When I was old enough I didn't think twice about leaving home wanting to be free from that toxic household and I had promised M/N I would be back for him as soon as I could however I kept getting distracted with different jobs and I ended up forgetting all about him and it wasn't until one of my friends mentioned him on a night out. Drinking my drink late one night after a job well done as my friend sits next to be drinking "so Inoue tell me, how is M/N doing? I haven't seen him for a while"

I sit there staring at her before placing my glass down "M/N, oh my god I forgot about him, I need to go!" getting up I rush out the bar getting a taxi to my old home thanking every star I had the keys still as I open the door quietly walking upstairs looking through M/N's door but I see nothing but a dirty mattress and blood all around the room making me furious as I storm to my parents room turning the light on "where is he?" "what the- who?" "M/N where is he? what did you do to him" "he's in the hospital"

Hearing nothing more I leave and go straight to the hospital asking to see him and as I did the nurse explained how he was in a coma and has been for over a year now" I nodded feeling more guilty if I kept my promise and took him with me he wouldn't be here right now. I sit beside him holding his hand moving his hair away from his face "I'm here now M/N and I promise when you wake up your coming with me I wont let them near you again just wake up alright"
