A/N: ok so before you start im warning u this is um shtty lol idek if u'll understand the story T^T
"Aish you heartless girl, get off your phone!", he takes my phone and I try to get it back.
"Give it back!", I yell but he just raises it in the air. I reach out for it even though it seemed impossible because of his height. "You're no fun, pabo"
I groaned while trying to reach out for it and he was at the urge of laughing.
Suddenly, he fell backwards and as a result, I fell on with him, and was on top of him in a split second.
Our eyes met and stared for a while. I furrowed my eyebrows and quickly got my phone and got inside the car.
He got on the driver's seat and drove to God knows where.
"Stop staring at your phone, kid. Look at the view outside your window," he said while his hands were on the wheel.
"Aish, it's just some b—....wow."
I gazed at a beautiful view outside my window as the car slowly came to a stop.
"I told you," he looks at me as I couldn't help but smile.
I quickly got out of the car and took my camera. I took a few photos of the beautiful green landscape and the trees that covered the hills.
"I should— wait, why is there no signal? Is there wifi here?", I asked.
"Wifi? Aigoo, Shinmi-ah. Of course not, this is pretty far away from the city."
"What?! Take me back home!", I demanded.
"No. Get inside the car now, or I'll leave you there." He threatens.
"Then leave me! I'll call someone to pick me up," I rolled my eyes.
"Did you forget? There's no signal here, brat," he raises an eyebrow and chuckles.
I groan before getting inside. "It's only for a week, Shinmi. You won't regret."
Jin's right, I'm always glued to my phone. I barely talk to people, they even say that I'm scared of people. Tss, fight me. I turned on my phone and edited a few of my saved pictures. They were taken about a week ago, when I didn't bring my camera. I love photography, in fact, it was the only reason why I agreed to be with this Jin guy. We barely talked but my mother trusted him well.
I only found out the real reason why Jin took me away was when we already got pretty far from the city.
My mom wanted me to get in touch with other people, and get out of my comfort zone. Being an introvert that I am, I never got out of my bedroom, unless it's necessary. And also, as heartless as they call me, I've fallen in love, but it didn't really go well.
"Yah– heartless girl? Shinmi-ah? Beauty?", Jin waved his hand infront of my face. It was when I realized that we had arrived. The place really was far from the city. No skyscrapers, just trees. It was as quiet as my life, peaceful. But my life was never really peaceful, since then I've had this pain in my chest, I held since I was a child. My real parents left me. I was only an adopted child by my mom. I came from an orphanage.
"Oh." I said emotionlessly.
I took my bag and got out of the car.
We were walking towards a small house which didn't have an A/C. Great, just great.
**
It's already been six days of boredom. But everyday, I took a lot of mesmerizing photos. Editing them, and I saw one picture that gave me a feeling. Kids that look so happy.
Yesterday, we went to an orphanage. I saw how happy the children were, even without their real parents. I realized that family isn't by the blood, it's by the heart.
I was startled as I stared at the photo.
"Wow, she's gaining a heart..", Jin mocked from behind you. He was peeking from the window above your bed.
I smiled, and slowly nodded. I didn't know what came into my senses when I did that.
"How are they so happy..", I mumbled.
The door knob clicked revealing Jin. He sat next to me as I kept a safe distance between us.
"They have each other, even without their parents," he spoke softly.
"And you have me," he faced me.
He leaned in but I flinched, which he notices. "Jin..?"
He pulls away and hums. "Hmm?"
"I don't think I can trust anymore."
"We still have tomorrow. You'll trust me tomorrow, I promise."
I nodded.
----
"Morning, beauty!", I was woken up by a loud whisper in my ears. (loud whisper what??)
"Aishhh." I turned around, my back faced him.
"Wake up or I'll kiss you." I felt his breath near my face. I opened my eyes and our faces were two inches away.
"Ew. I'm up," I pushed his face away with my palm and sat up.
"Get dressed, we're going somewhere," he said and was about to leave.
"What about a shower?", I said and he turned around. "Do that later, you took a shower last night right?" He said and I nodded. He closed the door and I changed into my usual style. Black.
I wore a leather jacket over my black cropped longsleeves, with black shorts and black timberlands.
I took my phone and my camera and left. Jin was already waiting outside with a new outfit. I guess he quickly changed after telling me to get changed. He wore similar black timberlands with black pants and a huge white shirt on top.
He grabbed my hand and walked somewhere. I held my camera that was slung on my shoulders since he was walking pretty fast.
"Where are we going?", I said. He just kept going and then we came to a stop.
"Sea!", I exclaimed.
"Your mom told me you loved seas, oceans, any waterform." He explained.
I grinned at him and took a few pictures. I placed my phone and camera on a nearby huge rock.
This time, I was the one to pull him. I pulled him to the shore and he kept yelling and complaining.
I took off my shoes and he smirked at me. He also took of his shoes and as soon as he did, he slung me over his shoulder.
"Yahhh!" I screamed and hit his shoulders.
"Let me down!", I kept yelling.
He placed me down near the shore where my feet were touching the water. I quickly stood up and pulled him down, holding his shoulders against the sand.
"Aha!", I grinned.
He poked my waist once which made me slightly yell. "Nooo! Sorry sorry!", you hated tickling.
Instead, he sat up and kissed my forehead.
He stood up and held his hand out, which I immediately took.
We wore our shoes again and took the things we brought. He dragged me somewhere again.
When we came to a stop, we were on a high cliff, with a view of mountains and a river.
There was a fence on the sides of the cliff, so I quickly went over it so I could take better pictures.
"Yah! Be careful, sit here so I can hold you," he commanded.
I glared at him and said, "you might push me."
He smiled at me and said;
"Do you trust me?"
*cue music: hold me tight -bts*
My lips formed a smile and I slowly nodded as I sat on the fence.
I was startled by the sudden skinship when he put his arms around my waist while he was behind me.
I took a lot of photos of the breathtaking scenery, I just love nature.
"Shinmi-ah, you see... there's more to life. You're not the only one who has no parents. I'm sure wherever they are, they had a reason for leaving. Maybe they thought you'd have a better life somewhere else, not beside them. At least they're not in heaven like mine.."
I turned to him and put my legs on the other side of the fence, so now I was facing him.
I held his shoulders as his arms didn't leave my waist.
"I'm sorry for being a pain in the ass for you, you know I've been through a lot, I never knew you don't have parents too.." I passionately smiled.
"You know Shinmi-ah, when I see you smile, it makes me happy..
did I successfully.. change you?"
I smiled before replying. "You did, you made me realize a lot of things."
He cupped my cheeks, and leaned in for a quickie kiss.
"Lastly... will you trust me with your heart?"
It made me think and stare. My face automatically frowned, but remembering all these seven days with him, he's worth it.
I nodded and got down the fence.
I hugged him as he kissed the top of my head. "Thanks, Jinnie."
"Aww, my girl is so soft now~"
