—i'm so sorry for slow updates, i'm tryin to write non clichey stories hehe-

"A dare is a dare, now go!", your bestfriend shooed you as you looked at the man sitting in the corner alone, and then glanced back at your friend.

"Are you really serious? I'd do anything else—", you whispered but got interrupted.

"Go!"

You nervously but tried to casually walk up to the handsome stranger. You sat across him, clearly catching him off guard. He stopped sipping on his frappe and looked up at you, raising his eyebrow.

You muttered, "jeongmal mianhaeyo," softly before kissing him.

Thankfully, he didn't push you away. It lasted for 10 seconds and wow, you'd be lying if you say you didn't enjoy his lips.

You quickly ran away and outside the coffee shop, only to realize that your friend had left you.

You took your phone out to text her, stopping when someone held your shoulder.

You bit your lip and turned around. Your jaw dropped, he was looking down at you with dead serious eyes.

"You."

You slightly opened your mouth, pointing at yourself, "me?", pretending to be innocent.

"You're gonna have to pay for that."

"W-what do you mean?", you instantly regretted it.

"You kissed a random guy, and you think you can run away with it?", he creased his eyebrows.
Stranger danger.

"I'm sorry- what?", you said while shyly scratching your neck.

"Oh look, the confident girl is being shy now," he smirked.

"Look, I'm sorry. It was just a dare, I'm sorry you had to be involved." You shrugged, lowering your head.

"Well, you have to make up for it," he crossed his arms over his broad chest, tilting his head sidewards.

"Uhh, okay.. How?", you looked up at him.

You gasped at his next words.
"Be my girlfriend for two weeks."

"Are you serious? No way— I mean, can you please give me an easier one?", you whined.

"For your information, dating is easier than kissing a complete stranger, miss..?"

"Hyuri...", you gave him an awkward smile.

"Alright. Nice to meet you, my new girlfriend. I'm Namjoon" he took his hand out and you hesitantly shook hands with him.

"I believe your friend had left you, so come with me, you are my girlfriend now." He pulled you by your waist, making you stand closer to him.

"N-no, I don't want to—"

"What you did earlier is illegal, I could report you to the police for—"
(harassment i guess? sorry ya girl don't know much)

"Okay okay! I'm coming with you," you slightly yelled, rolling your eyes.

You'd be furious if you met your friends. You could already imagine snapping their wigs out of their heads. This is such a bad situation that they got you into. But can it change into a better one?

He had a luxurious car which explained his rich look. He looked so fine, is he a young CEO or something?

He opened the car door for you, making you sit on the passenger's seat.
He went around and sat on the driver's seat, as he drived you to an unfamiliar place. It was a tall building which had a sign, "Bighit Entertainment."

"Woah," you mumbled under your breath.

You followed him into the building as he received lots of greetings and bows.

He must really have a high rank in this place. You continued trailing behind him as you entered an elevator. It passed by the second floor, and so many people came inside. You were squished beside Namjoon as awkwardness filled the warm air.

Finally they all got off at the third floor and fourth floor. You followed him out at the 7th floor where the hallways were empty and much more quiet.

You glanced around and was amazed with the interior. You passed by a man in a suit, whom Namjoon politely bowed at.

"Namjoon, who have you got here?", the old man pointed at you.

"She's my yeoja chingu, appa..", he said, causing you to stiffen up and look up at him. But then you remember the agreement so you forced a smile at the old man. This is way too fast.

"A-annyeonghaseyo... jeonun Seo Hyuri imnida," you bowed.

He was smiling at you and you could remember your own father which looked the same age as him.

They talked for a little while as you noticed Namjoon taking a few glances at you. You couldn't hear them clearly but you definitely heard the word your name in their conversation.

He went back to you and surprisingly grabbed your hand, dragging you along to his office.

He sat down on his spinning chair as you sat on the small couch, not knowing what to do.

"What now?", you said, breaking the silence that was deafening.

"You're bored already?", he cocked his head up.

"Of course I am. Am I really just gonna sit here? I mean, I like that this is easy but I'm kinda bored," you rested your head on the back of the couch.

His office was full of book shelves, and everything stated modernity. It was neat and clean, just the interior for a tidy office. Also full of paintings.

"I'm kinda busy. Unless you wanna do something...?", a smirk crawled up to his lips.

"What the...", you stood up, "yah! I did not sign up for that!"

"Relax. No need to be so tense, baby girl." You cringed at the nickname. Ehh?

"Jeez, why are you like that?", you widened your eyes at him.

"I'm not doing that unless you want me to," he literally just shrugged it off. Is it really not much of a big deal for him? Well, the kiss wasn't a big deal for you too.

Fckboy signs. Hmp.

"I'm not a fckboy, don't worry."
Is he reading your mind? He's insane!

You rolled your eyes and began playing games on your phone.

The next days, it was the same thing you did. He fetches you from your dorm and you simply stay inside his office, whether he has a meeting or not. Easy as that. But as much as it was easy, it was so boring. Except for the times he let you borrow his books for you to read.

He often took you out for lunch too but you talked casually. It was like that for a week since he was always busy.

A usual morning, but today, he picked you up near noon. you got out and entered his car. You noticed that he took a different route, and it's not going to the same building.

"Where are we going?", you asked him.

"We're going out, babe. I'm taking you out on a date."

"Okay, wow." It's not even the first time he called you babe, but it's the first time he initiated a real date.

You drove to a restaurant which was at an elevated place. It had a view of the buildings and the environment of Seoul.

You settled down at a seat near the balcony, admiring the view of the busy streets. It would look better at the night but it's still amazing even with the sun up.

It was an elegant restaurant which had an expensive menu, one of their meals could pay your dorm fees for a month.

You hesitated at first, saying it was way too expensive, but gave up anyway when you realized you had no choice.

You could barely even finish the meal since it could last until dinner. You were honestly not fond of restaurants. Maybe just fast-food chains or convenience stores. But he wasn't fond of those small eateries either.

-

Two weeks passed like a flash. Right now, you were laying on your bed, staring at the ceiling as you heard your roommates party at the living room.

You decided to go out in the evening since they were being to noisy. You grabbed a jacket and took the nearest pocket book to you and went out, not bothering to change into more decent clothes. Right now, you were just wearing simple everyday-jeans and a plain shirt. The cold air hit your face as you walked further and found the place you were looking for. The cafe. This cafe.

You ordered your usual, a sandwich along with an iced latté.

You opened your pocket book which was a romantic novel. It was about two people, too dumb to realize that they loved each other. It was a book that Namjoon gave you from one of his tall bookshelves.

Speaking of Namjoon, you missed his presence. Even though boredom always overtook you, you loved the air when you were with him. He was somehow a humorous guy, and clumsy. You always had to clean up whenever he spilled his coffee.

You smiled at the thought, but it was quickly replaced by a frown. Now you're just strangers, because apart from seeing each other everyday, you had no other communication. No texting and calling. You never had his phone number.

You looked around, hoping to find him, but he is nowhere to be found. Well, it's kinda late for a businessman like him to be out.

You tried to forget about those two weeks. Two weeks that made you fall hard and deep in love with a stranger. Well, not really after you played the fake role as his girlfriend. You couldn't deny that you liked him.

But how can you still not get over him, even though a year had passed?

You took off your coat, sipping on your latté as you put down two books. One was your work, and the other one was your notebook. Yep, you had written a book. Eversince you knew how to read, you were a bookworm.

It was snowing outside, replacing the autumn leaves that fell a few weeks ago. Cold.

You sighed as your eyes traveled up, only to see a pair of familiar eyes staring down at you.

He leaned in and gave you a passionate kiss that you replied back to.

"Now how does it feel to be kissed by a random stranger?"

But you are not a stranger.

"Good." You smiled.
