Edgar and two nurses moved around the small, dark room, preparing for the surgery. "They're going to come for me... jughead and his dad" Betty spat as she struggled against her restraints. Edgar just smirked at her and the next thing Betty saw was a mask being placed over her face, she screamed and then the world turned black.

Jughead was walking back to his house when he heard Toni yelling his name. He spun around and saw Toni running towards him in a hospital gown. "Toni? What's wrong? What's happened?" He asked. "It's the farm! They're harvesting organs!" She panted. "What?!" He yelled. "Betty found out and warned everyone and we all managed to escape apart from Betty" she said and his heart dropped. "She's still there?" He demanded and Toni nodded "Cheryl is waiting outside the sisters for us! We need to go back there" she said and he nodded. "We need to gather my dad and the Serpents!" He said as they ran to get everyone.

"Okay lets move!" Jug yelled. FP had brought a few more officers with him so they could arrest Edgar and shut down the farm, and jughead brought the Serpents. "There's a door around the back we can use" Cheryl said and they moved to the back to try and get in. When they got inside the looked in all the rooms but they couldn't find Betty. Suddenly an ear piercing scream rang through the halls. "BETTY?!" Jug yelled and ran towards the scream. "Betty! Where are you?!" He yelled running down the halls. He came across a door that was locked and kicked it but it wouldn't budge. "Let me" FP said and shot the lock with his gun. The door crashed open and what they saw made their blood boil, Betty was unconscious and tied to an operating table, lines on her head where it looked like they wanted to cut open , part of her hospital gown was cut open and Edgar was slicing away, blood pouring from her side. "GET OFF HER!" Jug screamed and punched Edgar, he fell on the floor and jug repeatedly punched him until FP pulled him off. "Not now boy!" He yelled. Jug stood up and saw the other officers were arresting the nurses while Toni and Cheryl were untying Betty and pressing a towel to her wound. "Oh my god..." Jug said in shock as he looked at his girlfriend. "We've called an ambulance already" he heard his dad say but he was focused on Betty and the blood was staining the towel.

Hours later and they were all sat in a hospital waiting room along with Archie and Veronica. Betty had been rushed into surgery as soon as they got there, no one knowing if Edgar had taken any organs from her. After what felt like an eternity, a doctor came out. "Family of Elizabeth cooper?" He asked and they all stood up. "Is there a parent here?" He asked; No one knew where Alice was. "She lives with me, I'm her guardian" FP spoke up. "Well, she's very lucky, there was no organs taken but the incision he cut into her needed over 100 stitches so she'll be in a lot of pain for the next few weeks but luckily there is no sign of infection" he exclaimed and jugheads heart ached at what his girlfriend had gone through. "Can we see her?" Jug asked and the doctor nodded. "Yeah shes Just woke up" the doctor said and jug rushed off.

"Betts!" He sighed in relief when he saw her. "Jug!" She croaked out. "I was so worried" he said, running over and hugging her, being careful not to hurt her. "I knew you'd come for me" she whispered and he kissed her Softly "I'll always Come for you" he told her. "Will you come and lay with me?" She asked and he nodded, climbing into the hospital bed next to her and wrapping her up in his arms. "Did he take my kidneys?" She asked, fear lacing her tone. "No baby" he kissed her head. "You're okay, he didn't take anything, you just have a cut on your side but it will heal" he told her and she nodded sleepily. "Are you tired?" He asked and she nodded. "Go to sleep then baby, you're safe with me" he told her and kissed her softly. The doctor walked in an gave Betty some morphine to help with the pain and it made Betty a little loopy so as she was going to sleep she mumbled "I have had one organ stolen" she whispered and jug looked at her. "You stole my heart" she mumbled before falling asleep and he laughed and kissed her head.
