JENSEN GILBERT WAS EXHAUSTED HE HAD RECENTLY BEEN TRAINING WITH ALARIC'S WEAPONS. Jensen walked down the stairs, grumbling.
"Hey, Jensen," Alaric spoke. "Happy Birthday."
Jensen tilted his head, before he realized. "Oh, shit. I forgot. Thanks." He groaned, walking over to the kitchen, where Elena greater him with a smile.
Elena handed Jensen a coffee. "Happy Birthday,"
Jensen pulled Elena into a side-hug, kissing the top of her head. "Happy birthday."
"Liz might have a lead on Stefan." Elena told him. "Are you going to join?"
"You're going to the Salvatore house?" Jensen asked, before he nodded. "Yeah, sure, I'll go."

The twins had gone to the Salvatore house, entering it. "Hey, I get, that at one point we owned the house, but we do need to knock before entering."
They walk into the living room. "But, this is impossible," Elena replied.
"Good morning," Damon's voice comes from behind them.
Elena turned around. "Hey, I was gonna..." but, when she does, she sees Damon naked.
Jensen quickly covered his eyes, turning around, blindly reaching to cover Elena's. "No one wants to see that! Get dressed!"
"You heard us! You knew that I was here," Elena sighs.
"Yeah, you should learn to knock. What if I was...indecent?"
"I told you we should have knocked. The creep lives her," Jensen crossed his arms, leaning over and reaching a blanket before tossing it at Damon.
The twins slowly opened their eyes, removing their hands from their face.
Elena sighed in relief. "Sheriff Forbes gave us another location to check," she pulls out a note out of her pocket. "Memphis."
"Another dead-end you mean," Damon says.
"You don't know that."
Damon walking up to Elena, which makes Jensen scrunched up his face in disgust. Yeah, he knew that Damon had feelings for Elena. "You're right, Elena. This could be the one. After almost two months this could be the one clue that tells that Stefan is alive and well and living in Graceland."
Elena takes the note back. "Fine, we'll go by ourselves."
After Jensen sent a glare at Damon, he walked behind his sister to leave the house. Damon sped in front of the two, snatching the notes out of the girl's hand. "Right, and let Klaus know you're tracking him. He thinks you're dead; let's keep it that way."
"It's a new lead Damon; we haven't had one in a while," Elena replied.
"Okay, I'll check it out. If I find anything I'll call you." Damon walks away.
"Wait a minute," Jensen called out, "we don't trust you to find him!"

They had gone back to the Salvatore house with Tyler and Caroline, setting up for the party.
"I feel like I have to fight Damon every single time we get a lead on Stefan," Elena sighed.
"Maybe he doesn't want to find him," Tyler suggested.
Which had caused Caroline to Look at him in shock. "Tyler!"
"What?" Tyler asked. "He's into you, isn't he?"
"The only reason Stefan left with Klaus was so that he could save Damon's life. I mean, trust me, Damon wants to find him." Elena responded.
"But you kissed him? Probably screwed with his head."
"Tyler!" Caroline scolded, then turned to Elena with an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry."
"I still can't believe you would do that. Damon killed our brother," Jensen shakes his head, disapprovingly. "He-" he stopped himself, glancing at Caroline. He wasn't sure it was a good idea to bring up Damon's abuse towards Caroline. He didn't know how Caroline might act. "Hurt people we love. He was going to kill Tyler."
"Don't worry about it. Look, yes I kissed him, but it was a...it was a goodbye kiss. I thought he was gonna die." Elena sighed, her phone buzzes. "I missed a call from Bonnie. I'll be right back."
Once Elena is out of sight, Caroline turns to Tyler. "Just because I tell you things doesn't mean you're allowed to know them!"
"Sorry. I've gotta run if I'm gonna change and pick up Sophie in time." Tyler announced.
"Wait. You're bringing a date? Slutty Sophie is your date?"
"That was rude," Jensen told her, busying himself with the decorations.
Tyler turned around. "Hey! It's been kinda slow in that department. And....I am horny all the time now!"
"Yeah, tell me about it, sometimes I feel like I'm gonna explode! It's a...vampire...thing. Yeah, our emotions are heightened and we're on overdrive." Caroline explained.
Jensen looked back and forth at the two. He thought about leaving the room.
Tyler stared at Caroline. "It's a werewolf thing too. Just like I can't turn it off."
"Yeah."
Jensen pretended that he was searching for a box and left the room.

"Hey, Jensen! Happy birthday!" People yelled when they had seen the birthday boy walk into the room.
Jensen smiled, nodding his head. Who the fuck are all these people?

Jensen had gone to look for Elena, only bumping into other students, practically all of them offering him a drink.

"What's up with you?" Jensen asked as he walked up to Caroline, who had been looking at Tyler dancing with a girl.
Caroline's mood shifted, smiling at the birthday boy and jumping up and pull him into a hug. "Happy Birthday! Why haven't I seen you?"
"I swear that group over there had found me at least three times and offered me drinks," Jensen slightly slurs.
Carline gives him a concerned look. And then Matt walked up. "Since when are they a thing?" Matt asked, gesturing to Tyler and Sofia. Is her name Sofia or Sofie? Something with an S. Jensen thought.
"I thought you were ignoring me?" Caroline asked back towards Matt.
"I'm not ignoring you," Matt sighed.
"You only said five words to me all summer, and those were four of them."
"Maybe because every time I've seen you, you've been with him."
"Because he's my friend! Which is what I thought you were."
Jensen had gone to defend each of them from the other before he was suddenly pulled away. A girl and boy grinned at him, practically just as drunk as him. They pull him to dance with them.

It has been Matt who pulled Jensen away from the two, saying how all three were to drunk. Matt pulled him outside, but had been unable to find his truck.
"What are you doing?" Jeremy asked the two, slightly amused at the confused face of Jensen.
"I can't find my truck," Matt confessed.
"That's probably a sign you shouldn't be driving it. Need a ride?" Jeremy laughed.
"You're more stoned than I am."
Jeremy opens the door of his car and gets in. Matt opened the back door, pushing Jensen into the seat. Who slapped his hand. "Hands off."
"What the...Vicki?!" Jeremy asked, which made Jensen turn to his brother, confused.
"Hey. What'd you just say?" Matt asked as he closed the back seat door.
"Nothing," Jeremy lied.
"Did you just say "Vicki", as in my sister Vicki?" Matt asked.
"What? No, no. I, uh, I didn't say anything."
Matt leans away, putting his head on the window. Jeremy starts the car and turns the headlights on.
"No..."
Jensen shoots up from the backseat, the seatbelt tightening around his chest and stopping him. "What's wrong? Who's hurt?"
Matt looks at Jeremy. "What's wrong?"
But, then Jeremy turns off the ignition. "You know what, maybe we should just walk."
"I don't think Jensen can walk," Matt says. "Should we leave him in one of the Salvatore rooms?"
"No. No. I'm fine. I'm not leaving you two to walk alone," Jensen slurred.

They had walked back home, only bringing Jensen when he had rambled about the fact that Elijah was a bastard who lied about killing Klaus.
They had only brought him in fear that Jensen would reveal to the students the supernatural world.
Matt had placed the drunken-and falling sleep-newly, eighteen year old on the couch.
