Okay, finally without any dilly-dallying, I'll explain all the explanations I postponed in I Need U. It was because you needed to know what's happening in Run and prologue, to actually understand what's happening in I Need U.

Okay, so the first thing to note. Remember that flannel I mentioned in I Need U?

Well, doesn't it look oddly similar to what Jungkook is wearing in Run? 

So, what I think what happened is that Suga and Jungkook had a fight like in Run, and being close friends, they had gone to a motel afterwards. But, Jungkook couldn't take Suga's behavior anymore, so he left. That's why Suga is seen looking on the other side of the bed.

And, Jungkook left the morning, and has been walking around, just tired and giving up that not even Suga is listening to him. While the whole day passes walking for Jungkook, for Suga, he's just lying around in the motel room. 

And, since Jungkook isn't there to hold him back from his pyromaniac behaviors, he, in a pile of emotions, sets the room on fire.

And, as for Rap Monster. I feel like he's the one of the last people still sane, with Jin. And, he's the one drowning himself in work, not being able to do anything about what Tae went through.

And, he decides that he should give up too, so he drops the cig onto the cash. Probably blowing up the gas station, but we aren't sure. He might not have.
