The way I pick the winner is if I like the picture and the creativity. If I like the concept and style. No picture is better than the others. You will have a better chance at winning if you color it. Digital and hand drawn are exepted. Prizes will very depending one contest. There will be 1st 2nd and 3rd place winners. If you are going to join a contest please comment on it.
