Subaru's POV

Me and my friend Masato were going to Yuga's house again, but this time he had invited us for a sleepover.i hadn't been to one before so this was a new experience. Once we arrived Masato knocked on the door,we waited and Yuga's mother opened the door"oh hello you two" she greeted with a sad smile "hello miss mikado, is there something wrong?" i asked concerned "yes, it's yuga, he's still upset from ranma turning into what he is right now, me and garga do as much as we can but ,he's like his father,stubborn and hides his emotions" she explained "oh man, that's bad, yuga was closer to ranma than anyone else, well we'll try to cheer him up! Don't worry miss mikado!" masato says determined.

I nodded in agreement, i noticed yuga coming down the stairs and smiled "hello yuga"i say, he turns and what i can only see as a fake smile is upon his face "hey subaru, masato"he says, masato was fooled but i was not, we entered and set up our sleeping bags in yuga's bedroom and i noticed a picture of his father and mother on the bedside table 'hopefully we can cheer yuga up,i hate it when he is upset' i thought,the truth is ,i love yuga, more than a friend that is. I planned on telling him at a later date but tonight seems like the best option right now.

(Timeskip to late at night)

I woke up from sleep when i heard what seemed to be crying but it was soft. I looked around the room tiredly but dispite the darkness, i saw it was yuga, in the darkest corner of the room crying,i quietly walk over and bring yuga into my arms, he tensed up alot"yuga, there is no need to cry, i know you miss ranma, but he wouldn't want you upset like this"i say,because masato was a heavy sleeper so not even fireworks could awake him. Yuga became less tense but started crying again, all i did was hold him close,but after a few minutes i made yuga look at me gently, then kissed his lips.

Yuga's POV

i froze but slowly kissed subaru back,melting into the kiss ,he wrapped his arm around my waist pulling me closer. The last of my tears fall but he wiped them away,moonlight lit the spot where we sat, and as we broke away he still held me close to him "i love you yuga"subaru said softly, i smile at subaru, not a fake but a real smile, as if he took all of my sadness away "i love you too subaru, and thank you" i reply,as i rested my head on his chest, i could hear his heart steadily beating, as if reassuring me he wouldn't leave me. I yawn tiredly, but felt him pick me up bridal style and go to my bed with me in his arms, he placed me down and get in beside me, wrapping his arms around me once again. I snuggle into his hold and curl up a bit getting closer "goodnight yuga,my love" subaru says ,i smile softly and yawn "goodnight subaru,my star-crossed lover"i reply back before we let sleep take over and fall asleep. Having Dreams of each other of course.
