Waking up doing my morning routine knowing Merle was out being a jerk as usual and Y/N will be with the other young kids learning how to survive. Nothing stopped the familiar routine or so I thought. As lunch was served I sat with Merle eating waiting for Y/N when the guy that normally trains the children came over to me "how come you didn't inform me Y/N want coming" "what do you mean? She should be with you" "no, she hasn't shown up" I stand up looking around the camp but there was no sign of her.

Grabbing my gun and a few other things I needed I see Merle doing the same "what are you doing?" "She's my sister too, I won't let her die out there" with that he was gone as i follow looking around the forest near the camp going further out. This went on three days and people kept telling us she was dead by now but me qnd Merle refused to believe that. After a quick break I heard Merle shouts making me run to the cave he entered. Spotting the injured and passed out Y/N I rush over handing my first aid kit as Merle tended to her wounds "she'll be okay right?" "Yes she's just exhausted but I'm not surprised" "we need to keep a better eye on her" "I'm going to talk to the guards they just let her through, I would of killed them if she was dead"

Agreeing we take her home taking care of her until she wakes up looking confused but tells us what happened how she wanted to prove she was strong like us, telling her we knew and she didn't need to risk her life again because if she was out any longer she wouldn't of survived but that was in the past because she wouldn't ever leave the camp again.
