Taehyung was having a hard time to keep up with the act. He was feeling ticklish when Jeongguk's face got even more closer to his. He swears he could feel the other's hot breath against his skin causing his breath to stop for a moment.

The red head couldn't but open his eyes when Jeongguk pushed his lips against his forehead. Taehyung opened his eyes for sure but again shut them feeling that softness against his skin.

What the fuck was even happening?

Jeongguk pulled away and was shocked to see the other wide awake.

He gulped when Taehyung's chocolate eyes were boring into his onyx ones. He didn't have the slightest clue on why he did that? Why did he kiss his best friend?

Does best friends do that?

And that fucking intense stare Taehyung was giving him was driving him crazy. He looked away and managed a fake laugh, "So, you are awake, bitch!"

"I am awake. I was pretending but why did you kiss me, Jeongguk?" Taehyung asked caressing his bestie's cheek with his cold hand while the other nervously smiled, "Just wanted to, you looked so pretty and like a baby."

"The hell, Gguk." Taehyung almost shouted but his tone got lower as he bit his bottom lip while his cheeks got that crimson tint that instant.

"I am having a cuddle crisis so―" Jeongguk suggested, wrapping his arms around the other's waist, "Let's cuddle."

"Something is certainly wrong with you bro." Taehyung giggled the moment the raven head buried his face in the crook of his neck and hugged him tightly, "Just sleep."

Taehyung started breathing heavily when Jeongguk's breath was just against his neck making him feel some type of way, something he can't describe in words.

Jeongguk's situation wasn't any better.

He was a little ashamed of how he kissed his best friend and now whatever he was doing. But that didn't stop him from getting even more close if it was practically possible and tightened his grip around the other's waist.

The rays of sunshine peeked through the half closed window and brushed against Taehyung's caramel skin interrupting his sleep.

He slowly opened his eyes only to close them again and hugged whatever he was cuddling with even more tightly. But realization hit him like a truck and he abrubtly opened his eyes to see Jeongguk's face just centimeters away from him.

"Fuck." he mumbled and remembered how the other asked him to cuddle last night.

"What's wrong with you?"

Taehyung stared at his sleeping best friend and couldn't but brush his long, slender fingers through the other's black hair locks, "You are so confusing, Jeon Jeongguk."

I don't know what's going on in his mind. He is just too confusing." Taehyung said moving his pointer finger up and down the straw as he sipped some cola, "He kissed me on my forehead last night and we cuddled. We barely did those in the past years."

"He is a stupid, not gonna lie." Hoseok sighed softly, his eyes following Jeongguk as he walking into the cafeteria.

"I don't know about Jeongguk but Namjoon hyung actually likes you." the purple haired male said while smiling at the raven head who now was almost there.

"What did you guys order?" Jeongguk asked settling down on the chair beside Taehyung, not forgetting to ruffle his hair with a giggle that Hoseok inspected keenly.

"Your hair is so smooth and smells so nice Tae, like we use same shampoo but still―" Jeongguk leaned closer to place the tip of his nose on Taehyung's head, sniffing that fresh strawberry scent of the shampoo.

"Be honest, coconut. What are you up to?" Hoseok decided to ask and Jeongguk was confused. Baffled on what to answer.

"What do you mean?" he asked, raising his brows, sliding his roomie's glass of cola towards his direction only to immediately sip some from it.

"I mean, do you like Taehyung in a romantic way?" Hoseok asked that clear cut question and wanted a clear cut answer but seeing Jeongguk almost choke on the cola he knew he ain't getting any.

"In a romantic way― no, I―" Jeongguk stuttered, sipping some more cola before looking at Taehyung who smiled staring back at him.

"Stop asking the impossible things, hyung. He loves me, but not in a romantic way. Right baby?" Taehyung let out a chuckle and looked at Hoseok winking at him who laughed, "Oh!"

"Why are you asking me this? What's up with you?" Jeongguk asked, a little flustered at the question.

He never thought about Taehyung in that way. He was into girls but again why was the gender so important?

The way he saw Taehyung last night―

Anyone would want to date him.

Jeongguk stole a glance at the one who he called his best friend and looked down at his lap mumbled, "Oh God, stop smiling Tae."

"Jeongguk doesn't like me in that way but surely Namjoon hyung does and he even texted me this morning if we could grab some coffee together after class." Taehyung informed and Jeongguk knitted his brows.

"What? No, we need to clean our room today." Jeongguk made up an excuse which wasn't a plan but he ain't letting Taehyung go on date.

That too with Kim Namjoon.

"I promise I will be back soon and we will together clean our room." Jeongguk sighed and pouted, "Yeah yeah he is more important."

"By the way, where are you two going?" Jeongguk asked planning on something that instant.

"To cafe Epiphany. Jooniescrabs said the coffee there is awesome!" Taehyung excitedly informed while Jeongguk huffed at the nickname.

It was clear.

Jeongguk didn't have any romantic feelings for Taehyung. Perhaps.

But what he was sure about was he didn't want Taehyung to date this boy named Kim Namjoon.

And to keep them apart, he is planning on ruining their date.
