Hongjoong moans in pain as he sways side to side, discomfort clouding his senses and he was so done with everything. The pregnancy, this belly, the pack, everything and everyone was making him want to yank his hair out and scream. The only thing that doesn't bother him at all and he refuses to let bother him, is little Ana and Parker.

Parker was learning to walk now, and has been getting better and better at it here recently. Little Ana has been forming sentences, although sometimes it's all jibber jabber and no one has a clue what she says. Usually when no one can understand a single word she says, she finally huffs and walks away from you sassily to go talk to her mother who understood her better than anyone.

Ana stops right beside him, holding her plush bunny as she looks up at Hongjoong with her bright blue eyes, "Joonie owie?"

"Yeah baby girl, Hongjoongie doesn't feel well," Seonghwa calls from the living room, folding laundry.

"Tith it?" She points to his belly, not waiting for an answer before she waddles up to him and kisses the side of his belly, a twin lazily punches the area where she kissed. She smiles happily, nodding her head once at her proud work of kissing her uncle's belly, "Aw beya!"

"Thank you so much baby," Hongjoong smiles, holding his belly with one hand while the other ruffles her dark hair, "Joongie is going to go sit down, want to cuddle with me?"

She hums, shaking her head, "I go daddy."

"Go find daddy then," he chuckles, watching as she runs down the hall yelling for Mingi as she goes. He sighs once she's out of earshot, and waddles towards the couch, "Fuck me I'm so done with this pregnancy!"

"They'll be here soon," Seonghwa smiles, not looking up as he folded the last of the clean newborn onesies they kept from Parker. They had to get more however, with twins you need almost double the clothes and items.

Parker coos and squeals as he walked towards Yeosang, the Omega smiles at his son while he holds his arms out ready to catch him just in case he stumbled and fell. Luckily for him though, Parker falls on his butt and laughs loudly before crawling towards Yeosang with a drooly grin.

"Good job Park!" Yeosang coos, kissing his son's face all over before snuggle into him, "You're getting better at walking! Soon you'll be able to catch up with your sister!"

Hongjoong hisses as another Braxton Hick contraction wracks through his body and once more he's standing, "God!!! I hate this!"

He struggles a bit to stand, eventually Yeosang and Seonghwa help him up. But as soon as he stood, his legs and the floor beneath him became soaked. He gasps, looking up at the two moms, "What the fuck was that!?"

"Calm down, it was just your water breaking," Seonghwa spoke softly.

"Mingi!!" Yeosang calls, he was still holding his son on one arm while holding onto Hongjoong with the other, "You might want to call the midwife if you haven't already!!"

A loud thud was heard on the other side of the house before Mingi comes rushing in, catching sight of Hongjoong in the arms of the other pack members. His eyes widen, "Oh shit it's happening."

"Yes now get the fucking midwife," Hongjoong snarls, his blue eyes flash brightly before gasping and curling in slightly, "Shit!! This hurts!"

"Let's get him to the bedroom," Seonghwa suggests, he and Yeosang started walking with the heavily pregnant Beta, "Mingi get the midwife now!"

Everything happened in a blur. While the two omegas gets Hongjoong situated in the bed, Mingi finds the midwife and brings her back to the house just in time. Hongjoong was screaming loudly in the room, Ana was screaming too along with Parker as Seonghwa tried to hold them back from going in the room.

"Oh my," the midwife chuckles, "Looks like we have our hands full!"

"FUCKING SHIT!!" Hongjoong screams down the hall, and the midwife's eyes widen.

"Well, he sure is very loud even when in pain," she comments, walking down the hall to begin assessing the Beta.

It was about midday when Hongjoong's water broke and when labor started progressing, but as the day goes on the midwife grew worried. Neither one of the twins were turning and Hongjoong was in so much pain even after inhaling calming and numbing herbs.

Mingi was going crazy, he started getting snappy with not just the midwife but also Seonghwa and Yeosang. Finally, the midwife pulled everyone aside when she managed to get Hongjoong to fall asleep with some more pain killing herbs, "Listen, I'm going to come out with this and be straight forward with you," she spoke calmly, "with all due respect Mingi, I'm going to have to contact a friend of mine. The twins aren't turning, and Hongjoong is in incredible pain. We don't have a choice but to perform a caesarean."

"What-" Mingi starts, his blood pulsing but Seonghwa took his hand and Yeosang took the other.

"Baby," Seonghwa whispers, "If we don't do this we could lose all of them. We want them all to be safe and healthy, and Hongjoong's body just isn't compatible for delivering pups naturally. But if we don't do something right now, he will die. Those babies will die."

Mingi bites his lip, and without hesitating he nods, "Call your friend. Get them here quickly and help him."

The midwife nods, leaving the house to retrieve some help. In the mean time, Mingi and the two Omegas waited by Hongjoong's side. The other two babies were put down for bed a while ago, leaving just the three awake. When the midwife returns, she brought another Omega with her. He looked to be a little older than Seonghwa, his eyes were a bright green and his hair was the color of coal.

He smiles when he enters the room, "Hello, my name is Lee, I'll be taking care of your Beta and your pups."

"Lee here is trained in caesareans. He trained in the human world as well as in our world for this opportunity," the midwife fills in the family, "He's had plenty of practice with human females giving birth in hospitals and a few with some wolves in his pack. I was just recently helping a wolf in his pack with delivery and met him. He helped me."

"I'm here to help," Lee nods, his bright green eyes flash slightly as he awkwardly waits for Mingi to let him see Hongjoong.

Mingi leads him to the Beta, who was just starting to wake up. Mingi could feel his bond with the Beta, he could feel the pain the Beta was suffering through and he felt horrible. Hongjoong moans in pain, his face scrunching up as he holds his belly, "M-Mingi," he whimpers.

"Hey," Mingi whispers, "we found someone to help you, they're going to make this pain go away okay?"

Hongjoong whimpers, his forehead dripping with sweat as he sobs, "Please make it stop."

"We are sweetheart," the midwife coos, looking to Seonghwa and Yeosang, "Help me gather the things for surgery, we need to hurry."

It was super quiet as Lee performed the surgery. He made a sleeping concoction for Hongjoong with herbs that numb his whole body, as well as put him in a deep sleep. He should stay asleep through the entire surgery, but he had burning herbs right by the bed so when Mingi senses his Beta was waking up he would grab the bowl and wave the smoke in his face.

Seonghwa stood on the side, waiting to help the midwife with the twins once they are born. Lee worked with precision and care, until finally he smiles and reveals the first baby, "Baby number one, it's a boy!"

The small baby squealed and cried loudly, wiggling in Lee's hands as the Omega hands him over to Seonghwa first. While Seonghwa cleans the baby off, Lee prepares for the next baby. The first baby was cleaned and checked over carefully, and when he was swaddled up in a blanket Seonghwa placed a green hat on his head.

Not too far behind the first baby, the second baby was born with a squeal. His cries weren't as loud as his brother's but he was just as wiggly when the midwife took him to clean him off. She checked him over, and swaddled him in in another blanket, placing a blue hat on his small head.

Just as quickly as the surgery started, it was finished. Lee sewed Hongjoong back together and cleaned him well before wrapping gauze and bandages around the wound. Mingi was super relieved once it was over, and now all they had to do was wait for Hongjoong to wake up. In the mean time, Seonghwa brought the first twin over to his mate and smiles, "Here's baby A."

Mingi takes his son in his arms, taking one look and chuckling, "Oh he is definitely Hongjoong's child. His features scream Hongjoong."

Seonghwa chuckles, "The only thing he seems to have gotten from you is his little nose. His brother is the same way," he smiles, moving aside to lay the other twin in Mingi's free arm. Just exactly like his brother, he had Mingi's nose. There was hardly any difference between the twins, except for one. The first twin born, looked to have a small birthmark on his neck. It kind of looked like a small arrowhead. The other twin didn't.

Mingi felt nothing but pride as he held his sons, he couldn't wait until Hongjoong woke up so he can see them. He didn't have to wait long, Hongjoong started to stir, hissing in pain when he moved slightly, "Oh god, this is a lot worse than labor."

Mingi couldn't help but chuckle, Hongjoong instantly glared at him, but his gaze softened when he noticed his two sons laying in their father's arms. His eyes water as he reaches out, "They're here."

"And they're absolutely perfect," Mingi smiles, leaning over slightly to show off each one.

"Which one was born first?" Hongjoong asked.

"This one," Mingi barely nudges his arm holding the baby with the green hat. The baby grunts angrily, his tiny face scrunches up before relaxing back in his father's comfy arms.

Hongjoong smiles, fighting through every painful fiber in his body he takes his first born in his arms. He took one look at the baby and nods, "Yep, he is definitely Teagan."

"How do you know?"

"I have this strong feeling he fits that name," Hongjoong croaks, brushing a finger along his son's chubby cheek. He then looks over to his other son, "Help me move them around. I want to hold Rowan too."

"Take it easy-"

"Give me my babies. Now," Hongjoong cuts Mingi off with a glare, "I don't care if everything hurts, you give me both of them now."

Mingi doesn't hesitate, handing over the other twin and Hongjoong smiles, nuzzling his nose on their tiny heads gently before kissing them both, "My boys... my babies." A sense of motherly love washes over him and his whole demeanor seemed to soften just holding both of his tiny babies in his arms. The two tiny beings that were in his belly kicking, stretching, punching and moving around.

He felt nothing but content just sitting there holding both of his sons close to his chest, listening to their little breathes and smelling their newborn baby smell he had fallen so in love with. He was a mommy now... and he didn't feel anything but pride and joy for his new title.
