7 years. It had been 7 years since they'd all been together and a lot had changed. Archie was the one to bring them back, in hopes they could revive the town in which they all grew up. So here they were, all in pops, all different people. Archie, jughead, Veronica, Cheryl, Toni, fangs, Sweetpea, Kevin, hermione, sheriff Keller and Mary Andrews were all gathered in around a booth. "Has anyone heard from Betty?" Veronica asked, looking around at everyone. "No" Archie sighed, not having spoken to his old best friend since he left. "Alice left, without warning a few years ago" Toni explained And jughead quirked an eyebrow at that but didn't say anything. Before anyone else could say anything, the bell above the door went off and in stepped a familiar blonde. All eyes were on Betty as she walked in, she had longer hair and was wearing a tight black bodysuit and black jeans, with a leather jacket. "Woah.." Kevin whispered in awe. "She's so hot" he added. "Hi" Betty said, looking slightly uncomfortable at all the stares. "Hi honey, how are you?" Mary broke the silence and pulled the girl she'd known since birth into a hug. "Hi mrs Andrews" Betty smiled and hugged the older woman back. After greetings, Betty took a seat on the edge of a booth next to Veronica. "So arch, why are we here?" Betty asked and Archie launched into his plan...

About an hour later, after talking about what they could do to the save the town, Betty stood up and excused herself to the bathroom. "So, are we not going to talk about Betty's image change?" Cheryl said, when Betty was out of view. "It's been seven years what did you expect?" Jughead rolled his eyes, but must admit he was also curious. "I'm Just saying!" Cheryl said. "Does anyone actually know what she does?" Kevin asked and everyone shook their head. "None of you kids have spoken to her since you all left?" Sheriff Keller asked. "We haven't really spoken to anyone" Veronica said, feeling guilty. Suddenly a massive crashed sounded and they all spun around to see two armed men, dressed in black hood masks, burst into pops and pointed at pop Tate, trying to rob. "Oh my god!" Cheryl Screamed, as everyone was stood frozen. "GET DOWN!" The other guy shouted and pointed his gun at them. "Do what they say" Hermione whispered as they all started to crouch down; but suddenly they heard Betty say...

"I wouldn't do that if I were you..." she said, calmly but her voice was icy and cold. "Betty..." jughead whispered in fear. "What is she doing?" Fangs exclaimed as they all looked as Betty faced these two masked men. "What are you going to do blondie?" One of the men growled, pointing the gun in her face. "Oh my god.." Veronica said, not knowing what to do. "Oh please do you think I'm scared of you?" Betty laughed. "She's crazy" Sweetpea said. "I've seen evil, you're a coward" Betty continued, causing the two masked men to get angrier. "Pop go and stand over there" Betty said, turning to the older man, and gently pushing him over with the others. "Seriously! What is she doing?!" Archie stressed, as they all watched Betty talking back to the men. "Go on then... shoot me!" Betty said, watching as the two men looked at each other and then back at Betty. "No?" Betty laughed. "Okay then you asked for this" Betty smirked and everyone watched in awe as Betty pulled a gun out of her jacket and shot the guy in the leg. "Special agent Elizabeth Cooper" she yelled. "FBI" she smirked and held up her badge...

"Oh my god..." their was a collective gasp from her old friends but Betty didn't pay attention to them. "Would you like to be next?" She said to the only standing thief, who shook his head, looking scared. "Good! Weapon down and put your hands behind your back" she smiled sweetly and handcuffed him. The next ten minutes were a blur as the fbi turned up and took the two hooded men away, before talking to Betty. The others inside the diner were in shock. "Betty Cooper works for the fbi?!" Kevin screeched. "That is so cool!" He added with a laugh. "I can't believe it" Mary Andrews said, shaking her head. A moment later, Betty walked back in and moved over to her friends. "Sorry about that" she said as if it was nothing, carefully putting her gun back. "The fbi?" Jughead said and Betty smiled. "Yep" she grinned. "I should have guessed, you were always destined for big things betts" he laughed and Betty stared at him softly. "Well it wasn't easy" she sighed. "I heard training is intense" sheriff Keller spoke up and Betty nodded. "It was one of the hardest things I've ever done" she explained. "Well what's is like cousin? Being an FBI agent?" Cheryl asked, and everyone listening as they were all interested. "Hard, scary, but I love it" she told them. "Have you put away any massive criminals?" Toni asked and Betty nodded. "The people I work with make the black hood look like kindergarten level" she laughed bitterly, and everyone was silent for a moment, really taking in what she had said. "What's that?" Veronica asked, noticing a scar on bettys chest, and neck, now she didn't have her jacket on. "Oh, a few years ago one of our missions backfired and I got kidnapped, and shot" she told them, void of emotion. "WHAT?!" Everyone gasped. "Are you okay?" Jug asked, looking at the blonde girl who he'd never stopped loving. "I'm fine" she smiled. "And this scar" she said, pointing to her neck. "Was from a deranged killer in New York, he stalked women at night and slit their throats, he caught me but I got away" she exclaimed. "The night sliter?" Veronica gasped and Betty nodded. "I heard about him, they said a single agent took him down on their own" Sweetpea added and Betty nodded. "That was you?" Hermione asked and Betty nodded proudly. "It was" she smiled. "You're so badass" Kevin laughed.

Betty had stepped outside for a moment to get some fresh air when jughead joined her. "Hey you" he grinned. "Hi" she smiled, turning to look at him. "So, you've been busy" he smirked and she giggled. "So have you" she said and he looked confused. "I've read your book" she told him. "You have?" He asked in shock. "Of course, I've always been your biggest supporter jug, not matter what" she said seriously and jug smiled, a real smile. "What did you think?" He asked. "I'm really proud of you juggie, it's amazing" she said softly. They were both quiet for a moment until jug said "I've missed you", his hand brushing against hers. "I've missed you too" she whispered, linking their fingers. "I meant what I said all them years ago you know? And I still mean it..." he started, looking down at her until their lips were millimetres apart. "I love you Betty Cooper, always have and always will" he said and bettys eyes lit up. "Jughead Jones, there's not a world where I don't love you" she beamed and kissed him, hard. Jughead smiled into the kiss as he wrapped his arms around her waist, wanting to be as close to her as possible. "Well that didn't take long" Kevin teased and they broke apart to see everyone looking at them in amusement. "Sorry?" jug grinned, looking smug. "Whatever! This was inevitable you two are soulmates" Veronica giggled. "So are you two going to stick around?" Archie asked. "Help is save the town from my father?" Veronica added. "Of course" Betty smiled and everyone grinned. "Obviously we are, once we need to take down Hiram and haven't you heard? My girl is the best FBI agent there is" jug grinned proudly and slung an arm around Betty, exactly as it should be.
