"What's with the blouse?" Carl asked as Hannah came downstairs, dressed after her freezing shower.

"This is Elodie's," She told him, reaching over and grabbing a tater tot, popping it in her mouth, "Amy other shirts are either bloody or in the wash. I accidentally packed this when I last slept over at hers."

"You look weird in floral." Carl told her.

"Thanks, asswipe." Hannah smiled, ruffling his hair, making the boy shout in protest.

"Hey, Han." Fiona smiled as she came back inside.

"Fi, that shower was fucking freezing." Hannah frowned.

"I'm sorry."

"What's the update, boys?" Hannah asked her two older brothers, who were looking at the water heater.

"Oh, man, yeah," Lip sighed, taking a piece of the heater out, "That's, uh, it's dead."

"You sure?" Fiona frowned.

"Uh-huh," Lip nodded, "The element's rusted out."

"Anyone want to make some Tollhouse cookies with me?" Debbie asked with a hopeful smile.

"Not now, Debs." Hannah softly told the girl, tying her hair into a messy ponytail an crouching down to inspect the water heater with Lip.

"How much to replace it?" Fiona asked.

"Uh, two bills used, four new." Lip said.

"Minimum." Hannah added.

"Shit." Fiona cringed.

"How about a pie? I can get started on the crust." Debbie continued.

"Go take your shower." Fiona demanded.

"I. Wanna. Make. Pie." Debbie pouted, taking multiple ingredients out of the cupboards.

"You know what? Hand me the obits. Maybe, uh, we can scrounge a dead person's water heater," Lip proposed, Fiona handing him the newspaper, "Thank you."

Peering over Lip's shoulder, Hannah frowned, "Ah, Mrs. Dombrowski. Her great-nephew is a good client of mine."

"You know when you say it like that it makes you sound like a hooker." Lip smirked down at his sister, who punched him harshly in the arm.

"Oh, the, uh, shaky neck lady?" Ian asked, intimidating a shaky neck, "I thought she drowned a couple years ago."

"No," Debbie stressed, placing her ingredients down on the counter, "Mrs. Goga had the shaky neck, and she drowned in her own vomit last Easter."

"No pie," Fiona sighed, snatching the ingredients from the girl, "Get in the shower. I'm not saying it again. Carl, no," She shook her head, taking the about to be melted action man from his hands, "I went to school with Kenny Dombrowski. Think he had a crush on me."

"Fi, you think everyone had a crush on you." Hannah chuckled.

"That's because they did." Fiona shrugged with a smirk.

"Her wake's this morning. Let's go," Lip said, looking at his two redheaded siblings, pulling Ian up from his cereal, "Up, up, up."

"Can I come?" Debbie asked with hope.

"Um... no." Lip told her.

"Sorry, Debs," Hannah frowned, kissing her sister's head, "This is a job for the three musketeers." She said as the three of them grabbed their jackets, leaving the house.

"Carl's right," Ian said to Hannah as she tugged on her denim jacket, "You do look weird in floral."

"Fuck off." Hannah laughed.

"So we're just gonna wait out here?" Ian asked, as they watched people enter the Dombrowski house for Mrs. Dombrowski's wake.

"He's a chain-smoking pothead in a stress-inducing situation; he'll be out soon." Lip said.

"What are we supposed to say?" Ian wondered.

"I don't know. Just play it cool." Lip shrugged.

"Play what cool?"

"Things people play cool. Jesus, Ian." Lip sighed.

"Don't worry, boys," Hannah rolled her eyes, taking her hair out of its ponytail, letting it set and handing Ian her jacket, unbuttoning her blouse slightly, "I've got this."

"You gonna seduce her corpse?" Lip smirked.

"I told you, her great-nephew is a client of mine. I see him there through the window," Hannah told them, walking over to the front door, "Stares at my boobs all the time." She shrugged, knocking on the door.

"You're starting to become like Fiona." Lip laughed as he, Ian and Hannah walked their new water heater home, pushing it on a shopping cart.

"I don't know whether to be flattered or concerned by that comparison." Hannah chuckled.

"Both is correct." Ian said with a laugh, as a car slowed down by them, the window was down, revealing Steve and Fiona.

"Hey! Hey!" Their sister called their attention.

"Hey, almost new." Lip grinned, patting the new heater.

"Debbie stole a baby," Fiona told them with wide eyes, "We have to figure out how to return it."

Lip raised an eyebrow, "Debbie stole a baby?"

"A human baby?" Hannah asked, just as confused as her brothers.

"Yeah." Steve nodded.

"Why?" Ian asked.

"It's Debbie." Fiona shrugged.

"I did not see that coming. Um," Lip murmured, "Can't we just give it back?"

"I wish we could." Steve sighed, "It's too late now."

"Wow." Lip said with a nod.

"Definitely a Gallagher." Hannah muttered, rubbing her temples.

"Find Carl and get home now." Fiona ordered.

"Yeah." Lip nodded, the three starting to rush home as Steve and Fiona drove away.

A stressed, Fiona, Steve, Ian, Lip and Hannah sat around the table in front of Debbie - an uninterested Carl sitting at the kitchen counters, playing with his half melted action figures.

We need to get your stories straight for the police," Fiona told her, "Why did you take the boy?"

"He was crying for his mom, and his mom wasn't around." Debbie said.

"Did you try to find his mom?" Fiona asked with hope.

"No," Debbie rolled her eyes, "He was crying and nobody cared, so I took him." She shrugged.

"You can't say that! What's wrong with you?!" Fiona cried

"Hey, Fi!" Steve put his hand on top of hers, telling her to stop.

"You know what, Debs? Was he inside or outside of the yard when you grabbed him?" Lip asked.

"Inside." Debbie nodded.

Lip and Hannah shared a look, the boy asking, "Well, okay, so how'd you get him out?"

"I waved a Snickers bar at him." Debbie answered.

"Oh my God," Hannah groaned, leaning on a sighing Lip, "Our sister went full fucking paedophile on a baby."

"Did anybody see you?" Ian asked.

"I don't think so," The youngest girl shook her head, "We just ran."

"That wasn't suspicious." Fiona rolled her eyes.

Ian raised an eyebrow, "So you were running down the street with a-?"

"I used a stroller." Debbie corrected him.

"What stroller?" Fiona asked.

"Liam's old one."

"The one I told you to throw out?" Fiona exclaimed.

"I fixed it," Debbie shrugged, "For emergencies."

The older people in the room all shared an exasperated sigh when there was a loud and consistent banging on the door, making the family freeze.

"Open up! Hurry!" Veronica's voice yelled, making them relax.

"I'm gonna have a heart attack at fourteen." Hannah groaned, faceplanting the table.

"Oh, shit." Lip whispered, opening the door, Veronica strutting in Kevin behind her, holding a towel covered wash basket, Elodie and Adam trailing behind them.

"What in the hell is going on?" Veronica demanded to know.

"What're you guys doing here?" Hannah asked her friends.

"Ran into them on the way," Kevin waved off, "Is this that missing kid?" He cried, eyes wide, placing the basket on the floor and removing the towel, revealing Casey Casden - the baby Debbie stole.

"Debbie stole him," Fiona sighed, "And now we have to figure out how to give him back without getting her thirty six months in juvie."

"Stole a baby?" Elodie asked, the twins looking over at Hannah for answers, only gaining a sigh and a thumbs up from the redhead.

"Why in the world would she steal a-" Fiona cut Veronica off with a shake of her head.

From where Kevin was leant against the sink, looking out of the kitchen window, he stressed, "There must be a couple hundred cops out there."

"I know. I'm so sorry," Fiona winced, "Debs, will you watch him for a second? Come with us." She said, the worried group moving to the living room, leaving Debbie and Casey in the living room.

"Why would you leave the stolen baby with the thief who stole him?" Adam whispered, making Hannah shush the boy and just push him into the living room.

"Bet you're loving your first time here." The redhead chuckled.

"I'm not sure what's going on with her." Fiona shook her head as they sat around the room.

"Oh, maybe it's 'cause your mom bailed and Frank's a big drunk," Kevin shrugged with a sigh, making Veronica send him a look, "Oh, what, I'm asshole now? She's the one who stole a baby."

"All right, look, she obviously planned it," Lip spoke up, everyone now speaking in low voices, "I mean, she took a stroller out of the garbage and she fixed it."

"All right, hey, Debbie's still is a little kid," Steve said, "Worst thing that happens is she gets some help."

The Gallaghers became defensive.

"Help?" Lip scoffed.

Ian raised an eyebrow, "What kind of help?"

"Suggest something like that again and you'll need help." Hannah told him from where she stood with crossed arms and narrowed eyes.

"She stole a baby." Steve deadpanned.

"She's not crazy," Fiona came to her youngest sister's defence, "She just sort of accidentally took a kid."

"Not if she lured him out of the yard with a candy bar." Steve said with a slight chuckle.

"What are you suggesting?" Fiona asked unhappily.

"Some kind or professional to-"

"What, a shrink?" Lip raised an eyebrow.

"Gallaghers do not do therapy." Fiona told him in a harsh tone.

Tony's voice on a loud speaker then broke through the awkward tension.

"We're looking for a missing two-year-old boy, Casey Casden. He was last seen wearing a Superman costume. If you have any information, call 911."

"Lip, Hannah, it's you two are our best shot at this. Okay, the perfect team. Smart and sly. We need a plan to get that boy back to his family or Family Services is gonna have a field day." Fiona told them pointedly, the siblings nodding.

"Family Services?" Elodie asked.

"If they find out Frank's moved, they'll take the kids. Split 'em up," Fiona nodded, before looking at her siblings, "Remember what happened last time?"

The siblings all thought back.

"Shit." Lip whispered.

"Exactly." Fiona nodded.

"There's no fucking way I'm going back to live with those Mormons," Hannah shook her head determinedly, "We've got this, Fi."

Five minutes later, Lip and Hannah had a plan. The group was scattered and the two of them were sat in front of Carl - who was perched on the edge of the coffee table.

"All right, Carl, you know that pay phone that's outside of the Kash and Grab?" Lip asked.

"Yeah." The boy nodded.

"All right, we want you to get on your bike, go to the pay phone, call the police, tell them that you saw a little boy walking down Southport Avenue at 2:45, okay?" Hannah told him, handing him a piece of paper that Lip had written all of the information down on.

"Why should I?"

"Want to be in a children's home until you're eighteen?" Ian raised an eyebrow.

"Group home on Union has a climbing wall." Carl smirked.

"Carl." Fiona said in a threatening tone.

"Fine, I'll do it," He nodded, making everyone grin, "On one condition."

Hannah groaned, leaning her head back, "What?"

His head turned to Elodie, "Titty grab."

"Fuck off, asswipe."

"No way, little man."

Both Adam and Hannah came to Elodie's defence.

"Fine," Carl sighed, "Ugh, I don't have a bike."

"Wire cutter's in the junk drawer." Ian told Carl, making him nod, grab the bolt cutters and leave.

"Steve, Fiona, you guys have to get Debs to take that kid back." Lip told the couple.

"I don't know that I can make that happen." Fiona sighed.

"Fiona, you have to, or else we're all fucked." Lip stressed.

"Tell her I'll make that pie with her later," Hannah said, "Trust me, that'll get her to do it."

"Okay." Fiona nodded, rubbing her temples.

"All right, Veronica," Lip turned to the woman, "I want you to go to the cleaners, ask Mrs. Bergdoll to use the phone in the back."

"That woman's a cold bitch." She said.

Hannah smirked, "We've got something for that, okay? Don't worry about it."

"Kev, what time you going to work today?" Lip asked.

"Uh, I go in at six."

"Not today," Hannah shook her head, "You're going in early."

"You should go in, tell them you saw a little boy in a Superman costume walking down Grand Avenue," Lip told the man, making him nod and exit the house, "And we can't forget the phone outside Connie's Pizza." The eldest brother finished.

"What about the phone?" Fiona asked.

"Lip will fill you in on that part," Hannah said, standing up and grabbing her jacket, turning to the twins, "Wanna watch me commit a crime?"

Hannah stood with Adam and Elodie, just down the street from where the party was, Casey now having been returned by Debbie.

"She did it." Elodie grinned.

"Never had a doubt," Hannah smiled proudly, before seeing that Frank had started to pick up the money that Debbie had thrown at her by thankful parents, "One moment." She told her friend, walking over to her father, joining Lip and Ian in front of him.

"That's Debs'." Lip told him.

Frank looked up at him children, "No, I-I'm just helping her," He shook his head, making Ian step on his left hand, "Hey! You're on my hand. You're-" Lip stood on his other one, "All right, I am your father."

Hannah smirked, crouching down in front of the man, cocking her head.

Frank glared at her, finally letting go of the money, "Fine."

Carl, Ian, Debbie, Hannah, Fiona, Adam and Elodie were sat in the living room, eating snacks, watching a new report on Casey being found.

"Well, I guess sometimes there are happy endings. Casey Casden, the little boy who disappeared from his own front yard earlier today has been delivered home safe and sound."

"Hey," Hannah nudged Debbie, "You could buy a two-year-old with that money." She whispered with a chuckle, gesturing to the money in Debbie's hand, making the girl laugh slightly.

"Fiona!" Steve whisper shouted from the kitchen, making her jump up and walk over to him with a smile.

"What's up?"

"Um, for Debbie." He whispered, looking down at the gift he bought her.

"Okay. Mm-hmm," Fiona nodded with a soft smile, going back into the living room, "Hey, Debs, look what Steve bought." She said, Steve revealing the baby doll in a little pram.

"Oh, my God!" Debbie sprung up from the couch with a grin, "For me?"

"Absolutely," Steve nodded, "For doing such a great job today."

"Thank you!"

"What you gonna name her?" Fiona asked.

Debbie giggled, "Gin-Gin. After Aunt Ginger. Let's go up to my room. We can play!" She beamed, taking the doll upstairs, laughing and giggling the whole way up, "Oh, Gin-Gin, you're so funny. Oh, Gin-Gin."

"Oh, God, that things gonna be in our bed tonight." Hannah groaned, resting her head on Adam's shoulder, making him laugh and pat her head.

"Thank God Ellie took over playing with Debbie and Gin-Gin for me," Hannah sighed, walking down the stairs and joining Adam on the couch, "Gin-Gin better keep one eye open. I may just decapitate her."

Adam chuckled, "I'll give her a warning."

"So, how was your first day at the Gallagher household?" Hannah asked with a smirk.

"Eventful." Adam laughed.

"Is change still good?" The redhead asked, looking up at him with a frown.

Adam sent her a soft smile, taking her hand in his, lightly running his thumb over her yellowing bruises, "Change is amazing."

"Are you gonna be coming back with Ellie tomorrow?"

Adam chuckled, "I'll be coming back as long as you let me."

Hannah rested her head on the boy's shoulder, the pair enjoying the silence, before the front door was slammed open and a buzzing Veronica burst in, followed by a hungover Keven, both carrying armfuls of alcohol.

"Fucking hell." Hannah breathed out.

"What's happened?" Adam laughed.

"I'm getting married!" Veronica squealed, venturing further into the house, "Fiona! Fiona, where are you?"

"Oh my God!" Hannah laughed, taking the box of beers from Kevin, "Let's get fucking hammered!"

Music was blasting through the house. Everyone was dancing, the couples were making out. A true South Side blow out.

"Ellie, Adam," Hannah said, holding out bottles for beer to them, "Beer?"

"Are you trying to corrupt us?" Elodie laughed.

Hannah raised an eyebrow, "Is it working?"

The twins shared a look, each taking their beer, "Yeah."

The night continues, as did everyone's fun, before a beeping disrupted them.

The family grabbed their coats, heading outside to see a delivery truck, Debbie signing for a package.

"Debbie?" Fiona asked.

Debbie finished sighing for the package, turning to everyone with a smile, "It's our new water heater. I got it on sale," She said, making everyone laugh in excitement, "And free delivery. He said because I'm a hero."

"That you are my girl!" Veronica laughed.

"Oh, man." Ian breathed out, as the men got it down from the truck.

"You're gonna go to the back and you're gonna make a sharp left. And install it in the kitchen. Take it in the kitchen. Go straight down," Debbie directed them, everyone but Fiona and Kevin following, "By the way, I call the first hot shower."

The next morning, the Gallaghers were scattered around the kitchen, rushing to have breakfast, a tired Debbie finally coming downstairs, still in her pyjamas and dressing gown, a diaper in hand, reaching for the peanut butter.

"Debs, you've got to get ready for school." Fiona told her.

"I can't go to school." Debbie groaned out, spreading the peanut butter onto the diaper.

Fiona stared at her, "Why not?"

"Gin-Gin had me up half the night with diarrhoea." The youngest sister drawled out, going back upstairs.

The family stared after her.

"That's what she was doing all night." Hannah realised.
