As promised the next day jughead took Betty to the doctors to sort out her medication and she starts therapy in 2 weeks. Jug had sat with her the whole time, holding her hand and reassuring her that everything was okay. When they finished they started to head back to the car when Betty turned to jug and said. "Thank you for coming juggie, I'm sure you had better things to do" she said. "What betts, no. This is way more important, you're way more important and of course I was going to come" he replied, squeezing her closer to him. Once they got to the car jug lead her to the passenger side and opened the door for her, helping her in and giving her a soft kiss before shutting the door. On the way home jug turned on the radio and Betty connected her phone, playing her favourite songs and singing loudly along while jughead just laughed at her antics. When they arrived home both Archie and Kevin were seated at the kitchen island with coffees; Kevin had stayed over after Betty's meltdown the day before. Betty went straight to her room to grab her charger and change out of her clothes. "So how did it go?" Archie asked As Jug started to make coffee. "It went well, she starts therapy in two weeks and has changed her medication" Jug answered reaching to grab some mugs. "Babe? Do you want a coffee?" Jug shouted at Betty. "Erm can I have a tea please, I'm limiting myself to one coffee a day with my medication" she said as she entered the kitchen and hopped up on the counter. "So betts How you feeling today?" Kevin asked. "I'm okay, though I am really tired" She answered giving a small smile. "Here you go" jug said as he passed her a cup of tea and they all sat making conversation until Kevin announced his leave and Betty, jughead and Archie all moved to sit on the couch. They watched some old comedy show that was playing on the TV until Betty let out a massive yawn. "Tired babe?" Jug asked. "Nope" she whispered even though they all knew she was. Ten minutes later she was asleep. Archie pulled the blanked from underneath Betty and draped it over her. "Come on let's leave her to rest" Archie said and the boys went into jugs room to lounge about. "Did she really seem okay today at the doctors?" Archie asked. "Yeah, she really does seem better I think she feels better know that she told us, I feel like that was a burden on her" Jug answered. For the next hour or so, Jug was on his laptop while Archie flicked through a magazine until jugs bedroom door creaked open and a sleepy Betty entered. "Hey sleepyhead" archie said as she climbed onto the bed and settled in between them and rested her head on jugs shoulder. "You okay?" Jug asked, Moving the hair from her face. She nodded. The rest of the day passed quickly, they didn't do much they just lay about and then cooked dinner together before heading to their bedrooms to go to bed. After about half an hour Betty, in her fluffy bunny onesie tiptoed out of her bedroom and knocked on his door. "Come in" his voice sounded from inside. She walked in and he was in his bed, reading a book. He smiled at her and motioned for her to come nearer. "Are you okay?" He asked her, pulling her down onto him. "Can I sleep in here with you?" She asked. "Of course baby" he said, pulling her in for a kiss. After a little make out session, she settled next to him in bed. She pulled out her phone and started scrolling through Instagram. "You can finish reading I'm not tired yet" she said to him. He pulled out his book and draped an arm around her while he read his book. "by the way babe, I'm loving your bunny onesie, it's adorable" he grinned and she laughed. Eventually she fell asleep and he removed her phone from her hand and placed it on the bedside table along with his book before moving them so they were laying down and he drifted off to sleep with her in his arms.
