Hey everyone! I want to apologize for the long wait. I have had an insane few years, and honestly I kinda forgot about this book. I don't think this will be the last part, but I am not leaving this part on a cliffhanger just in case. So I hope you enjoy this kinda shitty chapter!

Percy POV

Of course my relief from monsters could never last. Many of the monsters I had typically faced had left me alone due to my separation from the Greek world. However, there always have to be a few stupid ones in the mix. In this case, a young cyclops eager to prove himself. A few months after settling into my new life, Tony decided we should go to restaurant. It would just be the two of us, in a small restaurant, where Tony promised we wouldn't be recognized. As we sat down, I immediately felt something was off, but I didn't want to say anything until I figured out what it was that was wrong.

"So Percy, you've been living with me for, what, four months now?" Tony asked.

"Yeah, something like that." I answered.

"I feel like I don't know anything about you, other than the fact that you like blue foods, you like marine biology, and that you used to have a girlfriend. Oh, and you have a half brother and some cousins. I just want to get to know you, basically." Tony started. "I also know that can be hard for you, so I will start. My family was kinda shitty. My dad wished I was Cap, and my mom was perfect, but was still married to my father. I went to MIT, where I met Rhodey. My parents were then killed by your brother, and I took over SI. I was a drunk, and I didn't really do anything for the company, until I was kidnapped and taken to Afghanistan. There, I became Iron Man, and I decided that SI would no longer produce weapons. I was betrayed by my advisor, then I gave my company to Pepper, and blah blah, the Avengers were formed, almost died several times, the accords happened, I fought against the only people I thought I could trust, and then we eventually made up, and now they live with me. Now you." He said.

"That's a lot. I'll give you a brief summary: Anyone who was a parent to me either was awful and hurt me in many ways, or is dead. Pretty much all my friends died, and since I was twelve I've never sat still. I've been kicked out of like 8 schools, and I just want to graduate and try to live a normal life. as of right now, that isn't really my reality." Just then, I felt the danger more and more. I turned to see a cyclops, headed my way. 

"Listen Tony, this isn't going to make any sense, but I need you to get down. This guy is extremely dangerous. Now!" I whisper-shouted. 

"What?" He asked.

"JUST DO IT" I yelled.

"Jackson." The monster hissed.

"Yeah ugly? what do you want from me now?" I asked, uncapping Riptide.

"You." the Monster said.

"Yeah I figured that." He barreled towards me, and I slashed with Riptide. I grazed his ribs, and I quickly took a jab at his stomach, and watched as he dissolved. I looked around, and no one seemed to have seen the skirmish. I sighed, before turning back to the table. "How much of that did you see?" I asked Tony. 

"You just killed the waiter." He said, shocked.

"Stop being dramatic. There's no body!" I said, pointing to the  bodiless floor. 

"Theres no body? That's all you have to say?" He exclaimed. 

"I'll explain. Lets go to the car." He quickly threw some money on the table (why he was leaving three hundred dollars when we didn't order anything didn't make sense to me but whatever) and we got into his incognito car. 

"Explain now." He said.

"So you know how norse gods are real? Well, so are Greek gods, and I'm the child of one. Daughter of Poseidon. Yay me. When I was 12, I was taken to a camp for demigods, or the kids of gods. While there, I have done the gods dirty work. I risked my life for years, and fought for my father. When I got there, I found out about a prophecy. I was destined to either kill Kronos, the father of the gods, or I was going to die. A lot of pressure. I survived, obviously, And lived happily ever after...not. Hera, the goddess of families and stuff, kidnapped me and dropped me off in another camp, except this one was for the kids of roman gods and goddesses. I had amnesia, and got another quest, which was to kill Gaea, another titan, except even more powerful. She...killed a lot of demigods. I was left by myself, so I requested to be separate from the godly world. When I got home, my mother and stepfather were dead, and now here I am. Yay." I finished.

"That's a lot." He said.

"I know. Trust me." I said.

"So do you have superpowers or whatever?" He asked.

"Yeah. I can control liquids, talk to horses and create earthquakes. I can just control stuff my dad has control over." I said.

"That's so cool!" Tony yelled.

"I'd rather be normal honestly. I have lost everything, My friends, my family...my powers are nothing compared to that. I also have ADHD and dyslexia because I'm a demigod. My mind is hardwired to fight, and to read Greek, so being me sucks. And as you can see, I can never escape the monsters. I am forever and always this way." I sunk back. I truly would rather never be apart of the Greek world. I loved my family, but I just wanted a normal life. Most of all, I wanted Annabeth back.

"I get it. I would trade Iron Man in for a normal life as well. I mean, I was still super rich before that, but I was more normal I suppose? I'm glad you opened up to me. I am here for you. I love you." Tony said.

"Thanks. Love you too, Uncle Tony." I teased. 

"Ugh makes me sound old. Alright, wanna get cheeseburgers? We could stop at McDonalds or something." He asked.

"Yeah, sounds yummy." I said.

"Now is Bucky-" He asked.

"Yeah. Son of Poseidon. Less power than me though, just luck of the draw." I said. 

And for the first time in a really long time, I felt normal.

So I don't know if this is the last part or not? I mean, kind of a nice ending, I suppose, but I could do more. I hope everyone enjoyed this somewhat satisfying ending?
