Chapter 32 - Arguments

It wasn't too long before the songs were done. It probably took around two months, but to be honest I lost track of time.

After a total of 3 months, the dances were choreographed, the songs recorded and, with the concert only days away, we were back to our old routine.

Wake up. Eat whatever Jin made for breakfast. Walk to the studios. Practise. Vending machine Lunch. Practise. Home. Eat whatever Jin made for dinner. Sleep. Repeat.

It was exhausting, and the time we got to sleep was barely enough for the amount of work we were doing. Everyone was tired, and that made us all snappy at one another. We often had arguments.

Namjoon, who used to be supportive and laugh off his mistakes, now growled at himself when he got it wrong and was really stressed with all of us.

Jin barely ever made jokes anymore, and it didn't take long before he couldn't be bothered to cook (an activity which he usually enjoyed) so he simply ordered some sort of food from a website to eat quickly before sleeping.

Hoseok, who used to be bouncy and hyper when he helped us get the moves right, now scolded us when we made a mistake and angrily made us do everything again.

Tae barely ever smiled like he used to. He was so focused on the moves, and, even when we were walking home, he barely spoke as he was lost in his thoughts.

Jungkook often broke down if he got something wrong, and I was the only one who could calm him down.

It hurt to see them like this. I could tell we were at our breaking point, and if something didn't change fast, it would all come crashing down.

The only person who had not changed was Park Jimin.

He tried his hardest to help everyone, truly believing we could do it. Sometimes I could help him, but sometimes I just couldn't see how he could keep going.

It was only three days until the solo concert, when I had the biggest fight of my life.

Jimin was trying to cheer everyone up, by dancing in a silly manner during our 5 minute break, but no one watched him.

"Aww come on guys! You used to be fun!" He smiled, kneeling next to us and doing aegyo.

"Would you give it a rest Jimin?" I said dully, closing my eyes.

"You know the concert is in three days... we've got to stop all of this now." He said, tilting his head and sighing. "You guys will be great!"

"JIMIN!" I shouted angrily.

He went silent and looked at me sadly. I ignored him. If only I had listened to him... or controlled my temper...

If I had it would have never happened.

"But...Hyung..." He whimpered. "You've all changed. Your not the same people I met all those months ago... I just want -"

"You know what I want?" I said quietly...threateningly "You know my deepest wish ever?"

My fury was rising and Jimin looked at me with concern.

"I WISH I HAD NEVER JOINED THIS STUPID STUDIO! I WISH I HAD NEVER MET ANY OF YOU! I THOUGHT THIS PLACE MIGHT IMPROVE MY LIFE BUT YOU KNOW WHAT?" I shouted, getting to my feet and tugging my hair. Tears rolled down my face.

"Hyung... calm down..." Jimin tried, reaching out to put his hand on my shoulder. "It's okay..."

I hit his hand away, hard, and he pulled away.

"Okay?" I chuckled. "OKAY? WHAT ABOUT THIS IS OKAY? WE BARELY TALK, WE BARELY SLEEP. OUR DANCE IS JUST AS STUPID AS THE SONGS. EVERYTHING IS JUST SO-"

I was almost sobbing with anger by this point, and Jimin interrupted me

"HYUNG!" Jimin shouted. He put his hands on my shaking shoulders. "Please stop this! You don't know what you are saying!"

By this time, even the other hyungs were afraid of my outburst, and sat frozen in fear. They finally realized what an effect we were having on each other.

I felt Jimin's hands on my shoulders and I growled, shoving him hard so he fell backwards onto the floor.

Not even jimin could take that...

He looked at me in horror as he got up.

I don't remember much else, but I recall breaking things, throwing chairs and slamming Jimin into things. The members tried to separate us.

It only finished when I suddenly snapped back to reality. I saw Jimin with a bloody face staring at me in fear.

"Hyung..." He whispered.

I gasped as I saw what I had done. The room was a complete mess. Broken shards or chair all over the floor, shreds of paper everywhere. The members surrounded Jimin, trying to help him. They looked at me in shock once I had stopped.

Tears began to flow down my face, and I stepped back. What had I done?

I walked back until I felt the door  behind me and I fumbled for the handle, not taking my eyes off the scene.

Jimin's blood was on my shirt and my hands. It was on the floor...

I think I had punched him in the face at some point... that's where it was from.

I ran out of the door, tears streaming down my face. They didn't try to stop me. I ran and ran, not sure where I was going. I just had to get away from what I had done.

I got odd looks from everyone I passed who saw the blood all over me, but I kept going. The tears didn't stop.

Eventually, I collapsed in a back alley somewhere in Seoul.
