It was early in the morning, and Branch saw that his brother John Dory a.k.a Captain Bro was making pancakes for his foster mom.

Foster Mom: Morning, sweetie.

Branch: What? Oh, yeah, morning.

JD: Morning bitty- I mean Branch.

Branch: Uh huh.

Foster Mom: *uses mom tone* Branch.

Branch: *annoyed* Morning, sir.

JD: *snickers*

Branch walked over to JD and made sure he spoke aloud when saying what he was about to say.

JD: You wanna try some Bro-cakes?

Branch: Some what?

JD: Bro-cakes. It's pancakes with our- I mean my logo symbol on it.

Branch: That's silly.

JD: Yeah, well...

Branch: So, Captain Bro, what plans do you have of catching the thief?

JD: *fake smiles* I have a lot of good ideas.

Branch: Like what?

JD: What?

Branch: What kind of ideas do you have?

JD: Well, you know my brother Sidekick Kid Twig?

Branch: Uh yeah, I've heard about him.

JD: Well, maybe I'll dress him up like a lady carrying a purse and send him into the most dangerous part of the village so that the criminal can attack him. *smartly smiles*

As John Dory explains his plan, Branch's face goes from a smile to a scared frown.

Branch: I-I dont think that's a very good idea.

JD: Cool. So you wanna keep talking about this? Or do you want to sit down and enjoy some Bro-cakes?

Branch: *whimpers* Bro-cakes, please.
