Soulmate au: The ability to hear your soulmates voice and communicate through this.

17 years. 17 freaking years and I've heard nothing. Not a single peep, im starting to worry that my soulmate could be dead. I mean I've been here for 17 years yet ive never heard his or her voice. It is a bit odd and if you want me to be honest it's driving me insane.

I try to speak to them every day greeting them in the morning, asking if they've ate and bidding them goodnight before waking up again to do the same routine.

Now i'm sitting here in my phycology class wondering if i will ever get the chance to meet my precious soulmate or if they're even alive.

"Yoongi, pay attention sir is looking" His dongsaeng, Namjoon warned and Yoongi quickly thanked him.

"Ugh this is too long" He groaned making Namjoon chuckle.

"Well you chose this class so suck it up and deal with it" Namjoon replied and Yoongi cutely puffed his cheeks out.

'He can be so rude sometimes gosh!'

The class ended soon and they both walked into the lunch room sitting at their usual table.

The five friends all united one by one and chatted away while being extremely loud. Their names are Jin, Hoseok, Namjoon who you've already seen, Taehyung and Jungkook. Yoongi and Jin hyung are the closest, even though he is close with everyone but sometimes they can get a bit too weird.

"JJANG JJANG MAN BONG BONG HAVE YOU SPOKEN TO YOUR SOULMATE YET!!!1!1!1" Taehyung screamed causing Jin to grab a spoon and smack him with it.

"We have had this conversation before Taehyung i did not raise you like this!" Jin said dramatically which made everyone laugh.

"Im sowwy eomma!" Tae said cutely and Jin patted his head lovingly, "Seriously tho have you heard them yet?"

"No" Yoongi replied blandly and hobi grabbed his shoulders.

"DoN't WoRrY YoU'll HeAr ThEm SoOn!" Hoseok said running around the table like the adorable sunshine he is.

"Thanks" Yoongi replied and continued eating his food.

"There must be reason why you can't hear them i mean they can't be dead!" Jungkook exclaimed and Yoongi laughed at his innocence.

"Who says they can't be dead?" He asked glaring at Kookie.

"Settle down Yoongi he's just trying to help" Jin said stroking kookies soft, black hair.

"I know, but they say a life with out your soulmate is the worst thing you can experience. Eventually the pain will get too much and will drive you insane, tbh i think thats already happening" Yoongi said with a distressed chuckle.

"I know what will help, some ice cream" Namjoon said telling Taehyung to go buy some.

"Here you go mint ice cream just like your hair! hehe"

"Thanks taetae" Yoongi opened the ice cream and shoved a giant scoop in his mouth.

'OH GOD IT'S SO COLD!!1!1!!1'

Who the hell is this!?!?!?

"WHAT THE HELL EVERYONE SHUT UP!!!!" Yoongi screamed alarming everyone.

"WHAT HAS HAPPENED"
"OH MA GOSH!"
"AAAAAAHHHHH"
"JHOPE SHUT UP"
"AFSJWYTSJWIUSUS"
The boys screamed excitedly yet  extremely panicked.

"I heard a voice, a freaking voice!" Yoongi slammed the table almost breaking it in the process.

"OH MY GOD REALLY ATBEUUABSUSK SPEAK TO THEM!" The small gang yelled at him.

'Hello, my names Yoongi what's yours?'

I don't understand why can i hear you?

The mysterious boy and yes it was a boy had an extremely soft voice almost like a whisper.

'What do you mean do you not know who I am? Where are you?' Yoongi replied

Im in a hospital and im in a bed with lots of tubes attached to me and you're Yoongi right?

'Do you not know what Soulmates are?'

No...

'Where have you been all your life? and why are you in the hospital?"

Sorry Yoongi a doctor is here now i have to go, bye.

Yoongi sat there in shock as he could no longer hear his soulmates beautiful voice.

"Yoongs what's happened?" Namjoon asked and Yoongi looked at him with teary eyes.

"He doesn't know what a soulmate is and he's in a hospital for some reason he doesn't even know about" Yoongi said hysterically.

The boys looked at him sympathetically and gathered around Yoongi in a group hug telling him it will be alright.

The rest of the day went quickly and the boys all went back to the home they were sharing together.

"HOBI GET SOME SNACKS!"

"WHY CAN'T YOU!?!?"

"JUST DO IT PLEASEU"

"JUNGKOOK, HOSEOK SHUT UP!" Jin interrupted making the two stop.

"Yoongi you seem out of it whats wrong" Jin asked concerned at the boys shook expression.

"Jimin"

"Im sorry what now???" Hoseok asked with the most confused expression on his face.

"His name is Park Jimin and he's been in a coma for majority of his life. He's finally woken up today and he wants me to come to the hospital!" Yoongi explained making the guys jump up in happiness.

"OML go meet him and tell him all about us and that we said hi!!!" Jungkook yelled handing Yoongi his bag and coat.

"Okay see you guys later" Yoongi said before sprinting to the hospital his soulmate was held at.

"Hello may i see Park Jimin" Yoongi asked the receptionist between tired gasps for air.

"Umm how are you related to him?" She asked in a monotone voice.

"Soulmate"

"Room 23, down the hall and turn left" She replied and Yoongi ran as fast as his legs could take him.

Yoongi knocked on the door before hearing someone say come in and entered.

As soon as he walked in his eyes saw the most beautiful person he has ever seen. Jimin sat there with bright orange hair, beautiful brown eyes and full, pink lips.

"Hi" Jimin said sheepishly immediately putting a smile on Yoongis face.

"Im so sorry about everything you probably thought i was dead!" Jimin exclamed and Yoongi cupped his face.

"Don't be sorry my love the car accident wasn't your fault none of this was your fault okay" Yoongi whispered and stared Jimins lips.

"Like what you see" Jimin chuckled making Yoongi growl and smash his lips against his.

The two boys kissed each other with much love and passion, Jimin gripping Yoongis hair to pull him closer but sadly had to part for air.

"You know what Jimin" Yoongi breathed out.

"What?"

"You really are gonna drive me insane"
