M/N Pov

Being twins with Sakusa was hard work as he never wanted to play and stayed away from everyone claiming we were all dirty it always made my parents sad that one of their sons didn't want to be near them but they got used to it but I still wanted my brother and tried to do whatever he wanted which was volleyball but he even stopped that as soon as I got sick. I hated it I always got sick and he kept away like the plague it hurt I just wanted my brother to be near me and it didn't help I was terrified of hospitals.

Years had past and he still wasn fond of me he did talk but he seemed lost when he did like he had no idea what he was doing but he soon left to the dorms near his school leaving me alone as our parents only died a year ago. But one day after collapsing in the front garden and my neighbour running out and calling an ambulance I soon learnt I had a disease along with many infections which meant I wasn't coming out the hospital anytime soon so I asked my neighbour if she could take care of it for me as I knew Sakusa wouldn't as he rarely even came home.

Sakusa Pov

Returning home as it was break I noticed the neighbour sorting the garden out when normally M/N loved doing that so what was she doing, opening the gate she looks at me a smile on her face "Ah Sakusa your home, I'll finish off tomorrow" "why are you doing it? that's M/N's hobby" "he didn't tell you" "tell me what?" "he's not allowed out the hospital" running to the hospital I demanded to know where he was. Stopping outside I stair at his figure as he seemed busy reading a book wincing every 2 minutes.

Walking in he looks up at me confused before holding a hand to stop me as I was moving closer to him "I wouldn't come closer Sakusa I don't want you getting sick" "I don't care right now I'll get washed over and over when I get home" he sighs and nods closing his book "what are you doing here?" "I wanted to know where you were, why didn't you tell me?" "I didn't see the point you didn't seem to care back then" "I care M/N more than you know, I just have trouble trying to express it." smiling at him I nodded telling I know and I was glad he was here with me from now on.
