Betty awoke in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep. She knew she needed needed jughead to settle what ever anxiety she was having that caused her to not be able to sleep so she got out of bed and tiptoed to jugheads room. She knocked lightly on the door but there was no answer. Betty opened the door and Jug was fast asleep in his bed. She went over to where he was laying and gently shook his shoulder. He stirred and his eyes flickered open. "Betts? What's happened? Are you okay ?" He sat up, considerably more awake now. "I can't sleep" she whispered. "Never mind I'll go back to my room sorry for waking you" she back tracked when he didn't answer straight away. "What no babe stay here" he grabbed her arm pulling her into the bed. "I don't want to inconvenience you" she told him. "Baby you're my girlfriend your not an inconvenience, and if my girlfriend can't sleep her boyfriend is there to help" he said while flashing her a massive smile and moving the hair out of her face. "Thank you, I love you" she said. "I love you too" he replied and she snuggled into his chest. "Oh and by the way I loveee your unicorn pyjamas" he teased, causing her to giggle. She playfully slapped his chest. "shhh you're keeping me awake" she joked. He kissed her head and both of them fell into a deep sleep finding it easier to sleep in the others arms.
