(Poppy is 5)

Poppy was on her way to play with her friends when suddenly a group of slightly older kids stopped her.

Luke: Where do you think you're going?!

Poppy: To see my friends

Noah: What are you holding?! It looks weird

Poppy: Its a music box it was the last thing my mom gave to me...

Luke: Let me see it!

Poppy: No it's mine give it back!!

Noah turned the crank and a little melody played.

Candy: It sounds horrible and babyish.

Luke: Just like you!

Luke dropped the music box on the ground and it broke, Poppy was devastated that the only thing left from her mom was gone, Poppy started crying.

Branch saw this and ran in front of Poppy.

Branch: Hey!! Why don't you pick on someone your own size?!

Noah: (laughs) Oh yeah?!

Candy: What are you gonna do about it?

Branch: I'll tell King Peppy!

All three of them started to sweat, as they didn't want to get in trouble.

Luke: Please don't tell King Peppy!!

Branch: I won't if you stop bullying and apologise!

Noah: Ok

The three said sorry at the same time and left.

Branch turned around and saw Poppy still crying, he looked at the broken music box and decided to help.

Branch: It's ok Poppy, they're gone. If you'd like? I can fix it for you.

Poppy looked up and saw Branch slightly smiling at her.

Poppy: Really? (Sniff)

Branch: Yep, I'll bring it back soon okay?

Poppy: Ok! Thanks Branch 😊

Poppy gave Branch a little peck on the cheek snd ran off to her friends.

Branch blushed and went off to fix her music box.
