"No, no, no, no.." Betty mumbled, pacing in her dressing room. It was the opening night of the heathers musical and Betty was nervous. "B?" Veronica said, coming over to her best friend. "What's wrong?" She asked. "I can't do it. I can't go out there!" Betty said, her breath becoming staggered. "Okay, okay. You need to breath" Veronica said. "Follow my breathing" she added and tried to get Betty to copy her breathing patterns. After she'd Calmed down slightly, veroncia sat Betty down with some water before telling her she was going to get jughead.

"Jug!" Veroncia said, and jughead looked up from where he was sat in the audience to see Veronica running over to him; he stood to meet her. "What's up?" He asked. "It's Betty. She's panicking" veroncia said. "Follow me" she said and they rushed off back stage. When they made it back to Betty's dressing room they saw Betty sat on the chair, sipping the water veroncia gave her but her hands were shaking. "I'll leave you two to it" veroncia said before slipping out the room. "Hey you" Jug smiled and crouched in front of her. "H..hi" she breathed. Jug took the cup from her hand and placed it on the side so he could take her hands. "Want to tell me what's going on?" He asked softly. "I.. i cant go out there..." she said. "Why not?" He said confused. "There's too many people! And... I..." she trailed off but jughead knew she had stage fright. "Baby. You are so talented. You're an amazing singer and dancer and you'll kill it Out there" he said as she pulled her up out the chair and placed his hands on her waist. "I know you're scared, but I promise it will be fine, if you get scared just look at me and imagine it's just you and me in There Okay?" He smiled and she nodded "Okay". He stood holding her in his arms for a Moment before kissing her softly. "Right you go and get ready and I'll see you out there" he said and kissed her again before leaving.

Jughead had a big grin on his face when he saw Betty come out on stage in her green mini skirt. He watched as her, Cheryl and Veronica moved into their places to start the song candy store. Betty's eyes met his and he smiled and gave her an encouraging nod and she smiled as she started singing and dancing. When the show was over; jughead was clapping the loudest, proud of girlfriend. After everyone filed off stage, jughead got up and went to Betty's dressing room, grabbing the bunch of flowers he'd brought for her.

"Knock knock" Betty heard her boyfriends voice. She was sat at her dressing room mirror, her hair down and makeup off; sat in a dressing gown. She turned around and smiled at the sight of her boyfriend. "Hey juggie" she said. "You were so amazing out there" he said, standing in front of her and leaning down to catch her lips with his. "Thank you" she said sweetly. "These are for you" he said as he passed her the beautiful bunch of flowers. "Juggie..." she started. "These are beautiful... thank you" she beamed. "You deserve them. I'm so proud of you betts" he said and she stood and hugged him tightly. "I couldn't have done it without you" she grinned.
