"H-hey," you forced a smile, as your eyes trailed off to the girl beside him.

You wished that was you.

But time can't be reversed, and it already happened.

All you could do was try to forget.

It's your first time to have your heart broken, much less by yourself. You broke your own heart by lying to yourself, you were too late to realize your feelings.

You tried to make yourself feel better by thinking that, you were too young for love, maybe that's why it didn't work out for you.

You sighed as you looked at the city lights that illuminated the surroundings. You were walking around, trying to freshen yourself up and get some air, so maybe you could forget about everything negative that had happened.

A week had passed after that heartbreaking incident between You and Jungkook.

You thought, maybe he felt the same when you rejected him.

Whenever you saw him, even if he was alone, you would turn around and take a path where you wouldn't have to meet him.

Even just seeing his face made you feel terrible of yourself.

You glanced at the path infront of you, scanning the people, trying to find a particular person to avoid.

Your gaze landed on the man who had the same figure as Jungkook, brunette hair and same height.

You turned around and decided to take another path, even the longer way.

You looked down as you walked, and suddenly bumped into a person, hard enough to make you drop the book you were holding.

You crouched down and reached for your book, bowing as you turned away and continued to walk.

"Wait," he muttered.

You stopped your pace, praying that it wasn't who you thought it was.

He walked and then stood infront of you. You refused to look up, not until he tilted your chin up.

"Are you avoiding me?", he said but you never looked at his eyes.

You shook your head and tried to get away, but he grabbed your shoulder.

He looked so different, still handsome but more handsome right now, with that new undercut of his. One of the reasons why you couldn't look at him. He is too handsome and it made you feel horrible for losing this man.

He pinned you against the wall and took a glance around, spotting not a lot of people around.

"Hey, look at me," he cupped one of your cheeks.

You eyed him for a second and then looked away.

"Why can't you look at me?", he raised an eyebrow.

You didn't dare to speak a word.
Instead, you tried to get away but failed when he had his leg in the way, making you slip. Fortunately, he caught you.

Did he do it on purpose? Ugh-

"Tell me," he didn't bother to help you stand up but let you stay in that position instead, in his arms.

"Are you sure you only see me as a friend?", his question gave you shivers, and it made you flinch when he dragged his face closer to yours.

You bit your lip and shook your head, before swiftly getting away from his arms and running out of the gate.

Good thing this happened when it was 20 minutes before dismissal.

Jungkook stood there, frozen as a cheeky smile was formed on his lips.
He let out an airy giggle before pursing his lips to stop himself from smiling.

"Wow, I didn't know the plan would work," Jungkook muttered quietly.

"I know right," a girl appeared next to her.

"Noona, what should I do next?", he turned to her.

"Hmm.."

It was a lazy saturday and you were walking around the park in an early morning. There were a few couples in the park, some sitting, some jogging as well.

You couldn't deny, you were jealous of how they had someone beside them.

You stopped your pace and sighed. You took out your water bottle and sat down on the island in the middle of the park, where another pair of couple sat a meter away from you.

You drank some of the cold water and then put it back inside your bag.

You saw someone sit beside you but ignored the guy.

"Hey babe," you heard him say as he grabbed your hand, you almost jumped in shock when you heard his voice.

You shot your head up and looked at him.

You immediately knew who it was, just by those mesmerizing eyes you could get lost in.

"Oh- I'm not your girlfriend, you're mistaken," you stood up but he pulled you back down, fingers still intertwined.

"Do you want to be my girlfriend?", he said, scooting closer to you.

"Jungkook, you have a girlfriend," you scooted away and then he scooted closer again.

"It was all planned. I already gave up but I guess it worked..?"

You gasped with annoyance in your eyes, "it definitely did," you stood up and walked away.

"Heeey," he walked next to you, "babe, don't be jealous," he cockily said, making you roll your eyes.

"I thought you only saw me as.. a little brother or a friend..? Something like that...?", he asked, still walking beside you.

"Who cares though? I was out of my mind," you said in an annoyed voice.

"Well, I'm here now so we can be like those couples you envied," he smiled.

You stopped your pace, and turned to him, before flicking his forehead.

"You pabo! You made me cry," you squatted down and buried your face in your palms.

He did the same and hugged you, "I'm sorry, I didn't know it'd be as bad as you made me when you rejected me."

"Stop bringing it back! I regret it," you snapped.

He chuckled at you and kissed your forehead, "Don't cry, your dream jagiya is right here," he jokingly said.

You playfully glared at him as you failed to hold back a smile.

You both stood up and you hugged him, "I'm sorry, I lied to myself, I was too late to realize that I liked you."

"It isn't too late, and it's not your fault. We just had a misunderstanding, but I know we're still meant for each other," he grinned and winked.

You pinched his cheeks, "sweet tokki!"
