Sakusa Pov

Ever since Y/N was born I was careful and refused to hold her as she would be covered in germs and no matter how much she reached out I never did and I regretted not holding her back then because now her life was ruined. She was sick all the time and pretty much lived in the hospital and I could tell she was miserable living there she never smiled like she used to. Not since that day.

FLASHBACK

Returning home from practice I noticed the house was quiet which was strange but it was cleared up after I read the note our parents left but then why were you so quiet. Walking up to your room only see it empty which was strange so I looked around finally spotting you in the kitchen on the floor blood surrounding you making me freak out as you weren't responding, ignoring my issue I pick you up racing to the hospital only to find out you'd never return home.

END FLASHBACK

It was why I made sure I was super clean before I saw her I didn't want to risk killing her with some illness I carried on. But today was different before I could enter the room I could hear her crying making me frown as I hated seeing her crying. Seeing her c=doctor I walk up to him "have you found a cure for her?" "I've told you there isn't one, she just has to deal with it" "deal with it? I want her fixed you promised me and her you'd cure her so you better start looking for a way or I'll have you fired for neglecting my sister in such a way."

He nods scared as I walk into Y/N's room she gives me a weak smile I could tell she was tired from all her crying, holding her hand tightly I give her a rare smile "you'll be alright Y/N you just gotta keep strong alright" she nods but I wasn't sure how much longer she would fight it just seeing her exhausted like this I knew she would end up giving up and letting the illness kill her in the end.
