"Alright gang how's the party set up going?"

Asked Poppy, she was making sure things we going smoothly before she needed to go to Branch's bunker to wake him up, since today was his birthday and it was his first time in years celebrating it with anyone.

(An/ I know he's had a birthday with everybody before in TTBGO but let's pretend that's his 2nd Birthday party he celebrated with the other's ok)

Poppy: Guy? Please go easy on the glitter
GD: Ok Poppy

Poppy: DJ and Trollex? How's the music coming?

Trollex: Yep, everything's good here Poppy!

DJ: We got Branch's favourite songs from my archive's.

Poppy: Awesome!, Delta and Barb? Who's Rsvp'd?

Barb: About half the village Popsqueak!

Delta: Yep, we made sure it wasn't too big of a crowd.

Poppy: Perfect! And Smidge, Biggie? Food and drinks going well?

Biggie and Smidge: Yep!

Keith: JINX!!!

Biggie and Smidge had to shut their mouth. The rules are if you get jinxed, you can't talk until someone says your name.

Keith: Yay I win!!! Keith! Keith! Keith!

Poppy: I need my team in full communication, so Smidge and Biggie? Keep up the great work!

Smidge: Thanks Poppy!

And once everything was checked, she was ready to go to Branch's bunker, she had something big planned for today.

Poppy went down into his bunker and tip toed next to his bed, he looked so peaceful but she had to wake him up.

Poppy: Branch!!!!

Branch yelled out into a Hair-jitsu pose and then realised that it was just Poppy.

Branch: Oh hey Poppy, what's up?

Poppy: Well first Happy Birthday!

Branch: Oh right, thanky-

Poppy: And second of all I've got a big day planned for you

Branch: Ok, what are we doing exactly?

Poppy: A treasure hunt because....

Poppy: ❤️ You've never had a real birthday before, except of course the ones you had before you went inside your bunker door, so i'm here way to late, to help you celebrate, and be your birthday date if I may....

But then Poppy suddenly sneezes, she thinks she'll be ok, but little did she know that was only the first of many sneezes to come.

Branch: 💙Poppy I'm thinking you might have a cold..

Poppy: I don't think so, besides.. ❤️ A cold never bothered me anyway.

Poppy: Just follow the string!

Branch: Wait What?!

Poppy: ❤️ I've got big plans I've got surprises for today Nothin' but nothin' gonna get in our way I've worked for weeks, planned everything within my power I even got your grandma's favourite flowers...

Branch looked at the flower bouquet and smiled he couldn't believe she remembered about it, since he mentioned it 2 months ago.

Poppy: ❤️ If someone wants to hold me back I'd like to see them try...

Branch looked in his closet and found a scrapbook of photos of their adventures.

Poppy: ❤️ I'm on the birthday plan attack I'm givin' you the sun, the moon, and the sky *sneeze*

Poppy took Branch's hand and left the bunker for more surprises.

Poppy: ❤️ I'm making today a perfect day for you...

Branch: Ooh cupcake :)

Poppy: ❤️ I'm making today a blast if it's the last thing I'll do

Poppy: ❤️ For everything you are to me and all you've been through
I'm making today a perfect day for you.. *sneeze* *sneeze*

Branch: They come in three's..

Poppy: I'm fine *sneeze*

Branch: Told ya

Poppy: ❤️ Surprise, surprise this one especially *sneeze*

Branch: 💙 Wow, You've got me reeling, but I'm still concerned for you, I think it's time that you go home and get some rest.

Poppy: ❤️ We are not stopping cause the next one is the be- eh- *sneeze*

Poppy's sneezes were getting worse and Branch started to get concerned for her health.

Branch: 💙 Poppy you gotta go lie down..

Poppy: ❤️ No way we have to paint the town..

Branch: 💙 But you need medical attention..

They suddenly run into Dr. Moonbloom where she recommends Poppy takes cold medicine, but Poppy refuses, Branch takes the bottle anyway just in case.

As they continue along they stop by a group of Trollings that planned to sing Branch a birthday song.

Trollings: 🎶 We're makin' today a perfect day for you...

Poppy: ❤️ Makin' today a special day...

Trollings: 🎶 We're singing a birthday song
To make your wishes come true

Poppy: (❤️Wishes cone true)

Trollings: 🎶 We love you Branch

Poppy: ❤️ And I love you too

Trollings: 🎶 So we're making today a perfect day (A fabulous day in every way)
Yes we are making today a perfect day

Poppy took Branch to a tall tree but Poppy was getting worse and worse and Branch knew she needed to stop and rest.

Poppy: Come on now we CLimB!

Branch: Poppy that's enough you need to rest..

Poppy: We need to get to our birthday chillS I mean thrills..

Poppy and Branch started to climb the tree, even though Branch knew this was a bad idea.

Poppy: ❤️ Makin' dreams  Makin' plans Go go go go! Follow the string to the end
You are my boyfriend.

Branch: Poppy?

Poppy: WhaT? I'm fiine...

But she wasn't fine, in fact she looked like she was gonna pass out any second.

Poppy: ❤️ We're gonna climb! We're gonna sing! Follow the string, to the thing! Happy happy happy Merry merry merry Hot cold...

Branch and Poppy were at the top and Poppy was about to pass out, Branch saw this and dropped all the gifts and rushed to catch her from falling.

Poppy: Hot  BiRthDaY!

Branch: Woah! Poppy,  look at you You've got a fever, You're burning up!

Branch: 💙 Alright, we can't go on like this
Let's put this day on hold Come on, admit it to yourself.

Poppy: Ok. I have a cold :(

Branch and Poppy started walking back to the village where the party was and Poppy just felt terrible.

Poppy: I'm sorry Branch, I just wanted to give you a perfect birthday, but I ruined it. Again

Branch: Shh you didn't ruin anything,  lets just get you to bed.

Everybody: SUPRISE!!!

Branch: Wow!
Poppy: Wow?

Everybody: 🎶 We're making today a perfect day for you, We're making today a smiley face all shiny and new.

Barb: 🖤 There's a fine line between chaos...

GD: And a hullabaloo!

Everybody:🎶 So we're making today a perfect day, Making today a perfect day B R A N CH!

Everybody: 🎶 We're making today a perfect day for you, Making today a happy day and no feeling blue, for everything you are to us and all that you do.

Poppy started to join in with what little energy she had left.

Poppy: PerFeCt dAy!

Branch: Alright, to bed with you...

Poppy: Wait as Queen, I have to pop the Mega Party Popper!

Branch: Poppy, No wait!

But Poppy aimed and fired it up in the air but she sneezed at the last second and it went flying around all the way to creek doing yoga, and it hit him, sent him zooming to a pile of fertiliser.

Branch then took Poppy to her pod and got her comfortable in bed, rapped up in a blanket and feeding her soup.

Branch: Best birthday present ever.

Poppy: Which one?

Branch: Me taking care of you

Poppy: I love you Branch

Branch: I love you too Poppy

*sneeze*
