"NIGHTMARE" PART 2

A FEW WEEKS LATER

Y/n woke up again, sweating and crying. The nightmares never left her. Instead they were getting worse and worse. But this time instead of Jimin or Taehyung coming to comfort her, she was shocked when her brother Jungkook entered her room worried.
"Are you alright?" he asked with a sleepy voice, making y/n nod in response.
"Nightmares?" he asked again.
"Hmm.. just go back to sleep.." she answered coldly.
"Arraseo.." he answered, laying beside y/n.
"This is my bed..." she said coldly.
"I know.." he answered.
"yeah right. Then why are you laying on my bed?" she asked sarcastically, confused with his behavior.
"Do you want me to leave you crying because of nightmares? Why? Am I not allowed to do this, like Jimin hyung or Taehyung hyung?" he asked, raising his left eyebrow.
"ahmm.. are you really Jungkook? Eomma! I think someone's taken over Jungkook's body!!" she semi-shouted.
"Shh!! Be quiet, eomma will scold us. You want that?" he reprimanded, covering her mouth.
"Of course it's me! Pabo!! Now just shut your mouth and let's sleep. Come here." Jungkook said, opening his arms for her.
"I said come here." he pulled her towards him, wrapping his arms around her. A few more minutes y/n wrapped her arms around Jungkook. They slept peacefully and comfortably and this continued every night, and even the mornings. They would just cuddle in the living room, while watching, or y/n's kdrama. They'll eat together, play together, shop together, and tease Taehyung together. This made Namjoon and Jin put them into one bedroom, since the two didn't want to leave each other's sides anymore. Jungkook became a protective, sweet, caring and loving brother towards his younger sister. He sometimes wouldn't let y/n go out with Jimin because he's jeonlous, I mean jealous. Every time she gets more nightmares, Jimin would race to her room, only to see Jungkook cuddling with her. That's how Jungkook and Y/n became close, while making Taehyung, especially Jimin, jealous.
A/N:Don't worry Jimin. They're just siblings...
Jungkook texted Jin a question that's been on his mind since y/n came to live with them.

Jungkook created a group chat with Namjoon and Jin.

Jungkook: eomma, there's millions of people and women in this world. What made you adopt y/n?

Jin: because the first time we saw her we knew already, that she could change you... look what happened.

Jungkook: is it fine to have feelings towards my sister?
A/n:: ooppss.. I guess not.😁

Jin; it's weird but we can't teach our heart whom to love and one more thing she's adopted....

Namjoon: but she's already dating Jimin..

Jungkook: should i ignore her and go back to my old room again?

Jin: do you think she'll like that?

Jungkook: no..

Jin: see... you know she wont.. then why are you asking if you should?

Jungkook: what if this just grows more? i don't want to ruin my bestfriend and my sisters' love life..

Namjoon: its normal to love and to get hurt, especially your situation. You love them both, that's why its hard, but the only thing you can do is use your brain and heart together, not just one of them. they needed to be used together...

The sight of y/n crying, brought Jungkook's attention from his phone. He quickly texted a thank you to the group chat. He watched as y/n ran through the house, running to her and Jungkook's room. She slammed the door with Taehyung following. Jungkook wanted to follow them, but the family group chat started filling up, causing Jungkook to look back at his phone.

Jin: was that y/n?
Joon: i don't know?
Taehyung: yes, it was.. i'll handle this..

Jungkook was worried about you. Who caused you to cry? A few minutes later, Taehyung shouted, disrupting Jungkook's thoughts.
"Jungkook, I can't handle this. She doesn't want to open the door. I need you, palli," Taehyung shouted, causing Jungkook to run to his shared room and knock slowly.
"Y/n-ah!! It's Kookie..." Jungkook softly said, making y/n open the door and hug him, sobbing.
"What happened?" he asked, worry evident in his tone.
"Do you guys love me?" she asked unsure.
"Of course we do.. so much... why?" he asked, confused.
"They said I'm only adopted... am I?" she asked, shocking everyone.
"Who told you that?" Jin asked, shocked.
"My school mates" she answered.
"Y/n-ah look, sorry for not telling you earlier. This isn't how I wanted you to find out, but yes it's true. However, even though you're adopted, it doesn't mean that we don't love you. We do love you, lots. You're our princess, remember." Namjoon spoke softly and sweetly.
"They said that when the day comes, you will not love me anymore and leave me.." she cried out, sobbing harder.
"NO!! That will never happen. Tell me who said that. I'll kill him/her!!" Jungkook shouted.
"Oppa?" she said.
"Mwo?" Taehyung answered.
"I never called you oppa!!" she shouted playfully.
"Hhmm??" Jungkook answered, chukling.
"Do you love me?" she asked, making Jungkook cough. *cough*
"Why did you ask?" he wondered.
"That girl from school said you don't, that you love her more" she admitted sadly.
"Do you trust me?" Jungkook asked, earning a nod from y/n.
"I do love you. I do. I don't even talk to her. You're the only girl I love." Jungkook said, earning a chuckle from y/n as the others leave them for a while. Y/n's eyes brightened with that response.
"I love you too." she answered with a smile.
"As a brother I know." he sighed, misunderstanding.
"Who said that? I love you more than that" she answered, smiling brighter.
"You do? But what about Jimin?" Jungkook asked, confused.
"Ahaha. That's just a play. Jimin asked me to help him make Taehyung jealous." she answered honestly.
"You what?!" Taehyung interjected, walking towards y/n.
"I- ahmm.. I'm sorry.." she answered, laughing.
"He asked me to help him make you jealous," she continued.
"Do you know how much I wanted to kill you?" Taehyung asked rhetorically.
"No, but now I know, so... Jungkook, I command you to protect me from this weirdo," she said playfully as Taehyung and Jungkook started to play wrestle
"I... i ...... i ....smell pancakes!!!!!!" y/n announced giddily, running towards the kitchen.

"Where's your oppas?" Jin asked as she entered the kitchen.
"Killing each other haha" y/n responded nonchalantly. Namjoon came in, hearing your sentence.
"Why? What did you do?" he asked playfully, in a mock scolding tone.
"Because I told Taehyung that Jimin asked me to help him make Taehyung jealous. He wanted to kill me, so I commanded the muscle pig to protect me and yeah. That's what happened. Eomma, I'm hungry" she explained, pouting because she wanted food, but there was mischief twinkling in her eyes.
"Ohh yo-" Jin started, smiling at her antics. Jimin entered and proceeded to cut Jin off. He looked around for someone. Not finding them, he turned to y/n.
"Where's Taetae?" he asked curiously.
"Playing with Jungkook," she answered, smiling.
"You wanna join them or make them run here?" she asked, suggesting a few options. Jimin thought for a bit before he yawned.
"Second suggestion. I'm lazy," Jimin stated. Jimin and y/n shared a smirk, before she started their plan.
"Ok!" she stated excitedly. She turned toward the stairs, while Jin and Namjoon left, not wanting to be a part of their mischief.
"JIMINIE!!! YOU'RE HERE!!" she yelled loudly, faking excitement. She and Jimin held back their laughter, letting smirks slip past for a few moments. Jimin counted down with his fingers. Three, two, one, he mouthed. When he made his hand into a fist, Taekook stormed into the kitchen. Right on time.
"Don't touch my y/n!!" Jungkook threatened, and pushed Jimin slightly away from y/n to make his point.
"Yah!! Don't hurt my Chimchim!!" Taehyung shouted at jungkook, upon seeing Jungkook's actions towards his mochi.
"Ahahaha. Pabo!!" Jimin and y/n said together, causing them to burst out laughing and high five each other after.
"Mission success!! Don't forget our deal!! You'll treat me" y/n reminded, pointing to Jimin.
"I know, I never forgot that," Jimin answered.
"You're not going out with Jimin without me!!" Jungkook denied, jealousy clear on his pouting face.
"Arraseo.. arraseo.. aigoo, my Kookie.." y/n said fondly, chuckling and hugging the pouting Jungkook.
