Since they kissed, Betty and jughead had been spending all their time together and it wasn't a surprise that they had become boyfriend and girlfriend; they love each other. Betty had really settled into a routine being on the southside and she was so happy. Her mum was serpent which meant Betty was a legacy serpent; Betty didn't have a jacket but the Serpents were her family, and she spent her time at the wyrm with the others and all the Serpents love her.

"Betty! I'm heading to work!" Alice said one Saturday afternoon. "Okay mom!" Betty said from where she was laying on the couch, wrapped in her blanket. Suddenly her trailer door opened and jughead walked in. "Hey baby!" He smiled. "Hey juggie" she smiled back as he came to sit next to her. "How come your sat here? You're normally always doing something" he teased. "I was feeling lazy" she giggled. "And I'm bored" she added. "Well what if I told you, I have something fun we could do..." he smirked. "What? What is it?" Betty sat up, excitedly. "Well the others want to go to the quarry" he said. "And I was thinking we should go with them?" He suggested and she nodded frantically. "Yes! Yes yes yes! Can we?" She grinned and he smiled at how cute she was. "Of course we can baby, go and grab your bikini" he smiled and laughed when she ran off into her room.

An hour later betty and jughead had just pulled up to the quarry. "Lets go betts" Jug smiled and grabbed her hand and helped her off his motorcycle. "I'm so excited!" She said. "Hey guys!" Betty waved when she saw Toni, fangs, Sweetpea and Joaquin. "Hey!" They all smiled. They all jumped into the water and Betty and jughead took off their clothes so they were just in their swim suits. As soon as Betty pulled her dress off and revealed her red bikini; she felt all eyes on her and she blushed. "What?" She said sheepishly. "Damn betts! You're so hot!" Toni yelled from the water and Betty blushed even more. "She's right" jug whispered and wrapped his arms around her from behind. "You're so beautiful" he added. "I love you" she said, turning in his arms and capturing his lips with hers. "I love you too" he said against her Lips, kissing her again. "Hey love birds! Are you join us or what?" Sweetpea said and everyone laughed. Jughead scooped Betty up and ignored her squeals and kicks and threw her into the water, jumping in after her. "JUGHEAD JONES! IM GONNA GET YOU!" She screamed but had a smile on her face as she swam after him, their laughs filling the air.

Later that day, all of them found themselves at the wyrm. "Hey mom! Hey FP!" Betty smiled as she passed her mom behind the bad and FP. "Hey guys" they said. Betty was sat on jugheads lap as they chatted with Sweetpea, fangs, Toni and Joaquin. "Can I have your attention please!" FP said from the stage, where he was stood up Alice. Everyone turned to look at them. "Jug. Betty, come up here" he smiled and jughead smirked as he grabbed Betty's hand and lead her to try stage. "What's going on?" Betty whispered to her boyfriend, looking confused. "Don't worry baby" he said. "Okay Everyone! So we're all here today so welcome a new member of our gang" FP started. "She's legacy and we all know that one day she'll be queen alongside my son" FP smirked. "So please welcome our newest member... Betty cooper!" FP grinned and everyone cheered. "Wait What?" Betty said, still in shock. "You are apart of the Serpents Betty, you're legacy" Alice smiled and handed jughead Betty's jacket. 'Princess' was embroidered into it as well as a small flowers along the serpent. "Welcome to the Serpents baby" jughead smiled proudly as he helped her to slip the jacket on, then picking her up and spinning her around, placing a kiss on her lips as she giggled. She'd never felt so happy. "I GIVE TO YOU THE SERPENT PRINCE AND PRINCESS!" FP yelled and the whole bar erupted into cheers and when Betty looked into jugheads deep blue eyes and saw all the love he had for her... she knew this is where she belonged.
