*Kitchen*
Lisa and Ema started working on the birthday cake.
The sisters grabbed everything the two needed, ingredients and equipments.
Started to prepare the cake, mixing the ingredients together...
Ema opened the oven door and Lisa put the cake in the oven.
Once the time is up, Lisa takes out the cake completely bake and let it cool down for a moment.
Then the sisters filling the cake with vanilla frosting, adding a bunch of strawberries and blueberries.

*Diner Room*
"Wow!"

"This cake is so huge!" Wataru exclaimed as he's look at the cakdjn front of him with wide eyes.

"It looks delicious" Tsubaki complimented with a smile.

"Arigatou" Ema replied, smiled.

"It's beautiful made" Ukyo comments with a smile, proudly.
"You just get better and better little ladies" Kaname told his sisters.
"It's almost a waste to eat" Iori remarked with a small smile.
"Of course it's magnificent! Lisa and Chi made it" Juli pointed out.

"It's awesome!"

"It's really, really awesome! It's the most amazing cake I've ever seen!" Wataru happily exclaimed.

"Wataru!"

"This cake is something your sisters made for Suba-nii" Masaomi reminded as he bent down to his younger brother height.
"Wataru-chan, you shouldn't

"Do you understand?"

Wataru instantly rush over to where Subaru is sitting.
"Gomaen sai!" Wataru apologised, bowing down to his brother.

Subaru smiled warmly and gently ruffled Wataru's hair.
"It's okay" Subaru assured him, making his younger brother smile.
"Having siblings is so great" Lisa stated happily.
"Y-Yup" Ema agreed, making Subaru looks up in surprise.

"This..."

"Hold on, you two made all of this by yourself?" Yusuke questioned, looking at the sisters.
"Hai" Ema responded with a nod.
"For Subaru. I would me and Ema did a pretty good job" Lisa stated, praising herself and her younger sister.
"Ema nee-chan and Lisa nee-chan are the best in making a cake..." Wataru said in excitement as he's about to ramble on and on.
But Masaomi stopped him, "I...I..."
"I can't this" Yusuke announced, shoulders slumped down.
"Huh?" Ema said, staring at Yusuke in evident confusion.

"What?"

"Why not? Do you hate cake?" Lisa ask Yusuke the reason why he won't eat the birthday cake.
"No, that's not it!" Yusuke exclaimed, making the sisters look at him in even more confusion.
"I mean you made the effort to make it. And I'd feel about saying it, and I want to eat it. But, somehow...I can't eat this" Yusuke tried to explain to the sisters.
"Yusuke-kun?" Ema said her brother name.

"Oh really?"

"Then if you are not going to eat it, Yusuke. Then I'll happily eat your share too" Tsubaki teased, making an irked mark appeared on Yusuke's head.

Laughing

"Eh?! What?!" Yusuke exclaimed in desbelief.
"After all, it's a cake made full of love, right?" Tsubaki proclaimed as a smile appear on his lips.
"I feel like I could eat every crumb I get my hands on" he stated.

"H-Hey! Tsuba-nii!"

"What're you trying to prove here?" he Yusuke asked, offensively.
"Ah, I would be extremely happy of you fed me!" Tsubaki said as he turned to Ema.
"U-Uh..." Ema stuttered.
"or do you prefer the one being fed?" Tsubaki asked.
"I'd be fine with that, too" he stated with a smile.

"Here..." Tsubaki said as he went and carefully picks up a strawberry between his two fingers, holding the fruit.

"say ah!" he as Tsubaki hand moved closer and closer towards Ema lips.

"Okay, now, that's enough of that, Tsubaki"

Azusa grabbed his twin brother and spun him away from Ema, facing him.
Tsubaki didn't fight but smiled instead, "Yes, sir" he playfully replied.
Azusa just glared at him as Juli bitting into Tsubaki's sweater, making Lisa sigh

*Diner Room*
Everyone is starting to place food onto the table as Ema then noticed someone sitting on the couch alone and distant.
"Why is Subaru not looking at cake?" Ema ask her sister, making Lisa look where she's staring at and see him.

"I gotta say..."

"but it seems like the birthday boy isn't too happy" Tsubaki stated, making everyone gazes towards Subaru.

Subaru suddenly felt them looking at him, making the boy embarrassed.
He immediately looked down, trying to hide the brush on his cheeks.
"No, that's not..." Subaru tried to say, wanting to deny that.
"Subaru-san?" Lisa said her brother name.
"Is something wrong?" Ema asked with concern.

"It's all right"

"You see, it's not an illness and sick exactly" Kaname said before a smile appear on his face.
"Wait, maybe it's an illness. Maybe he's sick" he stated.
"What?" Ema said in worry, completely clueless.
"A sickness that's even not Masa-nii could clue" Kaname claimed.
He stared into Lisa eyes, "But I might have the same sickness as him" Kaname tells her.
"If I could..." he started to say as the man pulled Lisa into a side hug.
"And if it's all possible, I'd prefer to have the same illness for the rest of my life" Kaname said with a sly smile.

Then suddenly...

Someone suddenly grabbed Kaname arm, "You're making Lisa uncomfortable, Kaname" Iori tells him.
Kaname just realised how tense Lisa had become and quickly retracted his arm.
"Sorry about that" Kaname apologised with a smile.
"It's alright" Lisa replied.

"Hey"

"do you might if I ask the two of you something?" Iori requested.
"N-No, I don't mind" Ema tells him.
"Ask away" Lisa added, allowing her brother to continue to ask his question.
"Okay. Why did you both change your hairstyle today?" lori questioned, noting that.
"Oh, Louise did this for the both of us. Because of the party" Lisa happily explained.
"And we couldn't just turn him down" Ema stated.
"I see" lori replied nodding his head in understanding.
"Yeah that does make sense" he said before smiling.

"It looks good on both of you"
