she had a gift for potions and began studying alchemy. She is currently a beginner alchemist.
