It was five months ago when Jimin adopted a bunny hybrid for his best friend, Yoongi, so that he wouldn't be alone. And you were that bunny hybrid.

However, the Min Yoongi, when he couldn't take care of you a lot, just asked Jimin to return you back to the adoption center.

But when you and Yoongi lost your first kiss to each other, though it was just a peck, when he accidentally slipped on the wet floor, it could've been a positive catalyst.

Two weeks after that, Jimin came to Yoongi's house by morning, a sad look on his face as you greeted him with your enthusiastic personality.

Jimin told you that you were going back to the adoption center.

Of course, you were hurt.

You felt that everyone was right. That you were never loved. And would never be.

Maybe Yoongi left you because he didn't like you near him. Maybe because he was a werewolf. Or maybe because he's the alpha king.

But never did hybrids, werewolves and vampires have any kind of problem between them.

It's just that he was not ready to look after anyone yet.

Nevertheless, looks like a month of being away from you, Yoongi realized something after he said Jimin to leave you back at the adoption center.

Standing in front of the kitchen counter, Yoongi placed your favourite cupcakes, which he made by himself for you, in the box carefully.

"Hyung, here you are- What's this?" Jimin asked as he entered the kitchen.

"Y/n loves this cupcake flavour. I made some," Yoongi replied and Jimin looked at him with shock for a moment.

Why wouldn't he? The salty king- I mean, the alpha king was making cupcakes for a bunny hybrid.

"Wait, where's the chocolate milk? Y/n would want that too. Jimin, go and buy me some- What?" Yoongi snapped at Jimin who was still staring at him.

"Nothing" Jimin said while shaking his head. "But, hyung" he started.

"Are you sure that they'd come back to you?" he asked and Yoongi halted on his actions.

"After all, you sent them away by yourself" Jimin added.

Time skip~ (At the adoption center)

Taking a deep breath, Yoongi opened the door to your room which was in the left wing of the adoption center, Jimin standing beside him.

His eyes roamed around the place as he spotted you in the corner of the room, your back facing him as you sat on the chair in front of thetable.

"Y/n" Yoongi called softly while taking a step forward.

On hearing his voice, a frown, more like a pout, formed on your face as you refused to look at him.

And you could feel his alluring scent.

Three months back, when you turned eighteen, you found out that you were Yoongi's mate. He did not reject you, nor did he accept you.

Though you both did not speak about it to each other, you knew about it.

"Y/n, let's go home" Yoongi said softly, your back still facing him.

"I'm not going anywhere" you said, loud enough for him to hear and continued with your sketching.

Yoongi's chest tightened at how you didn't even spare a glance at him.

Looking down at his feet, he felt a hand getting placed over his shoulder.

"I'll talk to them, hyung" Jimin said and Yoongi nodded slowly. "Can you wait outside?" he asked once again and the elder looked at him, sighing a little before walking away.

He knew how good of a charmspeaker Jimin is.

A couple of hours later~

You got in the car, pulling Jimin to the backseat with you.

He was like the elder brother you never had, and you didn't want Yoongi to sit near you right now.

Sighing, Yoongi sat in the front seat as Taehyung started driving the car.

Of course, your eyes caught your favourite cupcakes inside the box that was placed in the backseat.

Jimin made you eat them, and trust me when I say that you loved it, making Yoongi smile to himself.

On reaching home, you got down the car and headed straight to the room where you used to stay.

The bedroom was still the same, the things there just like how you left them.

Changing into comfortable clothes, you headed to the kitchen, one of the places you love the most in the mansion.

Your rabbit ears were close together while facing upwards, their tip pointing downwards as you decided to make a cake.

Half way during the process, you saw Yoongi looking at you from outside, at the backside of the mansion which was in the middle of the forest.

Yoongi did know how much you loved his wolf form.

Leaving the cake mix on the kitchen counter, you slowly walked outside through the door which was at the other end of the kitchen.

Sitting on the grass, you let Yoongi come near you and lick your face, making you giggle.

"I knew that you'd come for me, Suga boo" you said as he buried his snout in your neck.

Just then, you both heard Taehyung interrupting you both.

"Hyung, here's the duvet you asked me for" Taehyung said as he gave the duvet to you.

Bending down, Taehyung placed a kiss on the top of your head, getting Yoongi annoyed and jealous to another level.

Stepping forward, Yoongi growled at Taehyung, his beta, leaving the younger Jungshook.

"Woah, she's just a sibling to me, hyung" Taehyung defended himself while walking away.

You had an idea of why Yoongi would've asked for the duvet.

So you spread it over yourself and Yoongi who then shifted back to his human form as he used the duvet to cover his now-naked body.

Your mate had a tint of pink on his cheeks because right now, he was covered in nothing but a duvet, along with you outside the house. Not like it's a problem because no one else can come here for now.

You were wearing a tank top with denim shorts, letting Yoongi feel more of your warmth as he side hugged you.

"You know right?" he asked while looking at you. "I love you" he said while his hand kept rubbing your long rabbit ears softly.

Smiling, you leaned in to peck his lips and pulled away.

"I know, and I love you too" you said and Yoongi gave you his precious gummy smile before leaning in to capture your lips with his.
