The first full day of their honeymoon, Betty woke up wrapped in jugheads arms with the sun beating down on her soft skin. They had forgotten to shut the curtains when they arrived last night so Betty had a perfect view of he ocean and beach. Carefully, without waking jughead, she got out of bed and put on her pink silk pyjamas and went to make some coffee before taking it out to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. About twenty minutes later she heard jughead stir and get his own coffee before he came to sit next to her, wrapping one of his arms around her. "Good morning juggie" she said and she tilted her head up to give him a kiss. "Morning beautiful" he smiled. "This view is amazing" she gushed. "I love the ocean, it calms me" she told him. "Yeah? How about we get ready for the day and do some exploring and maybe we can spend the afternoon on the beach?" He asked her. "That sounds perfect" she said.

By 9:30am they had ordered room service for breakfast and had showered and gotten dressed. Jughead was in jeans and a white T-shirt while Betty was in a little white dress with buttons down the front and tiny flowers over it. Jughead waited while she did her hair and makeup and when she was done they left the hotel. They walked around where the hotel was and went into all the little gift shops and had a look at the tourist information to see what they could do in Hawaii. Betty found a cute shop that sold crystals and dragged Jughead in with her. Jughead had his camera with him; he'd taken an interest in photography, and was snapping pictures of her when she wasn't looking. "Juggie isn't it beautiful!" She said as she held up a pink crystal necklace, that shimmered when the light hit it. "It is" he smiled. He watched her as she debated buying it so he took it from her hand and went to the checkout to buy it for her. "Juggie. I can pay" she said. "Let me treat you" he smiled and once he had paid he put the necklace around her neck and kissed her bare shoulder, she instantly hugged him. "Thank you so much" she said into his chest. "You're welcome betts". Before they left the old woman who owned the store turned to them "I've never seen a couple more in love than you pair. You got lucky" she praised. "I know" jughead said looking down at Betty like she hung the moon. Betty blushed and thanked the lady before taking jugs hand and leading him out of the shop.

By lunchtime they had made their way back to the hotel where the put their swim suits on. Betty had a pastel yellow bikini and jughead had some black swimming trunks. They grabbed some snacks and sandwich's and made their way to the beach. They put down their towels on two sun loungers, under an umbrella. "God this is the life" she joked as she sunbathed while jughead read a book. "do you want to go in the sea?" He asked her and watched as her eyes lit up and smiled widely at him. "Yes!" She squealed excitedly and ran off, leaving him to chase her. He grabbed her by the waist and spun her around just before the got to the sea and ran with her in his arms into the ocean, listening to her laughter the whole way. When he made it in the sea he dunked both of them in and when they surfaced she splashed him with water. "Hey! That wasn't nice" she scolded but was grinning ear to ear. "I'm very sorry" he smiled and pulled her towards him, and she wrapped her legs around his waist and put her arms around his neck while he moved them further out. He kissed her softly at first and then with more passion. "I love you" she said. "I love you too" he said and kissed her again.

By nighttime the newlyweds had showered again and were dressed and bit more formal ready to have dinner in the hotels restaurant. When Betty came out of the bathroom in a red dress that clung to her figure, jughead had pulled her to him and said "we don't have to go to dinner". She laughed at him and kissed him before taking his hand and dragging him out the room. They had a lovely dinner, stealing kisses and laughing the whole time. That night when they were cuddled up back in bed she turned to him and looked into his ocean blue eyes. "Thank you for a wonderful day" she said. "Thank you" he said and kissed her nose. "We have a whole week of this. Don't worry" he smiled. "I can't wait" she mumbled before falling asleep with a smile on her face.
